Great rooms, great service and greater staff. Located at quite a proper area, this hotel provides comfort stay. Very peaceful and nice.

Small but comfortable room, has everything you need. Free wifi and mini bar. Very friendly staff. 5 minutes walking distance from Vivo City shopping center.

Great location, hospitality, clean room and breakfast. The have a narrow pool, but quite long. If you are looking to get a decent sleep, avoid the 3rd floor, it’s near the reception and gets noisy if you are a light sleeper. The gym was poor 0 our of 5, single and noisy treadmill. Single multi-gym and can’t do most things due to parts broken, limited weights up to 15kg, the bike and cross-trainer are not commercial standards and feel flimsy. The hotel is 15min drive to Clarke Quay. You have a shopping centre that is 2 min walk. The promenade to Sentosa Island and universal studios is 20 mins walk. If you are on a budget and need to put a head on a bed then the hotel will suit your needs.

It’s my first time business trip stay in this area, a bit far from the city. Nothing can shop in Vivo city, however, lots of food near by and close to station which help me can travel around Singapore easily. Bay hotels room quite big, queen size bed. however, the bathroom too small and just has glass feel not good. If can choose better stay somewhere close to main city

It’s a great hotel, good for both short – and long-term stay! I stayed for almost two weeks it was very comfortable! Nice common places where one can work or study, they provide great complementary breakfast, and the vivocity shopping complex is within a few minutes’ walking distance!

Nothing special about the hotel. Some places still under renovation…. only thing good is nearby to town, Sentosa, Vivocity and Seah Im hawker with many delicacies and shops.

I live in the room 513. This room is very very small. And a lot of noisy inside the room: refrigerator is super noisy! I can hear next door talking, TV sound, corridor door closing, outside car running on the road! The toothpaste is ‘黑妹’! Shampoo and shower gel in the big bottle. Really bad hotel!

Didn’t know there s ongoing Reno at the hotel till September. Only one lift in operation n i feel it’s rather dangerous basing on the fact that upon our checked in on sat, we experienced two to three fire alarm instructing emergency evacuation. Moreover with the current covid situation n with endless guests n renovation workers using only one lift, i feel it’s not safe for guests who squeezed into one lift. Too many users. They should not closed all lifts under maintenance leaving only one lift usable for all. Not a good idea at all.

Wonderful hotel to stay. For Singaporean looking for short gateway with value for money, this hotel is highly recommended. For tourist looking for hotel near to Sentosa and value for money, this hotel is highly recommended too. From food to hotel facilities are excellent. Staff are friendly, and good advice on going near by area. Everyone are helpful. For Islam tourist looking for halal food, this is the hotel recommended =)

New hotel so clean and has all the conveniences you expect from this sort of standard hotel. Location is also very good. However – the rooms are so small. There is barely any room for walking with the bed in it.

Nice hotel , located in a nice place , close enough(5′ walking)to the cable car that gets you to the Sentosa Island . Also , right across the street is a huge mall where you can get anything . Rooms with enough space(I took a double one coz the company was paying) , nice and clean , with a minibar , a TV and a safe box . Stayed there for 4 days . Amazing breakfast ! The reception is excellent too ! If there was a bad thing about this hotel , this would be the noise from the street , that is for the rooms that look towards the street .

I only have good things to say about our recent stay here. Being our 2nd stay in 5 years, it is still a lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly, location is fantastic. Angel, staff member at front reception, is amazing. She was so accommodating to us, and even brought a lovely fruit platter to our room to commemorate our 10th anniversary. Only improvement I can suggest is to be able to switch off or adjust the temperature of the Aircon in the room. Being a centralized air con system, we couldn’t switch it off and could only adjust fan speed, not temperature. We will definitely stay here again for our future SG trips.

Overall setting is good and location is strategic to be accessible to many places. Especially the rooftop bar has a very strong and romantic ambience. Have no negative comments on the overall impression on service as staff of Bay Hotel have been very helpful and friendly everytime I step foot in their premises.

Had an excellent one-night stay experience! It’s at a prime location right beside Vivo City and Sentosa, which is convenient. The service from the hotel staff is great – they are friendly and responsive! As it was Valentine’s Day and we were celebrating, they also surprised us with a box of chocolates in our hotel room! What a nice gesture! On top of that, the rooms are newly renovated and hence it’s really clean and new!

Only downside is that at the point that I stayed, the pool and gym facilities are still under renovation until March 2021(?).

But apart from that, it’s a great and value-for-money stay!

A wonderful and sometimes eccentric hotel. Front of house staff very helpful and accommodating. Brilliant location to VIVO city and public transport. Nice pool. Hard beds and pillows (which you may or may not like)

WE did find the rooms interesting. very clean, neat and the cleaning staff professional. However the lightly translucent glass on the toilet and shower stalls do mean everyone in the room will see you in some way.

However however, the included minibar, the free phone with free data, the hotel wifi and other room services were top notch. Definitely value for money.

Just watch for the lifts, they have a somewhat evil voice. at least that’s different I would stay here again.

I’ll start with the positive things I experienced during my 2D1N stay.

    1) Comfortable bed and pillows, with clean linens.
    2) Generous provision of bath and hand towels.
    3) Water heater works well, easy to find the middle spot between hot and cold.
    4) Aircon was working well, and the temperature can be easily adjusted.
    5) Location was a stone’s throw away from the mega mall – Vivo City.
    6) TV had a Chromecast option, and also youtube built-in.

    Now onto the not-so-pleasant things..
    1) Front receptionist was robotic, cold, and did not display a modicum of hospitality. It felt like I was checking in to a hospital, rather than a 4-star hotel.

    2) The renovations were insane. The information regarding renovation was sent after booking so I could not have evaded that prior to my selection. The hotel said that the renovation work was minor, and that they will do their best to minimize the noise.

I am not sure what they mean by their best, because when I arrived at my room, it was ear-piercingly loud, and the floor and bed were shaking and vibrating. I called the front desk and he basically said “Ya that’s right, it’s like that one. Can’t do anything about it. You go for lunch then come back in the evening, problem solved”

I won’t say anything else regarding his tone, but you guys decide how to feel with regards to his response.

    3) My room was the furthest from the lift, it was just sad. It took 5 minutes to walk from the lift landing, I had no windows, and the walkway to the guest lift felt like you were going to be escorted into a quarantine area.

    4) The room was very, very small. The walls were also very thin, I could hear everything my neighbours were saying. The toilet had poor lighting and was very dim.

    5) I couldn’t do any work on my laptop as there wasn’t a desk or chair provided in my room.

