The reason why there is a crowd is because of the ban mian stall run by 2 brothers. The sheer variety of combinations that you can order your noodles in is just mind blowing. The favourite is their dried ban mian which is drained of its soup and stirred in black sauce. Beware of long queues during lunch time.

Only a few stalls here and it gets pretty hot during lunch. No more Muslim food here btw. Favourite is the big noodle stall which also serves fish soup. They have really flavourful broth and their noodles are springy even though they’re maggie noodles. Expect Long queue for it during peak hrs.

Today ( Jul 19 ’19 ) to meet the Air-con supplier here. The lady sales staff told me there is a stall who operate by an Uncle selling the Ban Mian around the corner is very nice. After the discussion, I visited the stall and talk to the Stall Owner Mr Tiong, he told me that he use the Fried Small Fish to make for the soup where other is using the Rock Sugar or MSG. He also told me that he have been here for 8 yrs beco of the fish stock and words of mouth from surrounding working staff. It worth to have your lunch here when you are around. Attached is his picture.

A big and airy foodcourt. Even though it is not air-conditioned it is located in a breezy area. The big-ass fan also helped to circulate the air. I think the Malay food is decent. The noodle shop by the side of the shop is the best. It is possibly one of the best noodle shop in Singapore. The delicious soup and excellent chillies (two types) are simply to die for. I also like their use of a kind of vegetable. Very crispy and taste great. So what type of noodles does it sell? A variety..
