Good for family outing, browse tru with all kind of shop.
It’s okay if you prefer to buy in bulk. Product selection is average. For a warehouse club, it’s not so big. Must have membership card to shop there. There is a nice wine and liquor selection with reasonable prices
I am not a fan ; not a very special price just a lot of stuff there.
A very small mall with little to do except eat. Good range of restaurants in the lowest and highest floors. There is little to shop and there is no arcade, cinema or large departmental stores seen typically. Low foot traffic on the weekends.
Many value for money deals found here; suitable for bigger families, parties, or offices due to the bigger sized value packs. Buy in bulk for cheaper than outside retail price offers.
Good place for bulk purchase but not all the prices are competitive.
Huge place fully air conditioned! Lots and lots of sales items. Wide range of eateries option avaliable and great place for whole family to find good bargain and spent the shopping.
A place to buy things in bulk.. However, you need to be a paid member
A huge spacious shopping place with tons of food and beverages stalls for you to choose.
Also houses a couple of largest shopping spaces for NTUC, Decathlon etc.
Have a lot of parking spaces if you drive to this place.
Not as bigger as expected.selection of goods limited.have to be a member able to shopping.S$10 annual fee for membership card.good place for shop groceries with bulk quantity.lot of dinning outlets in the same floor.lot variety if kirkland products available. normally less crowded and sports giant Decathlon located in the same building. this urban hub well connected via bridge with Jookoon MRT station.
Nice place to shop around with Decathlon and ntuc warehouse…also can get your tummy filled with a few restaurants and fast food
Oh mah gawd the NTUC there is huuuge. (3rd level) I wouldn’t really call it a NTUC and call it more of a warehouse but it sells food from other brands like Kirkland signature. As of now you do not need a member. But since time flies, I give it a few weeks before you will need to register for a member. Or you still can buy there, just that there is a 5 dollar extra surcharge per trip.
very big place to shop for discounted groceries – – – – – – – – –
Wide variety and good value. You can get US housebrands like Kirkland. And also organic foods. Frozen fruits and meats are also cheap. But because you have to buy in bulk, don’t make the mistake of buying too much and then can’t finish it. They rotate their stock regularly. Recently, they introduced a large section of plastic wares – pails, drawers, etc.
Very big supermarket, you can find almost every food product there. Do note that most of the stuff they sell there are quite big, so not your regular supermarket where you can buy snacks on the go.
Nice place to look around outside of city centre.
Only certain produce / brands are worth buying at warehouse.
Great place to shop for foreign goods however It is only beneficial if you have signed up for the membership . There is also 2 hours of free parking of you travel by car
Need to b member in order to buy. Good for small shop traders in bulk buying… Not worth unless u stay nearby the area.
There are many items on sale here and that it is arranged like a warehouse which makes the shopping experience even more unique. There used to be free samples here but due to covid the free samples stopped. There are a lot of variety of items here on sale as compared to the regular super market we visited. This is also a huge place to navigate. Overall, I had a decent experience shopping here.
The size of the place has shrinked, not much variety, items price are marked down but pay attention to the expiry date, item on sale is normally only have 1-2 month shelf life. So really worth it if it is not worth if the item is not 50-70% discount
A supermarket with wide range of wine and beer.
I think this place is overrated. Did not see a lot of bulk items or deeply discounted ones. Did find a big bag of chips. Expected like Costco. Disappointed.
If looking for fresh fruit and vegetables, no recommended.
If looking for wholesale, big lot, recommended although no much diff.
Toto booth a lot ppl.
Been there a number of times. A great place to look for bulk purchases that will be cheaper than other supermarkets. However, variety is dropping. Used to be able to find unique brands from USA. Now there are lesser. Still worth traveling there for the cost savings on groceries.
I would like to share my wonderful pleasant experience assisted by your helpful cashier staff named Celene, she has very good customer oriented character, thank you and keep it up.
Warehouse bldg next to JOO KOON MRT and bus interchange
only 2 retail giant Decathlon & NTUC while most of the rest is likely consist of F&b
1st time visit to this NTUC Warehouse. A huge place to shop for groceries with many items slightly cheaper than most neighbourhood supermarkets!
Members do get extra discounts with some items at member prices only!
Share the same building with Decathlon at level 2, and NTUC; level 3. Ample parking available in the building and is well connected via PIE or AYE Expressway.
For people who take public transport, the Joo Koon MRT Station is just next to the building and connected via a walkway!
Great place to spend time here and food is abundance here with one Uncle Leong Seafood too! No GST & Service Charge and NTUC Union members get an additional 15% discounts!
Finally, Costco makes it to Singapore! Sort of a skeleton version but with lots of desirable brands, and even some Kirkland stuff, at warehouse club prices. Happy to find it here.