I do hope that the experience I had won’t last and will improve once the hotel is fully renovated. The pool was closed and there was no room service. My entire stay, I was thinking how on earth were they afforded 4 stars. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. What should have been a relaxing experience for me to de-stress turned into just a room I used to sleep in. I spent more time wandering around Vivo than returning to the dreaded hotel.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel! The room was great and the accessibility of the hotel was good! It was near to the train station and just infront of Vivo City which was very very convenient. Nit to mention that there was also a nearby halker where you could each cheap and local food. The staff of this hotel were so accommodating and was there 24/7 to assist you. The free buffet was also good and I loved it!

I think the only thing they could improve is the speed of their internet connection because it was so slow during my stay.

I paid $96.50 usd per night for the Premier room.
    – Facing Vivo city and Sentosa, the view was great.
    – The lobby, facade and pool were under renovation.
    – The wifi was too slow to be of any use (speed test 7 mbps down and 0.1 mbps up).
    – The room was equipped with rain shower (but no jacuzzi as seen in some of the pictures), no conditioner no lotion were provided, the toilet door cannot be locked (cannot even be closed fully)
    – Reception was kind and polite.
    – Highway was noisy. Bad news for light sleepers.
    – Some quirks to be expected for this price but overall no deal breakers. I would come back.

Hotel located in front of the vivocity mall, so close to a lot of shops. restaurants, and MRT. The room was small but clean, the minibar wasn’t so furnished. The personnel at the reception and restaurant was always available and helpful. Very good ratio quality/price. Suggested!

  26. Avatar photo

Deluxe queen room window view facing cemetary and mosque. Bathroom and toilet share the only door which means you can’t use both simultaneously. Have to go uphill to reach the entrance of hotel. A walking distance to bus stop and mrt.

Extremely personable service, the front desk in particular was very accommodating and friendly. Examples of this were opening the door for me on arrival allowing me to check in early and providing water while in the waiting area. Was really impressed, great value for money.

Very nice place to stay. We had booked a Standard room there. It was a small room. A couple & a child can be accomodated. The hotel & rooms were very clean & neatly maintained. The staff at the reception were also very polite & helpful. The view from our room overlooked the dock area & the Vivo City mall from where you take the monorail to go to Sentosa Island. Its a 5 min walk from the Harbourfront bus stop as well as the Harbourfront MRT.

No facilities….renovating…….nightmare crossing the road from vivocity….windows bombed by birds?? That evening and next morning, there was no hot water and had to use another room’s shower.
The renovations resulted in chemical smells coming thru the central aircon in addition to the pounding and drilling ……so don’t bother to have a wfh staycation

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Was not informed that due to renovation, there is no car park. The nearest CP was at seah im. Booked quadruple room and was facing cemetery. Requested for room change and was informed that all quad rooms face the cemetery. After an hour, TV broke down. They finally changed my room but I was forced to downgrade as there were no more quad rooms. The toilet was in a horrible condition with a sewage /urine smell. The bath seat was going to drop out, the nails were coming out. Horrible……

The hotel is easily accessible and is close to Vivocity and Sentosa. Room is clean and neat. The amenities are alright, they have a rectangular-like swimming pool and a basic gym. Breakfast is alright but there is not much variety in food in my opinion. If you are not fussy, this hotel definitely is one to consider especially since it is cheaper than the hotels in Sentosa itself. I would stay again if the opportunity rises again in future.

    Location- Excellent
    Staff- Excellent
    Rooms- Clean but small
Located right opposite Vivo mall, just a 4 min walk. You can take the sentosa express right from here for Universal and other sentosa activities. 5-6 stops from farrer park mustafa centre etc. Rooms are small so ensure you take atleast a queen size room, if you are with a family. On check-in the staff was kind enough to tell me that there would not be sufficient space for kids and luggage. They upgraded us just for 22 sgd/day.

Toilet, shower, washbasin & bed all in the same room!

The wife & I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago. We were amazed to find the toilet and shower immediately on entering the room. The toilet was of less than one metre square and far, far too small. Adjoining the toilet was a shower recess …. both enclosed by glass panels. It appears as though the toilet and shower recess was added sometime after the rooms.

Also the wash basin was directly opposite the shower recess and where the tea and coffee making facilities were located……..not very hygienic in our opinion. Also the set-up provided for no privacy whatsoever.

In addition, we had room service … by ordering a club sandwich. What we received was three small sandwich pieces … not of toasted bread but of a small bun being sliced. It was about half the size of the normal club sandwiches other food suppliers provide. And it cost $20.00.

N.B. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

The room was small; feels cramped and our room didn’t have any window. Lucky I’m on a business trip so most of my time was spent outside.

The shower was nice and also cramped. Our shower head was a bit off so water came out of the joint. Luckily there is another rain shower just above you. Since it’s using blurred/stained glass, your butt can be seen from the bed next to it.

The location is very prime! Near MRT Station (Harbourfront) and opposite of Vivo City. Very convenient for those who want to visit Sentosa.

Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of western selection and the staff were very nice. Amenities in your room is complimentary! Feel free to get some bottled water, juice and beer for you to walk around on hot Singapore.

Came here after our original booked hotel was horrible. The staff were lovley and very helpfull and even gave us an up grade. Close to vivo city and mrt, easy to get to sentosa and cable car from here. We will come back here again when we come back to Singapore. Breakfast was included and a good selection was on offer. Front desk staff amazing as they showed us the room before we checked in and we were impressed compared to where we spent our first night. Houskeeping staff looked after our small additional requestes with a smile. Cant say enough good things about this place, we are only leisure travellers but this has been one of our best hotel experiences ever.

Stayed here for a week for a business meeting. The hotel was picked by the company I was working with. The hotel has been open for about 4 months and appears to be struggling a bit. Rooms are very small. I had the queen deluxe room which did not come with an ironing board. First night in the room the sink was not clean, nor was there any shampoo / conditioner in the room.

I sent my clothes out to be pressed with the same day service. At 6PM I asked when the clothes would be back. I was told 7pm. At 8pm I called again, and was informed the clothes didn’t go out till late and would not be available until the next evening. These were all my business clothes for the next day, so after 3 phone calls and a manager later, they were delivered the next AM at 7:45, but with attitude.

I’m an avid swimmer and the pool looks very nice on the 6th floor. Unfortunately the tiles used were not “pool rated” and are coming apart. As soon as you start swimming there are hundreds of little tile pieces churned up in the water. The water is also kept at about 90F so laps are difficult. Gym is non-existent. No treadmill or bike, just weights.

