    The service advisor Chin Yin Jin who served me for as long as I sent my Toyota 86 to the Leng Kee Service Centre many years ago was excellent.     I sent in my car this morning for the 90,000km servicing. As always, I proceed to Counter 6. The service advisor is Winston Tan. I would like the management to know that he is a professional and patience individual that explains clearly and politely to a customer what is the scope of work for this due servicing. His level of service deserves a special mention. On one occasion, I went back to ask him to assist with a quick check on the car boot, and he (although he was busy) went out to have a look and arrange for a schedule to have a further check by the mechanics.

    Mr Abdul Aziz, the service Engineer at Leng Kee Toyota Service Center met me when I sent my husband’s Toyota Harrier in for servicing this morning. He is very polite and meticulous in his service. When he saw that there was a mark made by some chemicals on my husband’s car, he immediately suggested solution to remove the mark which was an eye-sore. When we came to collect the car, we saw that the mark was successfully removed and my husband was a very satisfied customer.

    I would highly recommend Mr Aziz’s service to my family and friends. Mr Aziz’s service is greatly appreciated.

    Visited Leng Kee service center in June as my hybrid system was faulty. Was attended to very promptly by Raj, who very conscientiously and patiently explained the problem with my engine to me, and very quickly settled the relevant administrative documents. He constantly gave me updates about the progress of my car – both regarding the diagnostic part and when the spare parts arrived. Received my car back vacuumed and with a clean exterior even though I sent it in for a different issue. Overall a very pleasant experience by a very efficient and friendly staff.

    Came down at around 9.30 to collect my car after the usual servicing but the car failed to start.
    Called SA Mr khairol and he arranged for the roadside team to assist.
    Mr Jamal came in less than 20 mins to managed to restart the car after numerous tries. His persistent in trouble shooting the issued saved me times and money coz i need to rush to the hospital for urgent isssues. Thank you Mr Jamal n Mr Khairol.

    Old review….
    Very clinical service, no human touch, just a business transaction. When query about the cracked bumper, the service consultant just wanted to push the problem away and asked me to go to Ulu Pandan Care Centre and its under “warranty”.

    In the end, I made a wasted trip all the way to Ulu Pandan as Toyota needs two weeks to seek approval for the replacement of the bumper.

    Still waiting for my replacement bumper…

    Called Toyota to enquire about a replacement cover. After 1 day of no response, I called again and requested that they call me back by today. The customer care officer actually hanged up on me!

    Called the roadside assistant. The technician Kevin responded. Came on site, diagnosed the issue and replaced on the spot without a need to go to workshop. FOC for onsite svc and the part covered under the extended warranty package.

    About to end my day but my car wouldn’t start! Called Toyota 24/7 roadside assistance and Jamal came to the rescue.

    Within 30 minutes he arrived and did a quick check and as expected, battery voltage was low, so I paid for a battery replacement.

    Definitely better than having to deal with no vehicle tomorrow morning!

    Got a flat tire. Called Toyota Customer Service who gave me Jamal’s mobile for repair service. Jamal is professional, polite and helpful. He kept me posted on his estimate arrival timeline.

    He helped ascertain that my tire core has been punctured without the ability to patch repair it, showed me how he diagnosed it, and recommended my tire be changed instead. Cost for this curb side repair is also a reasonable $55.

    Spare tire changed, to the service workshop for new tires change later. Well done Mr Jamal and Toyota!

    My car started to vibrate while driving and I managed to get home. I called the Toyota Road assist and Kevin was very professional. He came at 8:14pm he had all the records of my car listed in his laptop and used his cable interfaces to check the fault. The diagnostics were quick and accurate and he was able to get my car up and going within 10 minutes. He was also in contact with my usual service manager and discussed the history of my car. I feel that the service rendered for using Toyota as a service provider is worth every cent. They do a great job.

    Best Toyota service center. The place is spacious, they provide complimentary coffee and some biscuits while customers can hang out and charge their mobile during the servicing. They even provide free shuttle service to nearby Queenstown MRT.
    We are impressed with the service provided by their service engineer, Khor Tat Hua. Will only come to this service center for our future servicing appt with Borneo Motors

    The service center is well equipped and cosy and definitely customer centric. Been to many service centers, have to say Borneo is right up there with top brands. Loved the amazing Q system that detected by my arrival and promptly sent me an sms where my SA, Jeff Lee’s counter. Wait time is less than 1 minute when I walked into the service center. Awesome standard, never seen such efficient system yet in Singapore. Jeff is a very patient gentleman and listens well to my concerns while assuring me he will look into them. Delighted that a particular part has been ordered and waiting for my car to be sent in. I have to thank Grace Sng, my Sales consultant for her pro activeness to inform the service center. Car was completed earlier than expected. Picked up my car in less than 5 mins and well on my way. 5 stars to Borneo for a great experience. Highly recommended!