Great place to shop if you are looking to purchase stuff in larger quantity. Do remember that spending $80 and more would allows you to redeem the complimentary ticket for parking fees for 2.5hr for those who are driving.
Carpark still charge me for 80cent per entry under 10min grace period, intercom fail …and no light ,too narrow for the one way in or out initial turning ramp
Members-only supermarket (otherwise a $5 per checkout surcharge).
A wide range of products that will certainly burn a hole in your wallet!
Heavenly!
An interesting place with a semi warehouse feel but still avail to buy things like a regular supermarket. You’ll need a membership to buy things, but occasionally there are membership-free days for anyone to go in.
A value for money place to buy your groceries., if you plan to buy in bulk. Every month there is discounts offer for different items. However, i will prefer local ntuc fairprice if I wish to buy my daily food and groceries.
Good place only for people working around there. If you are looking for a shopping centre where you can do shopping, this is not the right place.
However, if you are looking for the cheapest NTUC products, then this is a good place to do so as they are selling everything at a very competitive price.
Quite a number of good bargain here. Not what you normally get to shop at NTUC supermarket. However you need to apply for membership to be able to purchase anythings, but it still worth it, and membership is just $10 per year for NTUC union members.
Decent place but will be full of foreign workers at certain timing.
This place is huge with lots of different items from countries which is in Asia. There is always seasonal promotion with different items. Price is very competitive and good to see the cold weather. There is a chiller room and keeps the Vegeta fresh
Lots of interesting stuff here. But haven’t done any price comparison so not sure if it was worth going that far or not.
Offers some varieties of Kirkland brand of groceries, Fairprice’s own in-house brand which can’t be found in regular outlets. Bulk purchase offers for some items but not exactly a huge variety. Nice if you’re in the area.
Besides some retail shops and fast food chains, it is more of a NTUC warehouse supermarket. If without the Warehouse club membership, do be prepared to pay additional $5 on your purchase.
Great place to shop in bulk but a few things in mind
1) you gotta have the membership or wait for their open house.
2) you need to know prices of the items you would like to get. It might not always be cheaper.
3) not all items are available.
4) if items are really cheap, chances are they are expiring soon.
There’s a nursing room in the building with diaper changing area, a tap and a chair.
Good place to buy sports supplies
Finish my visit to the warehouse club few minutes ago , not impressed at all, to start with the product collections is very limited to other stores. Or even online shopping options , even other fair prices outlets , as for the pricing not as expected saving adding the transportation is is much costly .
Members-only shopping. Good for frozen food and restaurant-sized packages.
Good places for supermarket shopping. There’s even a grocery section which I’m sure that not many people are aware of, as there’s flaps to prevent much cooler aircon from running off.
Great price. The kettle chip are way better cheaper than any place. Always go there to get my jelly beans.
At the end of our shoppimg we played this fishing game where we earned free gifts for each colored fish we caught
1st time here.. Small mall but quite adequate of choices when comes to eating. Saw Decathlon outlet there also!
Remembered many years ago it was 2 levels and the deals were great for stuff you can’t really find in Singapore. Now after Covid this Supermarket has turned into just another NTUC with a small amount of interesting items. No point taking the club membership as they often let members of public shop there as well. Now worse the higher level has turned into a Decathlon.
A large varieties of items you can buy in bulk at almost wholesale price. The smaller items are priced at slightly more than normal NTUC so you must know which is cheaper to buy here.
Great diversity of products, local and foreign. If you live nearby it’s a good idea to become a member. Not everything is a good buy though.
Food court and Fair Price Warehouse Club are locateed at level 3. Decathlon sports equipments and accessories is on level 4.
Mostly quiet in weekdays.
I like this market, it’s available in accessible places, good for quick purchases.
موقعها ممتاز وعنده كل الاحتياجات
Very convenient, you can obtain everything you need from here.
Hot weather
Fairprice HUB is a warehouse concept marketing place cum many food eateries
Very good variety of imported frozen raw and process food. But not all are cheap..lookout for those tag..”must buy”
Not a great variety of groceries but have some special items and imported brands that are not found elsewhere. Good selection of wine and spirits.
Didn’t spend enough time, but was huge, and from what I understand, it’s cheaper than regular fair price stores. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a visit.
Sells interesting things. Sells bulk at cheaper prices. However, items change quite frequently so if its something you like this time, may not find it next time!
Good shopping at Joo Koon area for the army boys from Pasir Leba Camp.
Been there for decathlon shop. Food court food fair nothing special.
Plenty car park.