Breakfast is not included and is $28. It’s an above average buffet, but nothing special. If you want a diet coke be warned it’s $5 additional, which they would not budge on.

Overall I would say it’s overpriced, and the service is not good. Better value elsewhere.

Booked 2 rooms in Jan 2022. The hotel is located conveniently opposite the Vivo city and a bit of distance from Harbourfront. So shopping here is not a problem.

Seah Im food centre is a short distance away too if you crave for hawker food.

Be aware that the hotel is still under renovation as of Jan 2022, so there is no parking spaces here, you need to source for alternative parking nearby.

There is a slope leading to the temporary lobby at level 3. Going out and back hotel always require you to climb the slope. So you note that when you plan to bring elderly people there.

Rooms are small for deluxe and family rooms. The views are nothing spectacular unless yours are facing the Sentosa.

The toilet and shower are separate, and are also small.

Great location near vivocity, train station and santosa. Comfy room but small. Clean, free minibar was awesome. King bed was a little short for me (180cm tall man) and was a bit too hard. The aircon seems to be centrally controlled, so we couldn’t turn it off.

  48. Avatar photo

For our first half of our SG trip, this was an excellent 3 night stay at this hotel. We booked the quadruple family room which is a good size with 2 queen beds and large corner windows. Our kids loved the view of VivoCity and the monorail to Sentosa. There was a partial view of the cemetery behind one of the beds which didn’t bother us especially given it was an inexpensive place to stay. The location is perfect for those who plan to go to Sentosa, VivoCity and even Chinatown since it is only two train stations away from HarbourFront on the purple line.

The negatives – the unusually high bed (even though a stool is provided) but we knew this from other people’s reviews but we still decided to book it anyway; and the lack of dining space.

Overall, for the price we paid we would definitely consider staying here again.

Refurbished hotel that comfortable stay, quiet, walk across the street to mrt, bus stop and Vivo City (shopping mall, easy to find food in there and we can go up to the 3rd floor, there is a monorail crossing to Sentosa Island) Everything is so convenient. …

Our main reason for choosing this hotel is because of it’s proximity to Sentosa, where we had an early day of activities planned. Plus it was cheaper than most places located within Sentosa. Despite being affordable, it still provided a comfortable and elegant stay for us.

Conveniently located across Vivo City Mall for shopping, food, and basic groceries. Also to go around Singapore, Harbourfront Station was just nearby. Convenient right?

We were just confused with the whole room service and room dining after 3pm system. In the end we always settled for getting something to eat from Vivo City Mall. Would have loved to try their wares but our itinerary just didn’t have time for us to figure it out.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Our itinerary allowed us a couple of “slow” days so it was still a great place to staycation in.

Terrible service. Totally not worth the money. The staff couldn’t care any less. Moreover the rooms were tiny and dingy. I would’ve had no problem with this if it weren’t for their 4 star status. Over all, don’t go here unless it’s your last choice and you have a major discount or something, it’s totally not worth the money.

The design of the toilet and bathroom in the room I was staying in was faulty. In my room there is one sliding door for the toilet and bathroom. When I used the toilet in the morning and then used the bathroom closing the door, I had to keep the toilet open. By the time I finished my shower, the room was filled with the smell from the toilet. Luckily I was staying alone.

Small it might be, but the service here is top notch. Their rooms are functional & tidy & although space is tight they still manage to fit everything into the room for a business traveller or someone wanting to stay a night or three.

Breakfast is not that impressive or vast but again, it’s more than adequate.

Five minutes from the hotel is the Faber Park which is a delightful walk through lovely forest areas. Definitely recommended.

I honestly thought this was a super decent hotel for the price. We topped up a little for a premier queen room and it was worth the upgrade since we had an extra window (more natural light) and slightly more space to move around.

The staff at the check-in desk (Victor) was very polite and helpful. We couldn’t check-in early since there were no rooms available yet, but you can leave your baggage with them to explore for the day and they will call you when your room is ready.

Location is great – just across the road from Vivocity so there are plenty of amenities and food options nearby. We chose to walk into Sentosa on 2 days via the bridge and took the monorail in on 1 of our days – super convenient for us since it was a Sentosa staycation for us.

The room was clean and comfortable, with ample space to place your belongings. One large window had a view of the Keppel Harbour, Dyson HQ and a mosque + muslim cemetery. Whereas the other room was filled with lush greenery from the forest behind. TV is in good working condition, powered by Chromecast so we could binge watch Youtube and other streaming apps.

    Some cons:
    – Bed was quite high (I struggled even though I’m 168cm) and firmer than what I’m used to.
    – The shower and toilet area share a single-panel sliding door. So if you shut the sliding door on the shower area, the toilet is left open. (And vice versa – so when someone is taking a poop, the smell goes everywhere .)

    Other cons (beyond their control):
There is renovation going on so there is currently no hotel lobby, and the reception has been temporarily relocated to the back of the building. You’ll need to climb up a slight hill to reach the reception so if you have mobility problems I will suggest you look elsewhere. Otherwise I think once renovation is concluded, these problems will disappear.

Hotel is nice, the rooms are set up kind of funny with the bathroom and shower being just a glass enclosure and not a separate room. Food is pretty good and the mini bar is included in the room. The hotel is set up where it is only a short taxi ride to many attractions in Singapore. Buffet breakfast is included as well.

Not the best experience from this hotel to be honest. I think it might be due to the ongoing renovation but following were the issues faced during my stay:

    > check-in was really long as there was only 1 staff at the counter
    > requested for a mini tent to be in my room (as shown in their photos) but it wasn’t prepared
    > bed was really high, you kinda had to crawl/jump up.
    > the bathroom was fine initially but after a shower, the drainage area started to have sewage smell wafting out and it was really unpleasant
    > door chain lock doesn’t work. It unlocks the moment the door is pushed open so it defeats its purpose isn’t it?
    > the window insulation was bad as I could hear every single car driving pass since the expressway is just right outside. There’s a mosque beside the hotel and you could also hear them do their prayers early in the morning.
    > the aircon wasn’t working well and everyone had to sleep without the blanket even though it states 19° on the aircon panel and the aircon fans were on full blast
    > requested for extra toiletries but we were told to go down to the reception to grab it ourselves unlike other hotels where they deliver it up.

The rooms look decent overall though, clean and minimal and it’s located near Vivo but probably wouldn’t come back again.

