A fairly decent place for watches. They have many brands. I went there last couple of times for my watch battery replacements. Their usual charge is $15 for one watch battery. Gshock they said has 2 batteries, so $30 for cell replacement for that.

Ordered a Seiko Preage GMT 140th Anniversary Limited Edition via their online shop on a weekend, and received the product complete with box, accompanying booklet and endorsed warranty card by the 3rd business day. It’s was a good experience equivalent to shopping at their original Tanjong Katong Complex outlet in the 80s.
Good that they had the initiative of notifying me of the product delivery via message notification. But they’d fare better had their online portal reflect the processing status of my order in a timely manner.

I find the lady from the watches of switzerland tampines mall is way nicer. I tried at least 6 or 7 watches and she didn’t mind at all. I could be her customer in the future. She also gave discount too. I asked the same watch, Vincent Watch gave more discount $100 lesser. So you decide.
I have been a customer for Vincent watch since Feb 2019. First watch was just a Casio GShock which was gotten through redeeming Mindef celebratory gifts credits. Although the watch transaction was somewhat cashless, the staff did not treat me any less. I was served as if I was an actual purchasing customer. It was later in the same year in Oct and Nov, I got a Ball Fireman NECC and Tudor Pelagos LHD respectively. The relationship I had with the JEM outlet later developed, having introduced my family and friends purchased several Ball watches such as the Engineer Hydrocarbon AeroGMT II and Roadmaster, Tudor Pelagos, Black Bay, BB58, BB GMT to name a few. They all shared the same positive experiences. My recent purchased was the Tudor BB Chrono Panda, Casio Edifice “Casioak” for myself and BB Burgundy for my parent’s anniversary. I will definitely recommend Vincent Watch a place to go, to start your watch collection journey from renowned brands such as Ball, Hamilton, Oris, Tag Heuer and Tudor.

A good store, a good selection of goods, a clear work of managers, and most importantly – everything is reliable and honest. But there is one big problem – they do not work on delivery with individuals. I had to use Japan as transit. And this is an extra waste of time and money.