Not crowded during weekends
Large grocery store similar to Costco. And similar to Costco, requires a membership. I did not know that membership is needed until I went up to the cashier. This looks like a common occurence as the first question the cashier asks is whether I was a member here and the customer behind me also did not know about membership. Membership requirement can likely be better communicated upon entrance (there are some signs, but I guess I am not the only one who didn’t notice). Aside from that, the selection and prices here are great. The store is not cramped and comfortable to walk around.
If you are looking to buy items in bulk or looking for heavily discounted products, this membership-only grocery store may be one you frequent.
It is an extension of Fair Price and as the name implies, it is like a warehouse with tall display/storage racks stacked full of products from household items, grocery, fresh produce and electronics.
You can shop there without a membership till early January 2020, which will give you a good idea of what you might can get in the future if you so choose to get a membership.
There’s a food court right outside the store and so, never fear shopping on an empty stomach.
They have changed their layout, and is now worthy of 4 stars(up from 1 where toyogo owned half of first floor) it is now only 1 floor on level 3, but the variety of products you can purchase is much better. The 1 star they lack is from the fact that they don’t give any indication when they remove a product from their shelves.
Is wholesale store u must meed d membership to buy over here. U more cheaper than other stores. Have to buy some items in bulk.
A little inconvenience by the fact that you would need a club membership to purchase the things at the stated price. Could do better by having sign stating the requirement for a membership card near the entrance.
Most enjoyable Shopping mart merge with Bus interchange next to Ang Mo Kio MRT station
Price is almost similar to the price at the normal NTUC. Only slightly cheaper at most.
I’m not so like to buy from club warehouse, most of their products are not halal. Usually I only buy those that’s manufactured in sgpore which certified halal. One of the reasons why I patronise is that the staffs are very friendly and helpful. When prices…average only, not really that cheap lah.
Overall it’s a nice place to shop and food, easy parking (clearance height 2.3m). Mai hiam buay phai lah!!
It is a supermarket which sells nearly everything in large pack and good price. Also the customer can have their membership to shop here, otherwise one need to pay extra 5 sgd each time for shopping.
In fact, this shopping mall is quite large. On floor 2, a Decathlon is located there, which sells all the sporting gears. On floor 1, many restaurants are available, like McDonald’s, KFC, Pop-eyes, Subway, Toasted Box etc. So if one come here at the weekends, there is a lot of fancy place to take a look at Joo Koon.
The place is good…. and I like decathlon so much … I loved and there are restaurants that they are good….its amazing you can visit…happily …
love to hang out here. ample parking lots for cars and bikes.
decathon got $1rebate for customers. the food court has alot of food choices. 1st floor have a lot of fast food chain.
I just love the space in between the aisles, enjoy browsing through the items without having to block anyone or sneaking over shoulders. Ample parking, a plus point. As you enter the store, you are directed to aisles of discounted special buys. If you have big event like children party, good for bulk purchase.
My favourite buys – Ristorante pizza, Muar otah-otah & vegetables like kale & carrots & of course, household items like detergents.
What I would like to see on my next visit is free food sampling & exciting in-store events or activities.
huge selection but nth really outstanding or especially cheap
Requires different membership on its own..
NTUC link card cannot use
Built for the west. Not crowded at all on a Saturday evening. Variety of fast food and small eateries. Main attraction will be Decathlon…entry level and budget sporting goods from camping essentials to Surfing equipment; covers almost any sports u can think of. Warehouse Club on the other hand, a bit limited in choices. Go to those Finest, Extra for better experiences.
Good selection of fast food on the first floor and some Hawker type things on the top floor.
The variety that was present years ago no longer is there. No longer sell fresh cooked chicken too. I will not travel there just for their small selection of Kirkland stuff. Some good promotions here and there but not worth a journey if youre not living nearby
U can find stuff for a very reasonable price but downfall it as u need a membership to buy the stuff there
Nice place provide, local morning breakfast as early as 0700.
More nice food will open at a later time (after 1000).
A must stop from people coming from Malaysia, 2nd via tuas entering into Singapore.
Got a hyper market worth visit.
A joint venture between Costco and Fairprice misses the mark and ends up being a combination of the worst elements of both companies. There’s a near total disconnect with what makes Costco compelling. The whole exercise is a disappoinment due to poor execution.
Wide choice of food. Had olive rice fried rice ($5.50) and slice chicken pho ($5.90). Prices are before discount for NTUC members. Tasty food and nice ambience. Not too crowded.
Nice and big. But lack in fruit selection.
Things weren’t as cheap as we thought. Better to check the prices first. A lot of the prices are just the same as normal ntuc. Lucky we went on open house day. If we had to spend money to buy the club membership, then its Super not worth it.