This hotel has great value. It might be one of the best “bang for the buck” hotels I’ve stayed in. The mini bar (contents of the fridge) is free for the first night of stay, and you also get unlimited drinking water, which is a big save in SG. It’s just 10mins walk from Sentosa Boardwalk, and just around 4mins walk to VivoCity. You literally would just need to cross 2 or 3 pedestrian crossings. Aside from these, the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices and they also have a machine called “chef-in-a-box” which caters to your culinary needs when the restaurant is already closed. The food from this machine is microwaved ready to eat meals but the taste is not bad. Size and cleanliness is also good quality, as well as the courtesy and assistance of the staff. Like mentioned before, it’s very close to VivoCity so the MRT Harbourfront is also very close. If you’re planning a few days in Sentosa and you don’t want to spend that much, this hotel is a perfect choice indeed.

I had a wonderful experience staying in Bay Hotel Singapore. First of all the room are clean, smells good, and spacious enough for me. Then the location of the hotel is really strategic. Its just beside the main road to city centre. The TV channel is not plenty, maybe this is something that can be add on. Getting a taxi also very easy for this hotel. Too noisy for business travellers (even with silicone ear plugs), but room was fine and breakfast was excellent. I asked to move once (too many families with young children coming in and out of each other’s rooms while talking loudly, at all hours), and ended up next to a laundry chute down which things thumped between 10pm and 11:30pm most nights. Handy to Sentosa.

Only one lift and quite slow. At least they put a big fan along the pathway covered by construction as u walked to the lift lobby.

As per other reviews, the bed is quite high.

Quite clean. Bathroom divided into shower and toilet bowl but light was shared in the middle. Not sure used too long or… too dim.

Our stay at The Bay Hotel was a fantastic experience. We decided to stay here due to it’s location, as it is situated close to some fantastic attractions including Sentosa Island. Also, the price was extremely competitive for a hotel of this star rating. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay. We were surprised to find a fully stocked mini bar in our room, which was all complimentary and is restocked each day! This included water, soft drinks and beer! A further surprise was the complimentary mobile phone that was sitting on the desk. These are included with every room and guests are encouraged to take it with them on their adventures, take advantage of free calls and data and then leave it in the room at the end of their stay. A really nice touch, as we had been considering going to buy a SIM card so that we could use Google Maps to navigate our way around.
We took advantage of the 24 hour room service menu on our first night, which was delivered very quickly and the food was excellent. On our second night we decided to try the restaurant and the quality of the food was exceptional. It is also worth mentioning that it’s well worth paying slightly more to have breakfast included during your stay. We were spoilt for choice with the extensive breakfast buffet.
Finally, a trip up to the rooftop bar is an absolute must. Our recommendation is to head up in the evening and enjoy a Singapore Sling whilst admiring the magical view. A fantastic way to end your day!

The lady at reception did something on her computer and told ,now lock will open, we went back and it didn’t still open.
Still again we had to go back to reception, it was quite a few floors below our room.
It was finally opened after 45 minutes or more.Though they did politely apologise.
Need to work on lift and room key system.
Location deserves five stars.Just walking distance to Sentosa.

Rooms were clean. But really small. We took a triple sharing room. We didnt have huge luggages but still not much space to place stuff. The toilet and shower cubicles share the room space separated by fogged glass. Its logistically quite difficult to shower as there isnt enough place in the shower cubicle to hang stuff. Complimentary bar. They top up once you finish the drinks (juice/tea) The location is quite good, accessible to nearby train station. Breakfast is not too bad though limited in selection. But menu changes from day to day

Topped up a little more for the premier room (with 2 windows) but was disappointed to see that the view is facing a cemetery. We pulled down the blinds throughout our entire stay. If I were to stay here again, I will pay for the cheapest room, and rather have the room facing the highway…

Service from the reception is good though. We asked for disposable chopsticks and also needed their help on the TV/chromecast connection. Hotel staff came up within 5mins to solve the issue.

Toilet design not really good. There is only 1 door, we can either close the toilet or shower room. Smell spread to the room/bed easily within an hour after we check in.

Disappointing experience after seeing 4 stars on Google Maps and 3.5 rating on tripadvisor.

    – Reasonably close to MRT (not directly connected via subway) and Vivo city mall, Sentosa, etc.
    – Friendly staff
    – Free snacks along with the usual coffee/tea.

    – Room is small with toilet and bath just separated by glass from the bedroom.
    – Room walls are thin so you hear your neighbors talking, walking in the hallways, etc. We had a room facing the park/pool in the back so slightly quieter than if you had a room facing the busy road/freeway – make sure you get the room facing the back.
    – TV is still showing grainy analog images? Is this 1990? hello? How long has HD/Digital TV been around?
    – Gym is a joke. Small and mostly broken and creaky equipment so don’t even bother.
    – Flaky internet that drops and is slow

Travelodge also has a washer and a dryer. That was a life saver for us! For eight dollars, you get to clean all your clothes.

We booked the hotel for a night to celebrate our anniversary. The gentleman at the check in counter was kind and patient to us. He arranged higher floor, level 7, than the initial room at 2nd floor. And he promised us we can check out late at 1pm the next day.
The room looks smaller than the size indicated. bath and toilet are separated, and only 1 door can be slide open at a time. The view from the room 717 might be a concern for some as it is facing the mosque, with the full view of the cemetery.
We were locked out of the room the next day, after coming back from our breakfast. When we approved the reception counter, the staff rude to us and told us that the check out is 12pm. It was only after we told him of the late check out promised than he instructed his colleague to activate the room key.
I will consider this hotel to be a 3 star based on the service and condition of the room.

This hotel is an economical hotel with upscale features. It isn’t upscale as they say it is, but the quality of service, small shower room, mini bar perks, pool, and hairdryer are definitely all plus-es. I don’t like when I can’t open the window in a small hotel room, especially when the air smells stale or musty, but we slept great and the pillows were comfortable. I was here with my partner on the 19-20th October, and I definitely felt that our stay was less than enjoyable and would not return to stay at the hotel again, nor would I recommend the place to anyone.

We arrived promptly at 2pm for check in, a Chinese lady staff took down our details, collected our deposit and informed us that she will proceed with the check-in and told us to wait. We waited for about 30mins, and the staff did not call us back, so we returned to the desk and found the previous staff had left, and there was an Indian lady staff at the desk where the Chinese staff was.

She had no idea what happened with our booking, and needed to check on our booking status yet again, though she was very kind and patient with us about it. The whole process took almost an hour and was rather sloppy, the staff later apologised on the behalf of her colleague by upgrading our room to a larger room on the 10th floor.

