Its our favorite toy shop at Singapore. It houses a huge collection of toys and accessories for new born to toddlers… Lot of lego, pretend play toys, barbie dolls, floats, chairs , peppa pig sets, scooters….. I let my little one pick her own gift from here- every birthday!! 😀

Lovely and Lively. The moment you step in, you feel like a child, as would like to see almost everything. The staff knowledge is another great help. I was looking high and low for child archery set. But with the staff present, you get it within seconds.

My lil brother loved the place
Nice range of toys here but store is too cramped n toys in some lanes were pulled out on the ground n untidy. Not enough staff. Only can find them at the cash register. And they seem to be in a bad mood. Especially the staff doing the gift wrapping. The wrapping was untidy n she answered another customer quite rudely. Customer service level is generally poor. We went on 3 Nov afternoon.

A nice toy shop which has a lot of stocks for its toys. Meaning that it takes a while before a new toy comes up or they stock it up again. Usually they have toys that you need there, from Legos to Beyblades, there’s a wide variety to choose from.

I know it’s Toys’R’Us and it’s supposed to be in a mess. But most of the items do not have price tagged and even by following the item ID, I can’t locate the price label anywhere in the location! I spent most of my time searching for the price of the item instead of enjoying the shopping experience.
Completely insufficient staff/manpower to assist customer in regards to the above mentioned matter.
However, still a frequent customer of Toys’R’Us with the great variation of toys…

Seems smaller than what I remember it to be as a teenager. Wide range but felt that aisles were more narrow and cluttered. Did not see staff while exploring their range of toys. Would be good to have hand sanitisers around as most kids physically touching and handling the toys, but most seemed to be toy browsing or window shopping only. No queue at cashier.
There was nbody in the shop to assist the customers. You need to grab hold of cashiers to enquire about stuff. No price mentioned on many of the stuff kept in the showroom.
I got a nerf gun last evening. I tested it and it broken upon the third shot. I went back to kindly asked for an exchange, and they did it without questions.
So yeah, the customer service at Tampines Mall outlet is pretty cool. But the toys, especially for Roblox can be improved.
Nevertheless, keep up with the good customer service.

Very care full this store is also selling sub standards Products. What I feel in name of sell they sell unacceptable products. Eg I buy a kids Bike helmet in sell and when I came back found this issue. How a store can sell safety device which not even fit in head. They are putting life in danger of kids. But when I reached there for return they realized the mistake and say will put on sell.

Very big and variety filled toys store with things for both adults and children. You can get the basic games like uno or rares items like the 20th century bayblades. There are also a lot of figurines and nerf guns if that is what u are looking for. For the fortnite enthusiast, u can get a life size grenade launcher, AR-L, or gold sniper here as well.
All the cahier points are protected with plastic sheets and the staff wear plastic face masks. So u can shop here safely

Be careful to notice the packaging when you buy things from here. Twice it so happened that I bought something and while billing realized the box was dented on one side, the plastic cover was broken – both of which weren’t ok when you get something for gifting!

It’s evident that the outlet is short staffed. But they make it up with the one of the most friendly attitude and patience.
Let me admit I am not an expert at buying gifts and so I do walk into stores with fixed ideas. Their suggestions have eased my confusion and enabled me to make a classy and cost effective decision.
The impression was created by my observation of dispute resolution for another customer at the billing counter. For young employees (in their early 20s) they demonstrated impeccable maturity and composure.
It’s an experience just being here and here’s a big to keep going and ascending

Got great options of toys we mange to find good stroller here. One thing I didn’t like here is we found one red stroller model interesting and made the payment to that model. Then the billing manager comeback to us after 15 mins and started asking to take display piece as the red colour stroller out of scope. We are highly disappointed when this and recommend not to play with patents sentiments. Very annoying . It will be reputational damage to shop if this one not address properly. Waiting to hear from Toys R Us

This is a pretty small toys r us. It’s sufficient if you are looking for regular toys. If you are looking for more hard to find toys, you may want to venture to other toys r us.
The queue for the cashier is long and slow as usual. I find that this is always the case, no matter which toys r us you go to.
Staff are polite but it seems like the shop usually reserves a skeletal staff policy.
I do find that a customer will need to get the stars card so that they will have more discounts as the stars card gives cash back to offset your purchases. Star card members are entitled to special member buys too.
Overall it’s a pleasant shopping experience at this toys r us.