Excellent location and mall for dining.. lot of options to choose from!
more than just fair price, convenient, merchandise and good fr at one place
Quite place to have small gathering for the pax of 4 or less. You can do shopping on sports items and bulk grocery at one building.
To purchase items here, you’d need to fork out a $50/year membership fee (entrance is free though). Once you’ve done that, make your way down to Joo Koon MRT and the warehouse will be right outside it. In my opinion, the warehouse is great for purchasing a few specific goods that are not normally found in normal NTUC fairprice outlets, i.e. Sunbites, Mega-sized kettle chip packs, Carrs’ Water Table Biscuits, Frozen Berries, Swiss Muesli, Juices, and Kirkland Bulk Purchases. I was expecting to see a much larger variety of goods here (from all over the world), such as cold-pressed bottled juices and snacks from Japan (that Emporium Shokuhin sadly does not stock) so that I can buy certain goods without having to import them at a higher cost (e.g. Nissin Grotto Matcha Granola and etc.), but there sadly isn’t. A lot of items sold here can be found at NTUC fairprice outlets, which gave me the impression that the range here is a little repetitive. I think it needs time to truly find its niche and to improve on its product assortment. However, I do like how spacious it is, as well as its high ceilings. For the casual consumer (who is not buying things in bulk – and even so, I don’t find the savings that amazing really), $50/year membership is just too much for the underwhelming assortment of products you can buy from here. I am rating this review as such (4 stars) as I think exploring a warehouse concept like this in Singapore is a step forward for us consumers. Do note that no photography is allowed here.
Wow everything you need u got here. I love to shop here.
Groceries at good pricing. Normal days only open to members for purchases. Now open to public until September.
Super crowded on Sunday! Huge place and large variety! Not significantly cheaper, but more options and more things to buy!
Is great to buy needfuls things at Decathlon and have some simple foods at this small mall ! …
Must buy from here when they open house till 31Dec. (Not sure if will extend anot, heard its because of covid that they do open house and let more buyers shop here)
Apparently if during open house you shop more than $80 in a single receipt, you can get 1 year free membership…
Usually people buy bulk qty of beer or frozen food here, other stuff not much difference compared to other outlets
Great for bulk buyers! But youll need the member ship to buy things, $50 For public / $35 for ntuc members i belive
(After 2 years) Edit: This place has started to sell lesser stuff but has good deals sometimes.
One of the best malls in the area of Joo Koon if you’re looking for household items at a very affordable price, and there’s a lot of fast food such as pastamania, subway, mac and many more. There’s also Decathlon where you can find your sports needs at affordable price.
Although it is a place for those with membership, cashier (staff) politely told me to top up $5 if I still want to go ahead with my purchase. She did not show unhappy face.
A very big space to shop. Good bulk pricing with good range of items stocked. Apparently open house without a need for membership till 31st March 21! Found a rare drink – iron ball.
Awesome! Lots of varieties & special products that are uniquely found here. High ceilings & spacious.
I can get the same merchandise in a ‘normal’ NTUC. I can’t see the benefits. There are no pricing benefits as far as I could see from the labelling. It has a chiller section which smaller stores may not have. I don’t see bulk purchase discount. Im baffled.
Good, but need to add more dairy products especially butter, Fruits and vitamins
Very quiet. Not much crowd
I am a member but not a fan. They don’t have ntuc house brands and things are cheap but not in the brands that you want then what’s the point? It’s mainly us brands and things are sold in massive bulk so it be useful if you are running a business but somehow even then it doesn’t feel cheap enough
If you don’t have the warehouse club membership, you will not be able to earn fairprice link point.
Good for people who want to buy in bulk. Cashier checkout queues were slow, so it’s a bit of minus point here.
I am a huge fan of Costco back in the U.S. This is the closest thing to it and I love that it carries Kirkland brands. Still has some kinks to work out – supply of popular items etc- but so nice to have this option.
Not everything here is cheaper than at the Fairprice outlets. Some are at the same price. They do have many items not available at the usual outlets and conversely do not have some items. There are some bulk packaging that is way cheaper and can offset your grab trip home. Delivery used to be at a minimum of $500 and excluded perishables. Interesting to walk up and down the aisles to discover. Current promotions are for Japanese items – Tokyo bananas, sake etc. Check out the super cold room at the back for fresh fruits ans vegetables. Wine section is right at the front. Normally need to be a member to purchase anythjng but they have open houses during festive periods so you can purchase then. Just take the train to the Joo Koon station if you don’t drive.
Similar to Costco concept. Don’t expect to find full range. More for bulk bargains.
Best price u can get for groceries
The Warehouse Club website touted a wide selection of brands, but the actual selection is much smaller than NTUC finest or Xtra. Perhaps I wasn’t looking hard enough but the groceries I was looking for was about the same as any other fair price stores. Quite disappointed I couldn’t find the brand of muesli I wanted (to buy in bulk of course).