However our upgraded room was rather disappointing, it was cramped, it is very likely that you’d be bumping body parts against any furniture while maneuvering in the room. The sink is placed separate from the bathroom, with snacks/drinks for the minibar already occupying the sink, there was barely any room to place your toiletries and make up. While bending over the sink to put on make up you will also risk getting your clothes wet.

The bathrooms were inappropriate at best, and the only thing providing any privacy was a thin sheet of frosted glass. There was no space to hang a change of clothes in the shower, you’d have to risk catching a cold, changing in the air conditioned room. And the toilet flush was deafening, and you’d be waking up your partner each time you had to go.

We returned to our guestroom in the wee hours of the night, and only wished for a good nights rest. However the walls were very thin, and we could hear doors slamming as our neighbours got up at about 6am.

The bed was also made of a non-supportive material that does not provide any support for the back, and the pillows were deflated, too thin for any neck support for side sleepers, I woke up with a sore neck and back..

In the day time, we realised that our room was also right beneath the rooftop bar, had we been back earlier in the evening, we would not have gotten any rest either.. Overall, the room design was rather horrendous, and it wasn’t restful at all, the only saving grace was that the hotel was very near Vivocity Mall and Sentosa, if you wish to visit. Otherwise, it would be better to stay at another hotel whilst you are in Singapore.

  111. Avatar photo

For this kind of location (near the large mall Vivocity as well as Sentosa), the price was great considering that the room was quite nice and it came with a package deal for 2 for USS. In terms of the restaurant, the food is absolutely fantastic and relatively affordable considering the quantity and quality you’re getting. Hotel guests also get discounts for the restaurant. When I requested something to be arranged for my girlfriend for her birthday, they were able to do up some decorations that made my girlfriend super happy (albeit for a somewhat high cost). Overall super satisfied with my stay and would recommend to anyone.

The rooms aren’t bad. Definitely could’ve been designed much better. The sink is right by the door and there is a gap between the toilet and shower so water will leak towards the toilet side. Probably could’ve left out the office area so that there is more room for luggage.

Laundry is also ridiculously priced. $10 a cycle? The view from our room was also a graveyard.
The price is reasonable though if you don’t want to be paying an arm and a leg at other spots.

Renovation in place hence I had to walk to the other entrance instead of the main entrance. Hotel receptionist Chinese lady was very arrogant and rude, not respectful and talks cocky tone to us. Room window was full of mold (green all over) at the bottom of the glass and the toilet door will not prevent any water leaking outside. I had a nice 3days 2nights staycay despite some of the negative reviews I’ve read. Rooms were small but clean and simple. I was tended by a male receptionist on my first two days and he was very pleasant. Upon checkout I was attended by a lady who greeted me warmly with a smile a nice little getaway from home to spend my SGvoucher.

I booked deluxe twin room. For myself and my mum.

View: I got the swimming pool view. There’s the Muslim cemetery view and the city view (u get the traffic view if u are at a lower floor). I would have preferred the cemetery view as compared to the swimming pool view… I’m not superstitious or anything and the cemetery view has a lush greenery backdrop so why not

Toilet: separate bathroom and toilet. Has a bidet. No bathtub. One down side for me is that the toilet doesn’t have a lock.

4 star because it’s not a luxury hotel and there’s room for improvement. But overall great stay for the price and I would go there again.

If you are a business traveler this place is not for you. Nothing wrong but badly located to enjoy if you are not willing to use public transportation. Lobby and rooms are tiny compared to most business grade hotels while price is similar. And you spend your money on taxis to get around.

It’s conveniently located to a huge shopping mall and good connectivity to the city, with the Habourfront Station within walking distance. Vivocity shopping mall has many great eating options and serves as a gateway to Resort World Sentosa and Universal Studio. The hotel is relatively modest but the rooms are ok. Service is ok.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We checked in late at 10pm, we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff whom helped us with checking in with no fuss. Upon reaching our room, we were surprised by the cleanliness of the room which was delightly scented by the reed sticks. The snacks/drinks bar were topped full with chips, coffee and premium tea, the minibar had cold drinks and beverages including beer. The view from our room was spectacular. The view from our room was spectacular, we got to see Sentosa island in the distance and managed to see some fireworks too! Bed was very comfortable. The shower is a bit cramped but you’ll be able to manage just fine. The TV had a wide variety of channels to browse through, although we were in the mood to have some youtube or netflix haha! Breakfast in the morning (served from 6am) was rather decent, slightly pricey but saved us time from having to walk to VivoCity or the nearest foodcourt/eatery which would be at Seah Im foodcourt which is approx. 10min walk. The hotel itself is near Harbourfront MRT Station, VivoCity Mall, Harbourfront Ferry and Cruise terminal, Harbourfront bus interchange. Hotel amenities include a small gym & a small pool. There may be other amenities but i was too tired to check it out haha!

Although it was a short 1 night stay, it was a memorable one and I’ll surely be back here for another staycation soon for 2 simple reasons:

    1. Rooms available <$200, and for the price you're paying and the service and room you'll be getting, it's definitely worth every penny. 2. Can't say no to a free minibar and snacks bar

Overall it was a good stay despite all the unhappy encounters with the housekeeping team. Room was clean, free from pests which was very important as it was a very long stay for me. Service at the counter was good. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Location was great. Complimentary mini-bar helps a lot since there wasn’t anything I could order for in room dining. Same day laundry service is great too, really helpful for guests staying for long period.
    Things to improve on:
    1. Standardised the training for housekeeping. They should be flexible and do their best to help the guest. Communication among the team need to be improved, instructions told to the night shift team doesn’t get pass on to the morning shift team.
    2. There should really be at least 2 dustbins in the room, 1 in the toilet and 1 in the room.
    3. To add on halal Chinese food and more choices in the menu.
    4. Extend the opening hours of the pool.
    5. Change the old equipment in the gym.
Thanks for everything during my 13 nights stay. Keep up the good work and all the best!

The service at Bay hotel was fairly pleasant. Location wise it seemed like it was next to a noisy road, however within the lobby it was fairly quiet. Even better we were assigned a quieter queen sized room. Lifts had access protection for apartment floors. The room itself may be a little cramp but had good fittings to utilize the space. A complimentary mini bar removed any doubt that I would have to pay for something within the room. Lighting options was fairly good in our corner room, though the lighting options could have been more detailed. Room service was fairly quick and responsive. Didn’t really eat at the restaurant or use the other facilities. I was quite satisfied with my overnight stay at the hotel. Checking out was easy and efficient, and gave plenty of time.

