West Coast Pier is where the Singapore Customs and border control office is if you are entering Singapore by Sea. Don’t forget to submit your SG Arrival card beforehand though. It has got an adjoining Boat and Yacht club too.

Small pier for contractors and crews to go and from ships at anchorage. They should put up small store selling hot drinks and snack here. Parking is quite sufficient compare to Marina South Pier. No public transport nearby so only by cab or driving.
If you want to come here, it’s better to use a taxi, because if you use the bus, the road is quite far, you have to cross the park

1 of the ferry pier in Singapore if you need to travel by sea to Indonesia and other international destinations. The Immigration and Custom Authority is operating in here for oversea travellers. Beside it is the SCDF fire station. There is no public bus service on this road, prepare to drive or take taxi services to this pier.

Before i had to be shipped off by my company to a Barramundi fish farm just off the southern most tip of Singapore, i had to be honest that i do not have any clue this place existed. The Pier had anything vintage written all over the exterior with old walls and peeling paint. Also had this smell that suggests this bad boy has a long history to its name. Being a vintage person, i love the look of this pier. Inside looked a bit more cramped with old skool checkpoint gates to control the crowd. Also has this humungus xray machine that checks bags for undesirables. The staffs are very pleasant. Love this place.

West Coast Pier is one of the three public landing places in the Singapore port. It serves ferry passengers, ship crews, agents, surveyors, ship owners and tourist going to the western islands such as Pulau Hantu.Pulau Hantu. Facilities available are Launch and ferry services, Immigration and Custom facilities. There is a small titbits shop.
Need a couple of vending machine to serve hot coffee, tea or Mee.

It’s a gateway to / from Singapore offshore on the West Coast. Immigration ques tend to be quite long at times. Waiting hall is quite small compared to Marina South Pier.

Typical marine boarding facility, immigration can be slow at busy times. No air-conditioning, parking can be tough, taxis can be tough. All depends on what time you go there. Don’t forget to bring your passport.