A no frills warehouse club concept. Good for stocking up on necessitaties in huge (and I mean huge) quantities. I suggest coming out only if you have accumulated a month’s worth of shopping. Cause there really isn’t anything else to justify making your way to the boondocks
Makes no sense to come here unless you live nearby (who does?). Needs a paid membership to buy. The stuff are sold in bulk quantity and yet there is not much savings for buying bulk. Offerings are not great either. Nothing going for it, surprised its still surviving.
The prices are not like what we as we expected. The products are not cheaper in any sense if u take into account the transport and membership. Definitely not really worth coming unless u are buying specific products from overseas
Associated with NTUC, they nonetheless carry certain bulk brands like the Walmart Kirkland line. Good for those that like to buy in bulk, or to buy certain brands of products you don’t usually see but otherwise the prices don’t vary that much from NTUC.
Spotted on the shelves – bulk nuts, honey, coffee, chips. US cereals that are a bit rare (Cheerios, Lucky Charms). Taiwan premium instant noodles, frozen soup and sea food in bulk, frozen whole cuts of meat, whole side of smoked salmon, large bottles of cleaning products, Korean snacks, wines from all over, etc.
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re doing groceries, but having transport to bring everything back is a major plus.
Depending on the ongoing promotions, you might have to get the membership card to buy from the shop.
It offers different package size and brand to choose from usual shopping centres. Offer large economical size and also normal package one. New refreshing look.
Lousy, it’s even smaller than a Fairprice Extra or Giant store, prices not attractive also, travelled from east to west for this , such a pity, wasted trip ! Not warehouse member you don’t get link points….zzz
Good selection of uncommon products and brands from the US. Great for bulk buying, else not much difference in prices than your regular NTUC.
It’s the closest you’ll get to Costco in Singapore. It’s got a decent selection and carries some Kirkland products, however does not provide the same shopping experience or selection as an actual Costco. As of 2016, cost S$50 for a two year membership, or you could pay S$5 for one-time checkout without membership.
Pricing ok, not a very good place to shop. There are better place around. Only if buying in bulk may be worth it, but some of the items, you may be able to get it at Giant/Sheng Siong at better price.
Was abit disappointing. I came here thinking that there would more Kirkland items and other US imported brands. Turns out it’s just a massive Fairprice. I found 1 bag of frozen berries from Kirkland but that was all.
Good… There’s Decathlon. That’s the main reason whe we come here…
It’s far, unless you are staying at this part of Singapore. 80 cents for 2.5 hrs. Why not? Quick lunch and some shopping, covers my time for my next appointment. Deal?
Extremely underrated really worth going with many varieties of food
Good for bulk purchases and Kirkland brand(costco) which is only found there. Don’t go for normal groceries as it’s pretty selected. Need a membership to purchase goods.
Spacious n alot of choices but some items are ABIT expensive compare to others NTUC branches.
Great varieties at reasonable price. Should have more “open house” occasions to attract more non-members to visit the club.
Most things are similarly priced, some MUST BUY items here and there. Not really worth the trip unless you are buying bulks of value-for-money things to “earn” back that transportation costs.
Warehouse club by FairPrice. Usually require membership to enter. No membership required for entry till mid feb 2020. Mostly frozen and ready made food or other items. Not a lot of fresh meat and fish.
They have a membership system here and it is very reasonable to join. If you want some of the more hard to source western foods then this is one of the places I would recommend, only draw back is nearly everything is buy in bulk. However that being said it is good value.
Honestly, not worth making a trip here. Regular size items priced similarly to regular NTUC. May be slightly cheaper when you buy giant size/in bulk. Selections are awfully limited. Visit only if you happen to be in the vicinity
It’s a a little inconvenience, if you’re not sign up for the membership. Higher price is charge for items purchased. It’s not much difference from other mega markets. Prices only a little bit cheaper. Not worth the trip. But the location has many good eateries and a mega sports shop.
Warehouse Club @ Fairprice Hub
Not a good idea to open up for member only.
Last update Oct2018
wide range of things. but not necessarily cheaper than buying from a regular supermarket. highly recommend the 1.4kg (~40 sticks) ,$20 frozen teriyaki chicken on stick though. so far it’s the only place ive seen selling it. usually require membership to enter. but they’re havinf open house now till end dec 2019.
The price will surely entice you to buy ! Really worth the money . Most of the products were sold in bulks which really allows you to save your $$$.
The best thing : their membership is now only at $10 only! ( as on June 2019) I am not kidding!
So dnt waste time! Go grab it now!