Hotel in a great location. Nice pool area. Staff is medium friendly. Generally rooms are good quality but small. My bathroom ( toilet area) was hardly 1 sqm. No smoking anywhere, I have to actually leave the hotel premises. Expensive breakfast. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed. It’s industrial. Might go again because of very good location. Very smoker unfriendly hotel. No dedicated smoking area. Reception forgot to tell us about the basics of the hotel, like location of pool or rooftop bar. No sauna.

This is the worst hotel ever! It is unfortunate that my first review in Google has to be a bad review.

This hotel has ZERO food options after 10pm, there is no place to eat supper around the area and the hotel cannot even fulfill simple promises like housekeeping. The instruction to clean the room daily was registered in the system and NO ONE took the responsibility to check if the staff fulfilled their housekeeping duties. Came back to the hotel room at 10pm expecting a clean room but to my dismay nothing was done.

Cannot even rest well with loud street noise and and upkept room. The operator was arrogant and did not even bother to APOLOGIZE, just mention they will supply fresh towels, its really below customer expectations. Could have offered to change a room but nothing was done.

It is a disappointment to see Singapore, a first world city, to have such a hotel that charge first world price, yet offer a third world experience.

Shame on the hotel management part. If not for google requiring 1 star to fulfil review requirements, i would have given ZERO stars.

Propeller Bar is great place considering the location and specially the rooftop open air concept. Closer to Sentosa Gateway and VivoCity this serves as good venue for cosy parties and corporate events.

Great location if you are planning an exploration of central, south (Sentosa) Singapore. Near to Mt Faber, Vivocity, Sentosa, Outram for heritage walks and great food. Room is small but highly servicable. Wifi, A/C works well, good water pressure and sensitive hot/cold water adjustments. Clean and highly utilitarian. Good number of sockets with USB ports built in. Sound proofing of door can be better though. In short, a modern hotel for city folks. Service was OK. Some amenities were not in use, egs. Carpark, and Fitness centre. Website and in-house info was not updated. Had a good time and rest there, after 20k++ steps exploring thr neighbourhood.

The main problem was the small room and the shower/toilet configuration – I booked a room with 2 single beds to share with a friend. THe bathroom arrangement was not practical for us as one has to disrobe in the room before having a shower as there is no where to hang one’s clothes. If one person wakes up at night to use the toilet, the other person would be woken up either by the noise as the walls and door to the toilet are made of glass, or the light as that was not blocked by the glass.
Otherwise it was a convenient location being right opp Vivocity

However, the rooms are not only very small, the bigger problem is that the toilet area in the room is only separated by a sliding door. The sliding door also does not sit flush on the wall, leaving a little over 5cm of space on each side.

Sharing this post as it’s really suck and bad experience for me with the hotel.

I booked my wedding stay on 12th Jul 2019 for my upcoming wedding on 5th October 2019. When i booked it, i have requested and also inform them that it’s my wedding on the day i check in as it’s the nearest hotel to my wedding dinner place. To my surprise they did not even prepare the room the way they stated in the email and the service i get was so bad. They can just brush it off by telling me that oh it’s your wedding arh? Okay lor. You want then we prepare it for you at night lor. What’s kind of service is this? I even cut my fingers while trying to unload my stuff and they don’t even have a plaster for me. I am not trying to be exaggerate this matter but it’s really a bad experience. Think twice if you want to choose this hotel.

Our stay with travelodge hotel is great! Room is just nice and very minimalistic looking which i really like. Downside was.. our room was facing the cemetery and there are no available carpark for our vehicle.. anddd only one sliding door for the bathroom.. which has partition and no privacy if someone wants to go to the toilet while someone is using the shower. Vehicle wise, have to park at the nearest open space carpark which is at Seah Imm. Proba about 8mins walk. Big thanks to Akash for sending some birthday treats to our room and wishing my husband. Also big thanks to Isliana Ismail for arranging it for us. Thats very sweet of you guys! And it totally made our stay alot better. The chocolate truffles are delicious. Not to mention, the Starbucks gift card! Many many thanks. Appreciate it lotss!! Will definitely come back, and probably we will book the sentosa room view the next time hehe.

Good staff, fast and responsive. The room is small but the interior design brought good and bright feels. Good choice for traveller with children, located near MRT station and access to Resort World Sentosa.

Cleanliness could be improved on outside of the restaurant, due to this area also used by guest as an alternative entrance.

Main lobby entrance where located on Temenggong road perhaps could confusing for guest who comes for the first time to this hotel. Improving entrance sign board will help guest to find a way to hotel lobby.

Sadly, my family’s experience was unpleasant. The day we checked in at 2:30pm, there was a long queue where we had to wait for about 1 hour 30 minutes before getting our keys to our room. My wife had to stand carrying my 2 month old baby while waiting along the corridor to check-in.

The floor was in the room wasn’t very clean. After readjusting the bed for my baby, we had to clean the floor as there was a layer of dust on the floor. The cloth was blackened after wiping the floor. Sadly, I didn’t manage to take a picture as evidence.

Great location. Hotel felt like a hostel. This is not a family friendly hotel. I did not know there is a rooftop bar and they play ridiculously loud music till 1am every night. It was a miserable 4 nights. Staff is rude. Upon checking in, they don’t tell you where the elevator is, where breakfast is… or the pool and they didn’t mention a rooftop bar. Someone in the elevator told us because we didn’t know where the music was coming from. I would never recommend this hotel. Aside from a loud rooftop bar with bad music, the rooms are tiny, the shower and toilet are even smaller. The windows to look out were so dirty and moldy green from rain and not being cleaned in who knows how long. This is not a 4 star hotel, yet pricey for what you get. Glad we upgraded and paid more for a family room because I couldn’t imagine a smaller room. There’s hardly any space between the wall and bed to walk in front… wish I never stayed here. Glad that I also didn’t add on breakfast as they have three options of food to pick from and the serving bins sit on the check in counter for you to serve yourself and sit down in chairs they have set up outside.

Easy to check in and out. They have express check out where you can just drop your room keys at a drop box. Location is good except that there’s no direct link way to MRT station nor the nearest Vivocity mall. The nearest hawker place is 600m away. Quite peaceful as the hotel is just besides a Chinese cemetery and a mosque. The customer service could be improved. I called to request late checkout but then right away got rejected. We booked 2 rooms but only requesting for at least 1 room late checkout but got declined. The hotel receptionist would ask the same question again and again more than twice. Not sure if they are actively listening or just really poor customer service. Not a vial of body lotion available inside the rooms. Not going to recommend to anyone looking to do staycation as it is not entirely convenient experience.

