It is conveniently situated at the MRT and bus interchange.
    So convenient.

One can shop a day here as it has a wide varieties of shop serving ones’ needs.

Week-end, in the morning it’s still quiet
You can enjoy shopping here as you will find many shops

I have been visiting West Mall regularly for the last 6 years and it has become my go-to place for almost everything. It’s a small mall, but has Fairprice just outside at the MRT, Cold Storage (which I love) in the basement, Tom & Stefanie for all those last minute needs for kids, adults, gifts and so much more. A nice cosy library, a Value dollar store, Singpost, theater, small shops for all sorts of things you don’t know you need yet, and a nice assortment of restaurants. There’s also a good family clinic we visit there. It’s got everything!

A small but nice mall for the residents of Bukit Batok. Good food options like Pastamania, Pizzahut, Subway in fast food. Some thai options and Local favourites like Ya Kun kaya Toast. Multiple bakery choices incliding Four leaves, Bengavan Solo, Chaterise etc.

The mall has something for every one from clothes, electronics even sports.

It hosts library and Singpost options too.

And most importantly it has a multiplex(Cathay).

Most amenities can be found there. Wide selections of food available on almost every level. There’s a Guardian and Popular bookstore.

I shun Dunkin Donut outlet here after my previous purchase as I have seen houseflies hovering on their donuts and after informing one of the staff, she gave me a nonchalant look, impatient for me to place my order and did nothing about it.

The female toilet on level 4: there are either no water from the basin taps or very small flow of water. Out of the 5 to 6 basin taps, only 1 or 2 are working. I think the taps are being controlled by the management to save water. Can you imagine a food court (kou fu) next to the toilet. I wonder how the staff handling the food manage to wash their hands after going to the toilet. On a brighter note, the cubicles & toilet are quite clean. I think the janitors are doing a good job in keeping the toilet clean. My husband also complained about the water flow in the male toilet. Please have someone check on the water flow in Level 4 toilets. Thank you.

West Mall is located next to Bukit Batok MRT Station .
It is a walkable distance from Bukit Batok Bus Interchange

It has many shops and facilities for the neighbourhood.

Safe distancing measures are followed and now there is queue to enter the mall .

It has many dining establishment and has a supermarket in the basement for residents to purchase daily necessities.

Overall an pretty good mall. I visit Vegetarian stall at level 4 food court, Jean Yip salon, Tom & Stephanie and Bangawan Solo cake shop.

I saw Value Dollar shop, Guardian,Harway Norman ,Japan Home, Watsons and Subway as well.

If I am in that area for work or I plan a meeting, I visit food court at the level 4 Vegetarian food stall. I encourage people to eat greens.

There is a Cold Storage at the basement. I loved browsing at XIMI VOGUE, a new Korean shop.

A lot has changed in recent years~ Delifance, Coffee Beans and other cafe areas are new additions.

Just an average HDB town shopping mall. Very few restaurants which serve Chinese cuisine. Cathay cineplex is located on 5th floor.Costly parking charges in underground car park. Cheaper hourly car parking lots in three nearby HDB multi-storey car parks. Mall is next to Bukit Batok MRT station. Mall is quite compact. Not many types of shops. Cold Storage Supermarket is at the basement. Bukit Batok Public Library is on the 3rd floor. A food court is on the 4th floor. No Muslim and Indian food available. Food court is spacious and clean. West Mall is a mid-sized suburban mall always bustling with activity – thats what I like about it . Sports, music, special sales & events of all sorts are either happening at the atrium or the plaza or at the individual shops. The mall has a community library, a cinema , Cold Storage supermarket , Tom & Stephanie, Harvey Norman, Japan Home, Giordano, Bata to name a few & affordable food options at Koufu food court. Need a pick me up with a snack or slice of cake ? Theres Ya Kun, Coffee Bean , Delifrance, etc. Eateries include Thai Express, Swensens, Pastamania, and fast food joints KFC, Encik Tan etc. I love the dessert & refreshment stalls such Each A Cup, Mr Bean & Llao Llao,. The mall is also peppered with beauty and hair salons, shops selling accessories, gifts & cards . This is one of the best malls in the west of Singapore. You can easily access it from Bukit Batok MRT station or bukit batik bus interchange which is just a stone’s throw away. West Mall

Also the prices are comparatively cheap in the stores. Sorella shop got nice fashion accessories collection. You can purchase bags in affordable prices. There is Popular… there is Library…there are gift shops.
Not just inside the mall is entertaining, but there are decent furniture shops located at the exit of Bukit Batok MRT and bus interchange.
The Cathay cinemas here screen tamil movies too which is another good reason to visit this mall frequently.

There is a library with a variety of different books, including the most popular and famous books. Westmall honestly isn’t that interesting I would say. The shops there are so generic and boring. I’ve walked around the whole mall, gotten to know the stores by hard and got sick of it in a span of a week. Worst part I go there almost every week because I live there. It’s not the best heartland mall around, but it’ll do. You have a cinema, fast food, food court, supermarkets. The latter, which have more options available nearby the vicinity too. Even the MRT have essential amenities and shops along the way to Fairprice. We grew up here, used to hang out in the arcade on level 5 after school, which has since become a tuition centre. Times have changed but my memories will stay always.

There is also a public library there.

Strategically located next to Bt Batok MRT and bus interchange. And near to a macdonalds. Most of the major fast food restaurants can be found there.

From the external look, it resembles an old building, constructed rather extended period before. But inside, the mall displays the similar outfit and decoration similar to those malls, built recently. There are six Ievels of shops serving the customers, but five of them have F&B outlets, restaurants and foodcourt. A busy place frequented by residents in Bukit Batok area. It meet the general shopping needs of the Bukit Batok heartlands. It’s pretty self sufficient. Telcos, supermarket confectionaries. Lots of eateries, foodcourt , movie theaters, major stationery store like Popular, library, DIY store 2 pharmacies, deparmental store, post office… actually, there really is so much all cramped to a little building.

It’s pretty good use of space, I’d say!! And it doesn’t feel pokey with weird nooks and crannies. A nice big well of an atrium, systematic escalator system one side up, the other side down. Easy to navigate.

A lady from a neighbouring shop told me that it has not been opening even at the start of CB exit phase 2. So it will not open until further notice while M1 and Singtel there were open. Anyway, there is Malaysia Boleh food court there with very yummy penang fried kwe tiao, curry chicken noodle and etc..