Mall is good but must be join their membership before U can purchase bulk item at a very CHEAP price
Omg first time going, there’s so many things, and so many I’ve never seen in regular ntuc and a couple of things bigger then I thought would have like a 5 kg bag of pasta
If you are looking for bulk buying for groceries this is the place to be. You get titbits in extra large packaging, some selection of wine and beer and cooking ingredients in extra large pack.
Can only only get 2 per item so kinda defeats the purpose of a warehouse club (buying in quantity). Works fine as a regular grocery store I guess, fails as a Costco type experience.
Is cool men everything have
Big stores like Fairprice supermarket, Decathlon and Warehouse Club are there. Good f&b choices too
Simple, neat, not crowded. Quite a few food options but mostly fast food.
WHC is a wholly owned business under NTUC FairPrice. As one of the leading NTUC Co-operative in Singapore, FairPrice’s social mission is to moderate the cost of living in Singapore by providing quality products at best value, and excellent services. We strive to be the first mover to introduce new retail concepts to serve the varied needs of our customers and aim to excite our customers through imported products that are exclusive to WHC and most importantly, pass on greater savings to customers through bulks buy, value packs and multi packs.
Not much variety and normal days you need to be a member to purchase stuff else have to add a one time fee.
Giant at IMM is bigger and gas more options imo.
Great for folks who work around the area. Plenty of dining choice for simple lunches.
Big Warehouse…FairPrice’s (West-side) answer to GIANT’s Super warehouse in Tampines…usual items are same price you find at regular NTUCs…only certain ‘Merican products are in super-size packs are cost effective…if you already buy them…otherwise no big deal…
As of April 1 2017, level 2 is still under renovation so limited items at the moment. Still a great place to get import goods and weekend grocery get-a-way. Now they have Kirkland vitamins as well but strangely their daily multi-vitamin is dated for 12/31/2017, rest seems ok.
Feeling I’m overseas high ceiling and big supermarket. Ms Sonia (staff) had GEM to direct me personally to sour plum is located However , I’m poorly checkout by her colleague. …
Everything you’ll want, and more! A great selection of daily necessities are available here.
Generally clean and nice place to go. Not much to do here other than shop at decathlon and the NTUC and to eat food. But that’s enough reason for me to visit!
A quite quiet place. A little bit isolated. There are good restaurants and a big warehouse. Also, people are quite few, and that is very rare, and good. Not a glamour place, but likeable and human.
Good selection of items, not cheap on some items (some are more expensive than at other NTUCs). Lacking of fresh cheese, fruits and vegetables selections.
An updated review: it is really much better if you aim to buy in bulk here, or mega sized items not usually found in the normal NTUC. Otherwise, prices are usually almost similar to your neighbourhood NTUC, sometimes it’s also somewhat more expensive.
Same stuff as fair price with bulk deals
Extremely happy to find few gluten free items here at warehouse club @ joo koon.
Otherwise it’s a very good place to buy bulk items.
There are international brands too which makes shopping more convenient.
A bit far off on the west. Fairprice Hub is good here for bulk shopping. Decathlon is good too. Other than that, don’t go here for anything else.
A good place for those who don’t like overcrowded malls, decent choices of food and of cos Decathlon!
Feeling I’m overseas high ceiling and big supermarket. Ms Sonia (staff) had GEM to direct me personally to sour plum is located However , I’m poorly checkout by her colleague. …
Great variety of items, no crowd but pricing display messy
Not so much a mall but if you’re shopping for groceries, and other food products they are just like the Fairprice Hub with lots of savings if you buy in bulk. Other than Fairprice if you’re into sports then they will have some choices for you to choose from in DECATHALON. There are fast food joints such as Burger King, Mc Donald, KFC, POPEYE. It also house PASTAMANIA, THAI EXPRESS, TOAST BOX, OLD CHANG KEE….
Awesome. Special clearance sale during weekends I guess. But packagings are big and large. Hence if you wanna do big purchasing THIS is the place with free delivery if above SGD 500! Happy Shopping. I love my SGP!
Good place to relax, walk around and buy groceries. I was expecting a lot of variety in fruits and did not have much. Other than that I think it is a good place.
Located just beside Joo Koon MRT, Level 3 of Fairprice Hub. Generally OK, not as much variety as the typical NTUC Fairprice stores but there are some unique items that can be found here and not in other stores. Prices are relatively cheap, BUT ONLY for members. Yes, you’ve to signup for membership before you can make any purchase.
Visiting this place for the first time due to the membership fee waiver in these days if the purchase made in single receipt is more than 80 SGD.
This mega super market offers very good bargain price for almost all bulky items, also have lots of Kirkland’s products, same as what sold in Costco.