The hotel is sutuated at a convenient location for easy access to mrt and bus. Right infront of it is vivocity mall where u can get practically everything. From vivocity u can also get easy access to Sentosa island. The view from some rooms is good as they overlook Sentosa island. That was the good part. I however will not come to this hotel again mainly because it lacks hospitality, and some basic necessities are not taken care of. The room is tiny, and you won’t have much space to open ur luggage. The complementary wifi is good for nothing (0.7 mbps speed). The pillows are super uncomfortable. The rooms have very bad acoustics. Your tv’s sound travels through walls and disturbs other guests, but you are not able to hear the sound. As a corollary, you can be woken up by the doorbell ringing in the adjacent rooms. And when u talk about these things (for example wifi, tv, pillows etc) to staff, all they have to say is “sir this is all we got. No other guest is complaining, so u will have to live with this”. Overall, it is good for a ‘stay out’ hotel, where u come just to get sleep (if u can use super fat pillows). U cant use it for work or leisure.

Due to on-going renovations, there was no parking available. Had to park at Food Centre and walk quite a distance and up the slope to the reception. The reception area is so small and cramp. Had to wait additional hour before getting a room and another hour for the other room.

I had a good relaxing stay with my family at the quadruple room (2 Queen bed). Room looks the same as picture on the website and was clean.

Our room was at the corner (room 919) and windows on side (mostly kept closed) overlook the mosque, while the other side faced VivoCity . The kids had a great time looking at the cars, Monorail and lights from VivoCity.

    Some additional good points:
    1. Lots of food option at VivoCity (5mins walk from front of hotel) and ordering thru grab/foodpanda
    2. Staff were friendly and helpful
    3. Nice seat next to the long window.
    4. Small pool for the kids to play
    5. Good value/location for money

    Some not so good:
    1. Carpark under reno. Nearest parking is at VivoCity (take lift lobby N)
    2. Reception area under reno, so has to walk another 5minutes to enter from the back of hotel.
    3. Bed is high (maybe a step stool will be helpful)

Very disappointed with the hotel, will never come here again!

I never write reviews for this hotel, but this time I will. Didn’t like the hotel at all. The points:

    1) Numbers. The rooms are VERY small and cramped. Highly. We were given a room of 15 square meters for a family of 3 with one double bed! Very closely. When we chose a room, we looked at the photos and everything looks beautiful on them and the room does not look small. In general, marketers have tried. The room is a complete disappointment. The toilet in the room has one door with a shower, that is, if someone in the toilet closed the door, then the one who washes in the shower does not have a door!
Since the room is tiny, you can hear everything that is done in the toilet, you feel like not in a hotel room, but in a small hospital room. It becomes very depressing because of this.

Well, how is this even possible in Singapore in a 4-star hotel??

Views from most of the rooms by the way overlook the industrial area and the cemetery. Never a romantic

    2) Service. What can be said about the service? He is not! Well, really. If you want to order something to your room, they will not bring it to you, as this is not provided for by the hotel concept. Water is not changed daily – you need to save bottles and fill them with tap water to drink.

    3) Cleaning. For me it was a shock that the cleaning of the room must be ordered 1 day in advance! How did it happen? How is this even possible? That is, there is no daily regular cleaning of the room, you need to order cleaning by calling in advance. This is extremely inconvenient and in no way associated with a 4 star hotel in Singapore!

    4) Nutrition. We bought a room with breakfast. Came here for breakfast once and realized it was a waste. Breakfast tasteless and poor. The coffee doesn’t taste good either. More than 6 days did not go to breakfast at the hotel. We went to the shopping center across the road, there are many delicious restaurants.

    Of the pros
    1) Location. There is a shopping center nearby and walking distance to Sentosa Island.

On the first day of check-in, we were very disappointed with the choice of the hotel. They realized that they paid in vain, the money can not be returned. Singapore is an expensive city, we came on business, so we tried not to stay at the hotel, but were mostly in the city.

Will we visit this hotel again? – No never!
Will I recommend this hotel to my friends? – No never!

I lived in different hotels, even with two stars. But this hotel is much worse despite its unreasonable four stars.

We stayed 4 nights. Overall quite good, clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location is conveniently next to the shopping centre, Sentosa, MRT… the only bad point was the semi see-through bathroom, with the sink located outside the bathroom (doubles up as a sink for the little coffee area). This style of bathroom is okay for couples but since the room type was a triple room we expected a bathroom door and walls as there will be 3 people in the room…

    Been here for 2 nights only;
Biggest advantage is its prime location – vivo city is almost literally a stone throw away. Although the shortest path is unsheltered, so totally will get drenched if it rains.
The room itself is super small and weird; 20m2, there’s huge unused space behind the bed, and there’s only one sliding door for either the toilet or the bath. Oh, and the wall between the toilet and bath is not up to the ceiling and closed off by the door to the room, so absolutely cannot take a dump here I think the room will be all smelly
Room service is fast, so no qualms there. There’s also a baby cot which you can borrow.
Overall we made do w/ the advantages but really thankful for being here only for a super short trip w/ the weird bath/toilet setup.

We stayed here for 5D and 4N last May 2013 and everything went smooth. Though the room is not spacious for the three of us. The bathroom is like you’re going to see a silhouette of someone taking a shower and the toilet room only had a tissue paper, no bidet or water. So we always need to bring a bottle of water before having a “poop”. Also you can hear the other room, like the tv or voices of other guests. The gym is small and like, lonely. And the pool is okay but not that big as I thought when I looked at their pic. But overall since we just need a place to stay at night, it’s okay. The wifi is fine and we were entertained with the tv every night. Good thing there are some food and drinks that are provided as well as coffee and tea. Its advantages are being near in Vivo City Mall where you can shop for grocery and near in Sentosa/ Universal Studios and most of all near in train station (Harbourfront station). You can just walk across the street and you’re already in Vivo city

One thing I wish to request is increasing the variety of the morning breakfast, that will be great.
However all these aside, it’s really a nice and incredibe hotel for a stay.

Friendly service. Room ok, but questionable choice of design where the sink is in main room instead of in toilet. Wifi excellent. Location ok, but their main entrance at inconvenient and isolated location facing away from main road while they undergo renovations.

Honestly speaking, the location is ok and service is not bad. But other than that, everything else seems not as good as what I expected. The wall and door of the room is pretty weak which are both not noise restrictive. I can clearly hear what people were talking and children crying near my door or over the wall. Let alone the extremely tiny room which is pretty much as we were living in a capsule hotel. Putting down our two large luggage and literally no space left for standing.

