My neatest mrt station
Ubi MRT station (DT27) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line in Geylang planning area, Singapore, located near the junction of Ubi Avenue 1 and Ubi Avenue 2. The station serves the residents and industrial workers in and around the Kampong Ubi estate. The station is within 6 minutes walking distance to Maha Bodhi School and 10 minutes to Manjusri Secondary School, and it is around 5 minutes walk from Ubi Greenville and 10 minutes from View@Ubi (the two estates in the neighbouring Kampong Ubi estate)In the near future it will be right in front the new BTO flats called Ubi Grove which is slated for completion in 2023.(The BTO will be behind MRT station at the empty field)

Spacious and pleasant MRT station on the Downtown Line. Went there to top up my senior concession card and a very kind gentleman from the passenger service counter assisted me. Transaction was completed in no time at all. Very pleasant experience.
This station is very close to my home so it’s extremely convenient to take the MRT here. It only takes an hour to get to the airport from here. The station is well managed so the conditions inside are quite satisfactory.

Clean station, small & usually not too crowded, has toilets & UOB & OCBC ATM.
Around the MRT, there’re some shops and cafes. (I found market and subway; exit A)
At the platform, I saw nice motif of tapioca (Ubi) on the floor and I like it;)

Ubi is now more accessible with the opening of this newly complete Downtown Line 3 station. Convenient & straight forward. Lots of eateries at Block 302 through Exit “A”.

Very well maintained and clean environment around the mrt station. There’s many food courts, restaurants, groceries, cake shops, hardware shops and even a 24hrs Giant when u exit out the station which is around a 5mins walk. Really very convenient mrt location on the DTL.

New built started from mid- Oct 2017 with basement till B3 very standard.
Near by Ubi HDB flats with 2 schools ( primarily & secondary) and HUB shops house where Giant big supermarkets is there crowded with foreigner workers on Sunday. On other sides are car agents with workshop and famous Car Mart.

Ubi MRT, Dowtown line DT27. Very centrally locates and next station is Macpherson. Very convenient and nearby are all corporate office and some factory such as Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Comfort Delgo, Honda etc…
Also you can easily access to circle line by changing on Macpherson which is the next station towards Bukit Panjang.

I walk past this MRT station often during my walks. Occasionally if it’s too hot, I’ll end my walk early and take the MRT the rest of the way. This MRT station is clean and well laid out. The air conditioning is nice and it’s on the blue line so it’s quite modern.
