Rented the Suzuki DRZ-400 which is a class 2A bike .Rented it for 3 days and I informed the leasing company that I will be riding it to Malacca. Bike functioning well and yeah it didn’t fail which was the most important thing and it was fun riding it on Malaysia. If you want to vroom vroom but got no moolah to get your own bike or just need a bike to just skrrttt somewhere, I would highly recommend VROOM, do ask for Selena!! She’s very helpful although a little intimidating at first. Call her “xiao jun” and she will be your next best friend. 11/10 service.

Back for my 3rd time as a customer after passing each class of my license. After passing my class 2. Was pleasantly surprised and exhilirated by the experience I got on riding the FZ8N from VROOM, literally the best ride of my life, the bike speed and sound felt like driving an aeroplane
Although the price seems higher compared to other companies, i never regretted paying more as they are a honest bunch of staff to deal with even when there is an issue as I personally have been scammed by other rental companies before. The condition the bikes are in really do make a difference for the price difference.

Tried to hard sell/lease to extend bike rental
1st day of bike rental:
Arrived to a multi-storey HDB carpark and had to wait for Loy, who was late for 45 minutes. He was, however, friendly and open to all questions. Was given an old bike with dents and scratches which also had some problems starting up sometimes but its a sturdy, usable bike. No P plate provided so new bikers must bring their own.
2nd meeting at workshop to swap bikes:
Loy was late 45 minutes again, even after we had agreed on a time to meet. This was after he had told me earlier on to tell him what time to meet so that he wont be late as “it reflected badly on us”. I waited until he arrived with another bike, and it was good that I could choose between two bikes this time. I swapped for a R15, only to realise on the road that the rear brake lights were faulty. I ended up swapping back and riding the same bike I rode there home.
They displayed good customer service when I left my cashcard in the other bike’s IU and he rode to return it to me after I called and told him about it.
Later at night, he tried to push a leasing of a KTM to me as I have mentioned that I wanted to swap for a KTM if possible. He proceeded to require me to extend my rent for another week at minimum as other people wanted to rent for a week. When I refused the offer, he re-offered me with a discount and lowered the minimum number of additional days of rental, which I also did not accept. On the next day, he texted me again that the “Duke 200 is back”.
Last meeting to return bike:
We agreed to meet to return bike at same multi-storey HDB carpark. I waited for half an hour, and he was still not here. Meanwhile, texts I sent to him were not replied. I waited for another half hour, and there was still no reply. Following that, I called him and was told to just leave the bike in a lot with the key in the box, and that he would only come down 2 hours later to check and then return the deposit.
2 and a half hours later I received my deposit back.