4 pax staying here for 3+ days. Disgusting service. If you need the room get cleaned, you need to submit an application at front office, and wait for a day. They will do it next day only. I asked to fill the toilet paper this morning. The lady at front desk told they would do it. Guess what, they don’t care. Found it the hard way in the evening when we came back to the room. Had to go to the front desk and ask them again.
Either the management set their standards too low already or doesn’t know what their staff is doing. Either way, its a shame.

Stay in this hotel for 4 nights vacation
    The noice canceling isn’t
In the first night(September 3 ) there’s a party or something like that under the level of our room and the music is blasting loud at nearly 12 am …had to waited for the music to stop so I can get to sleep
But the bed is soft tho I still get a nice rest
The room is cozy but the toilet door can’t fully close and you can literally peak inside to the toilet
So the overall is so so

The room is tiny with a capital T. Location is good if you have business in or near Sentosa. They may not be a real Travelodge chain though because you can’t find them on the Travelodge app. And when the front desk person was asked, they just kept saying “we don’t use the app for booking”. This hotel is definitely not part of the hotels listed in the Travelodge app for Android (downloaded in September 2022)

Really happy with the service. I think it’s probably one of the best hotel in this price range. We will definitely be coming back.
Thank you Rev for making our stay memorable.

Booked travelodge for a staycation last weekend. Small and cozy room but just nice for 2 person if you are not claustrophobic.

No housekeeping unless you make a request. Breakfast was served buffet style. Amazing selection for a business boutique classes Hotel. The hotel has a rooftop bar and both food and drinks are amazing. Staffs are super friendly at the bar!!

Great location, 300m walk to MRT (EXIT D) and big mall Vivocity. Very small room, compact but has basic thing you need. Clean, but the beds are high, fine with me but parents having difficulties.

The rooms were a little small but were big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was to die for. All of the staff are very very friendly and Alyasa was super nice he brought us food that wasn’t on the table and coffee’s from the machine and he was there to talk to.The room service lady was always walking around with a smile on her face. And I never thought you could miss a hotel.

It is just beside a highway, so very noisy all day. The room is very small, out of expectation No facility Taxi is difficult to find its entrance Although it looks very close to the velocity city, you need to cross the busy roads to reach it, very dangerous for small kids. So, unless no choice, I would not choose this hotel again.

I like to stay since it is quite near to Vivo City & Sentosa & easy access to go to NUH by MRT (yellow line from Harbour Front to Kent Ridge).
It is just some rooms need a deep cleaning at the corner side, like room 814. Many ants even on the bed ‍ Other rooms are still fine, for me, the most cleanest rooms are at level 6. 3 times got rooms at level 6 and all was clean
Great service by the receptionist too! Got 1 time free upgrade during my bday (Thank you so much).

Car park is extremely small (less than 20 parking lots). Rooms are also small, where it’s good to just sleep over the night and get out for the day’s activities. Not a good place for staycation as there’s very limited facilities. Hotel staff and service is good and reasonable however, that’s very comfortable as guests.

Bay Hotel is in a good location right across the road from the Vivo Centre and the underground train station. The room we had was a little small but the bed was comfortable. The shower/toilet set up is a little odd and the wash basin is in the room and not in the bathroom, we found this awkward. The rooftop restaurant is good and has great views out over the city and Sentosa. We had breakfast here each day during our stay and this was plentiful and good quality.

So 5 stars purely for the fantastic staff

I stayed in Travelodge for last 8 days. The staff have been superb. I dont know what type of training policy they have but I havent met someone with a poor attitude! They are all upbeat sociable, friendly, great conversation and fantastic customer service.
I had a horrible time with inconsiderate smokers who continue to smoke in their rooms and despite the team not being able to identify the culprit, the staff offered so many ideas and options to help me out while I was having an allergic reaction to the smoke by using ionisers and air fresheners.
A few days later it was all resolved and my stay so far has been bril! I have another 10 days to go with them so fingers crossed

The hotel is in a very good location, right across huge shopping mall and grocery, close to harbor front and Marang trail where you can access cable cars. The rooms have comfortable beds, shower is separated from the toilet and both are small without locks. The 2 shower and toilet sliding doors do not stay put well, not a problem if you’re staying with someone really close. No hooks in the shower, however there is a bar on the front of the toilet door, so if you want to hang a towel it will be in front of the toilet door, which will be out of reach, unless you slide open the toilet door. Breakfast very simple has little variety, and no congee.

Location is good as it is just across Vivo city Mall and MRT station, the breakfast doesn’t have much variety, and the dining area is small. The room is clean and tidy.

On a Side note area that can be improved are, nets machine for local guest, to be made available for making payments, and not only by credit card during transaction, some of the hotel guest may not have credit card, it would really benefit those without credit card for making booking payment or other transactions can be made available with nets machine. Other than that Great location, friendly and helpfull stuff clean rooms also.

Decent hotel, staff is nice, rooms are clean, there is a tiny pool and the minibar is compmimentary. Other than that nothing special about it. I probably would have given 4 stars if they hadn’t charged 50% more on every stamp for our postcards than the usual stamp price. In most hotels I know sending your letters/post cards is even a complimentary service and especially in a place like Singapore where you can’t buy stamps in every shop around the corner this would have been nice.

Not good, not bad, if you want to stay exactly in this area it’s a decent option.

EDIT: +1 star for exceptionally nice service. Due to sickness I couldn’t stay with them as planned and although cancellation wasn’t possible (it was within 24h of the stay) they agreed to cancel anyway with zero fees. That was pure kindness and I am very thankful for that.

+1 star for keeping my luggage there for an extended amount of time and helping out in a very unpleasant situation.

Would not recommend staying here until renovation is done. Hotel is currently under renovation. Booked a room for xmas eve celebration when reached at 2.30pm, a super long queue at a very cramped hallway. Room was not ready only until 4.30pm. The bed is super high so its really not suitable for elderly or kids. Also the entrance is all the way at the back of the hotel which is up a hill. Super inconvenient. Door of the bathroom was also faulty. Service was also ridiculous or nonexistent. Requested for late checkout, but was told not able to. Perhaps for next booking. So not ever coming back here again.

Handy phone was given to guest, to do free calls local and international, free Internet and etc. as long as we are in 4G coverage. Breakfast is good as well. Had a great business trip.

A hotel close to Sentosa, good if you wish to explore the island but do not want to pay much higher prices to stay within the island. The room is spacious enough; the complimentary minibar is a nice touch.

comfy rooms, helpful staff. really close to vivocity, and we got a great package deal from them. construction was ongoing during our stay, but the noise didn’t bother us much.
