In general, it is not bad, the natural environment is a lot of trees. Go there every day to exercise. In some places, the root cause causes the road to be uneven, and it is understandable.

    总的来讲还不错,自然的环境很多树。每天去那边运动。有些地方树根的原因造成路面不平,有情可原了。

A very pleasant neighbourhood park covered by tree canopy throughout, and equipped with playground, exercise equipments, clean public toilet, water dispensers, little doggo area, to name a few. A recommended park for family if you are around the area.

Nearby spots include Yishun Park Hawker Centre (with a decent selection of food), Chi Zhi Community Centre, Yishun SAFRA, Northpoint Mall, to name a few.

It is one of my fav spots even at 12noon.

Nice park to walk or jog, even when it’s sunny. Nice tall trees and shrubs along the paths, providing sufficient shade and fresh oxygen. There is a spacious playground at one corner, opposite yishun park hawker center. Plenty of seating all over the park. Toilet newly renovated but quite smelly on the Sunday evening I was there.

Big playgrounds for kids and also an excercise corner.
Meeting area and also a decent dog park
Nice tall trees providing shade all along the nice running/jogging track.
Easily see squirrels and monitor lizards moving / jumping around.

It’s some distance from the MRT station so you have to take a bus here. For a quick workout, you can run around the park (1.6km) and then cross over to the pond in front of ktph via the overhead bridge and run around the pond (1km). Other facilities include a dog run (cute dogs running around), children playground (for families), open areas where people learn how to roller blade and elderlies do their morning 1bx. It’s near yishun safra so if you are hungry you can head over to Macs or spring leaf etc for a quick bite. Toilets are really dirty though lol

Crowded on Pokemon Go Community Day (Usually Sat) as players crowd the park for spinning virtual pokestops in-game between 11am to 2pm.

Otherwise, it is a good place to do some runs or exercise with a 24hr MCD nearby at Yishun Safra. If you are into workouts, get Safra membership, do a run, then use the Safra pool for bath and swim for a fulfilling exercise regime.

Often do my evening brisk walk here.
    There are 4 meeting points;
    1) entrance to yishun safra
    2) facing the yishun pond
    3) opposite the yishun park hawker center
    4) opposite Northland Primary
There are exercise corner, playground and gazebo at the meeting points and a decent size dog park .
This park is also a Dipterocarp Arboretum (a living gallery of plants and trees for education and research).
When in season u can spot aunties and uncles waiting patiently under the durian trees for the precious fruit to drop.
A great place for stroll, walk, jog or just hanging out with friends or your significant other.
There are different exercise groups taking place in the mornings where you can join (if I’m not mistaken the aerobics group is free)
And this place is surrounded by eateries
e.g, rasa rasa @ yishun, yishun park hawker center , 654 coffee shop, Safra McDonald’s and eateries within Safra building itself.

    Live . Travel . Enjoy

Yishun Park is surprisingly a nice serene place for a relaxing stroll. The park was officially opened in 1995 and it had retained some of the old trees like rambutan, durian, rubber trees etc. It is also connected via a bridge that goes across the main road to the Yishun pond opposite. The grounds surrounding the pond is breathtakingly beautiful and has a tranquil atmosphere. It is definitely worth visiting.

There is nothing spectacular about the park, just a historical tribute to the vision of Lim Nee Soon and a reminder of life in colonial Singapore.

The area used to be, at different spots, a Chinese cemetery, rubber plantation, and local farms.

Yes, and today, the adjacent plots boast of one of the largest shopping mall foodcourt, medical campus, and integrated transport hub.

A good place to get in touch with nature. Get a walking/ running companion if you are going for a full trail workout in the early morning or late at night, the same goes for visiting its public restroom. (Bring along your own stash of tissue papers just in case.) On Sundays especially – Pokémon Go Community Events are crowd-pullers. You would occasionally have licensed ice-cream vendor parking his bike nearby to sell much-needed refreshments on these days. Food establishments are near to this park so you are not short on meal choices.

Small but nice place. Get to see fruit trees like durian jackfruit mangoes and rambutans. Catch animals like monkeys, squirrels, monitor lizards and snakes if you are lucky. Quite a big playground for the kids. Restrooms around to wash up. Water coolers. Right opposite yishun park hawkers centre to fill the hungry stomachs after exercise and play. For those with green hands can rent a plot of land from NParks to do gardening. There is also 2 dog runs located here for the fur kids. Oh it is a ‘hot site” to catch pokemons!! The other end of the park is linked to SAFRA yishun and yishun pond next to KTPH. Enjoy!!

Quite a good place for Early morning and evening Joggers as well as for Nature lovers.

Its a mini jungle in hear of city with all amenities like Toilets, seating, bicycle tracks and jogging paths.

Whole family can exercise, jog and enjoy the nature. There are name boards and description of various trees and plants useful for science students.

Its a good place to practice Yoga, Tai Chi etc.,
    Easy bus access too.