We also saw lots of wine promotion, some even are offered in 50% off.
Warehouse Club membership is good to have. Great deals if you buy all your monthly groceries here with members card. Additional 10% guaranteed compare to other fairprice.
At Level 1 is Flavors of Chang Au a mom and pop type of eatery that servers northern Chinese food like shaved Noodles.
Building air con not working well.
A lot of variety found there
Lotsa good offers. But variety not as comprehensive as what a normal supermarket have. Not advisable to do normal groceries shopping there.
Can hardly complete my shopping list here.
Have a walk in chiller for vegetables and fruits, good place to escape from the heat outside lol.
There is also a alcohol session where you can get beers and liquors at a bargain
Store is free to visit however you will require a warehouse club membership to purchase items here. Currently is 10 dollars for existing NTUC club members for 1 year membership.
There is also a Singapore pools retailer here for lottery and sports betting.
Would have scored it a 5 but there is a severe lack of fresh produce here. The variety is dried, frozen, snacks, household items is good though.
A value for money place to buy your groceries., if you plan to buy in bulk. Every month there is discounts offer for different items. However, i will prefer local ntuc fairprice if I wish to buy my daily food and groceries.
Ok lah, clean environment n quite a lot of dishes, was there last, b4 Covid19 n looks like more shops n interesting to hv ntuc there where my wife n my 2 baby girls (24 n 29) can do their groceries wild i go to “33” to search for my spareparts (hardwareshop).
It Fulfilled all the grocery needs in one place.
It’s clean and spacious with a decent array of choices for frozen meat and seafood, but choices for fresh fruits and veggies are limited.
Good place for shopping but you need to be a member first at NTUC.Can try to ask if they have a day pass which happens every now and then
Lots of good priced food. Unfortunately the wine I wanted was out of stock. Good selections available though. Spent over $100 and got a years free membership too!
Good selection of products that can’t normally be found in other ntuc supermarkets.. but business is slow due to location and high prices, so not many customers come here to shop.. evidenced by ntuc leasing out one level to decathlon to take over their unused space..
Price not different from neighborhood, do not have many special offer. I went there after 8:00pm, there is no more carpark redemption coupon. Some more, we bought more than $100. A bit disappointed.
NTUC warehouse good place but the foodcourt is disappointing on variety. Also the indian food expensive and quality is not there
Superb Mall.. Having all amenities and all kind of foods stalls are there, economy canteen and food courts also be there.
Been visiting this place since its opening years ago. Spacious. Lots of great value products from oversea. Good for people who always buy in bulk. Customer service is very good too. They have assisted me for an issue which i deeply appreciated. Thanks to Christina especially for her kind, thoughtful service.
Great price
Generally cheaper items. Very good discounts for frozen fruit. It’s also the only place to buy cheez itz if you’re American.
Not all stuffs are cheap.
You need to register as a member in order to buy stuffs here.
Currently , special offer for outsiders till end of Mar 2020. Users can spent $80 & qualified to be a Warehouse Club member.
(Else just pay $10 only if u r already a NTUC ordinary member.)
Some stuffs are certainly cheaper & not available outside.
Can try the indonesian coffee located on the left of entrance at 80cents per cup for a limited time only.
Alright selection of food. Clean. Nothing remarkable to note.
It’s a great place to shop especially with families and friends that I treasure most
Open House for whole of April 2021. Not all items are cheaper than the regular NTUC outlet but there’s a lot of varieties. If you signed up for the warehouse club membership, you will then be able to earn NTUC points.
Walked into a supermarket situated within the ulu Joo Koon mall, discovered a smaller than expected supermarket with even lesser variety of goods displayed in a messy haphazard fashion.. left disappointed and a unlikely destination for future grocery “expeditions”. It is actually part of NTUC and required membership before one can purchase anything inside, but they seemed to have waived off that requirement for now.
Some very good deals to be had her but the items vary from week to week, so you won’t know what’s available and you do need to sign up for membership. Very quiet during weekends when I usually do my shopping.
Sometimes you will find good bargains here if you are willing to buy in larger portion or bulk. Good thing is that they have extended the membership from 1 to 2 years for $50.
Considering the size of the store, it’s seriously lacking in b terms of variety and even if they do stock some Kirkland brands the prices are very high. Not in the same class as Costco at all.
Feel better to visit there . We can buy daily needs anything..
Goos place for food hunting, also loved their sports department so much where u are always welcome to try without someone like chasing u away.
Not worth the travel and membership cost.
Update: Now the store is just limited to one level as the lower level will be rented out to another retailer. That’s what I heard. With 2 levels there’s nothing much to shop here. It will be worst with just one level.
