Winway is definitely professional. My kitchen lights went out on a weekday and affected my other lights in the kitchen and bedroom. After taking some photos and sending them pictures via whatsapp, they sent through a few quotes (and possible problems), and the repair was done on the same day. Electrician is also professional and explain, plus help to check other affected lights as well once the kitchen light was repaired. This is a company which I will definitely use again. Prices are also friendly.

I have found this company in carousell. I engage them like just twice this month. I had some issue with my kitchen pipe. Which i urgently needed help, so they came on the same day i have message them. They came and got it done in about 15 mins. After 2 weeks my master bed room toilet flush was not working. So i have contacted them for help again. They helped me check for stock but didnt reply until i asked the next day. They told me that they only can fix it the next morning but because we are all working and could not be at home at the time, so i asked if we could do it on the same night and they agreed. So the time was set at 7-8pm. But didnt arrive until about 830-840. But i got no complains, everything was fixed in 15-20mins. Well done. Will use their service again.

1. Should have used temporary bag to collect the dust generated during drill. Left the dust there itself after finished.
2. Didnt check the length of the wall while drilling caused backside wall got damaged.
3. No backup plan for charging/battery for the drilling machine.

I booked a service to replace my water heater:
1. Was told it should be a 2-hour job – turned out to be more than 6 hours and the contractors had to rush off for another job and didn’t fix the ceiling for me. The reason for the massive delay was because 1) they forgot to bring some equipment and had to go away for 1 hour+ to get them. 2) they tried to change the heater without cutting the ceiling for hours despite the fact that it was OBVIOUSLY impossible and I told them to cut the ceiling in the very first place.
2. Arranged for another appointment to fix the ceiling – contractor was later for more than 1 hour.
3. The business account (their boss) was not responsive at all during the entire process.

I called this company up to install datapoints for my 3 storey house. The service is amazing quick and price is very competitive. Their guys came on the designated day and time punctually and drilled through my ceilings and installed datapoints on all 3 floors with all concealed wires. When the point at the TV area can’t be installed as they have to wait for the cabinet guys to finish first, which took about 5 weeks, again they came promptly once I informed them. They didn’t collect any cents from me from start to finish, only when the job is finally completed then they ask me to pay.

I was lucky to chance upon this listing on Carousell when I was looking for people to help install my laundry rack. They were responsive in their replies and their quotes was reasonable and cheaper compared to other companies that carried the same service. Also, they were able to come by ASAP without a charge which I appreciated.
Two guys subsequently came by and helped with the installation and it was done swiftly and efficiently. Furthermore, what I loved was that they knew how to clean up after themselves which I find is quite important when it comes to these types of job.
Because of the first experience I had with them, I decided to heed their advice when I found a leak in the toilet. I share pics and videos and even mentioned the different trial and errors I performed so that I proper evaluation and quote could be given and just like the laundry rack installation, the quote was priced competitive with other companies.
The Indian guy that came by subsequently was part of the duo that helped with the laundry rack installation and he was knowledgeable in his area of work – from his assessment he told me quite frankly that a toilet bowl replacement was needed due to a crack in the water tank. Despite of this “failed” visit (because he wasn’t able to fulfill his work of replacing the flush system which was supposed to be his job), no charge was imposed and use the time to measure the dimensions of the toilet bowl so that the new replacement would fit. He came down the next day to get it fixed and again, the work he did was great. He cleaned up well, and was able to let me know the various things to take note of before using the toilet!
All was good and I’m very happy with Winway’s service. I will definitely go back if there is any repair work that needs to be done.

Great electrical servicing. Found them thru Carousell. Had a faulty light which may have resulted in a faulty MCB. The 2 workers came by at 9pm and patiently checked the wiring at the DB, and subsequently replaced all the spoilt components. Reasonable prices. I would use them again without a doubt.