Wow! spent $80 and got a free membership! This ‘no membership needed’ happy month is from may 1 to 31 only. Felt so lucky to be at the right place…at the right time!
There are some American products which you will not find it anywhere else. We like the Cheese Cake Factory cakes, they are frozen but taste just as good as those in America, it’s the next best thing. Many products are cheaper if you buy more. The two hours free parking is a plus.
Don’t waste your time. Very limited items compared to NTUC supermarket or Sheng Shiong. Happened to be at Decathalon and went up to 3rd floor and took a walk. Took a few items but was told at the check-out counter had to pay $5 bcos I was not a member. It’s not like they are in a HDB neighbor and they are well stocked. Give it 6 months most probably close down.
Big warehouse with a very wide variety of things.
The next best thing to a Costco and good place to do your big shopping especially for items that you would want to buy in bulk: paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, diapers, detergent, softener and dish washing soaps, etc. Also has very good deals on frozen berries and seafood.
Lots of Australian and American house brands available which you wouldn’t otherwise find in singapore.
Biggest supermarket ever seen. Have a lot of restaurant inside too.
Great place with good discounts and buying good workout equipments
It’s quite out of the way. But they do have some good buys which are not available at normal NTUC outlets, especially NTUC brand ice-cream!
It’s like a paradise in the jungle of concrete factories in the “hinterland”. Fair number of eateries and fast food joints. Food court on level 3. Joo Koon MRT and bus interchange is here
almost all the time having open house, till the warehouse club membership feels like a joke…
This place was once my playground which I definitely visit almost every weekend (before covid), though I stayed in the east. I basically enjoy shopping here due to their variety is a lot beside wine. Last sat, my friend n I encountered Ms Krishna the cashier. I would say her customer service and very helpful, she even shared with us which app to download to get $10 for our next purchase.
Overall cashiers over there r all friendly, pls continue to keep up the good work.
The veggies wasn’t fresh at all during my visit. Even can saw fly inside the pack. Hope the management will into it seriously as bring down the image of the company.
Warehouse club is an average supermarket that offer membership. Member get some discount. Affliated to NTUC fairprice
decathalon and ntuc. with many food options too
This is a warehouse where you get ntuc stuff cheaper but you will need a membership to shop here
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here unless you’re running a small business of sorts. Discounts only available for bulk purchases and the discounts aren’t that fantastic. Moreover, only available for members and the fees aren’t that justifiable but the savings.
As of 19th March 2017, it is undergoing renovation. Hence only Level 3 of the warehouse is accessible. Reasonable prices for bulk items. Looking forward to the newly renovated area with more items!
This place carried many stocks that don’t usually see in other NTUC outlets. Very interesting!
However, it is not very big, hence carry limited variety of products. There are total 9 cashier counters, but always less than half are opened. Therefore, please expect long wait when checking out!
decent place for shopping and eating a variety of food….
it’s a.must if your find value for your marketing. saw this family size cereals at $5 (original $15) car, park charges are normal like hdb.
Good deal and no need to be member to buy this month (Dec 2020).
If you are into quantity purchase, this is the place to go. They carry recognisable brands in packagings larger than what you can find in Fairprice or Cold Storage. Would have given another star if not for the limited range of products.
Warehouse club hosts variety of shopping outlets like decathlon, ntuc club, lot of fast food & other food outlets. There are few Indian food outlets too.
Love it. Cheap marketing, wide choices of affordable food and of cos the deca and ntuc completes the story
Place are Huge But what a waste . Items are same as any Fairprice stores. It should be better in setting up the Store with better values items not just an ordinary store. Those from far away will be disappointed. I think Boon Lay n Amk is 4 times better then Hub.
Wide variety of things.good place to browse
Large selections of goods at an wholesale price, worth the membership if you shop often and in bulks!
After more than 3mths not being there, pleasantly surprised that the store is well stocked up. It must be a few festive season coming on. Cheers.
Nice place for food and shopping. Indian food is good.
Check if you’re allowed to do any purchase if you’re not a member.
Not exactly Costco but they occasionally have extra large packaging of some of the products or bulk item purchases.
Look out for specials on their social media that they have periodically that’s worth stocking up on.
Not all items costs lesser than other supermarkets. Some comparison to Mustafa Centre and other hypermarkets is advised is you’re regularly grocery shopping.
Not bad, quite a number of sales and bulk items.but sadly i dont understand why need to sign up new member under warehouse and normal ntuc card cant collect point.
Great place if you want save money on food and groceries
Always come here before CNY to get items in bulk purchases. Although some places might have better deals so you have to know first before buying.
They are currently having a promotion; if you spend above $100, you’ll get a one year membership for free. Usual price is $20/annually
Got decathlon and warehouse club. And currently warehouse club no need membership