    Got a flat tire. Called Toyota Customer Service who gave me Jamal’s mobile for repair service. Jamal is professional, polite and helpful. He kept me posted on his estimate arrival timeline.

    He helped ascertain that my tire core has been punctured without the ability to patch repair it, showed me how he diagnosed it, and recommended my tire be changed instead. Cost for this curb side repair is also a reasonable $55.

    Spare tire changed, to the service workshop for new tires change later. Well done Mr Jamal and Toyota!

    Best Toyota service center. The place is spacious, they provide complimentary coffee and some biscuits while customers can hang out and charge their mobile during the servicing. They even provide free shuttle service to nearby Queenstown MRT.
    We are impressed with the service provided by their service engineer, Khor Tat Hua. Will only come to this service center for our future servicing appt with Borneo Motors

    The pros:
    * always friendly service staff at the counters who are able to provide clear answers.
    * The return of coffee and tea, and some biscuits for guests is nice.
    * the shuttle bus service to Queenstown Mrt every 15mins is a nice convenience service for clients.

    The cons:
    * the shuttle bus service should run in the afternoon as well, and also the shuttle should also pick up guests from Queenstown mrt on its round trip back.
    And clients should be informed that there is no return shuttle at all.

    Called on wheel service n Kevin came by about 1 hour later.. Issue was on the chemical reaction for the battery which caused the car unable to start.     Advisor Khor Tat Hua was being very helpful and he has committed and assured me that my vehicle will complete the servicing by 12.30pm.
    I had sent in my car to Borneo motor I found a nail in my front tyre and tyre deflated. Advisor Khor knew that I need to use my car in the afternoon.
    He advised me that tyre can be patched up and since I was there at Borneo motor might as well Borneo carry out the servicing for me (service is due this month) in order to save two trips. I would like to recommend to other customers and highlight to Borneo motor tyre advisor Khor is indeed professional in serving his customer. He even helped to touch up paint near to my car plate as the painted paint has faded after sending for car wash. Very observant and indeed meticulous on each and every request ! Borneo motor should give appreciation or award to such a professional advisor like Mr Khor Tat Hua.

    Had trouble starting the car this morning and trying to resolve the issue for 30mins to no avail. Contacted Toyota service centre and they came down within a day to check the issues. Service provider, Mr Jamal identified the issue immediately and talk through the process of battery replacement. He explained clearly the works of Toyota battery, the details of warranty, options for membership and most importantly assuring me that the car will be well and need not be towed.     My car could not start and I have no idea why. I called the mobile service and the staff Kevin was very helpful and provided assistance speedily and professionally. He asked critical questions which helped him to quickly diagnose that it was likely a battery issue.

    When he arrived, he was quick to spring into action and the problem was solved very speedily. He also helped to check if there was any other problems in the car before closing the case. Throughout the engagement, Kevin shared his observations and explained to me what happened to the car battery. I felt assured that the car was in good hands.

Perhaps Toyota could improve on this speed of checking by designing a phone app for your service agents to do this checking faster.

    Queue number for both registration and collecting is done on a touch screen panel at the first counter just after the sliding glass doors. The waiting area inside is comfortable with some power outlets and laptop tables.

    Sit and wait for your car’s servicing to be done, the location is a little far from amenities. Thankfully there’s coffee to drink. Or maybe go sit in the cabin of one of the showroom cars.

    First servicing appt, arrived at 2 on a Friday, was told it takes about 2 hours, I got notification via phone at about 3.15 that car was ready for collection. Your mileage may vary!

    I usually spend the day there when I do my service for my veh. They currently have tables and chairs for people with laptops. Some terminals to surf web. And power sockets. Complimentary beverages.

    Shuttle bus is only in the morning period. And veh can be collected off office hours.

    I was not able to start my car and was in a hurry. I contacted Mr. Raj of Toyota Leng Kee Service center. He was very helpful and did an on-line diagnostic via video link and found the battery for the electronic key had depleted. He guided me how to open the door with the manual key and how to get the car started, step by step. I managed to get the car started with his professional guidance. He also advised me that I should get the battery of the electronic key replaced immediately. I have got the battery replaced.
    This is my third Toyota car and Mr. Raj has been my ‘go-to’ service engineer for many years. He is such a knowledgeable service engineer and adviser and helped me through diagnostics when i had issues with my car when it was identified that it was due to ignition coil failure and what needs to be done.

    Raj is one person I look forward to when booking a date to service my car.

    Very convenient check in. Once ur car drive in.. They know u r there… No need to check in. Must be some camera imaging technology. Immediately tell u ur queue number after that. While u r there, when u wait.. There’s place for u to sit, nap or charge ur phone, do ur work… Too bad they dun serve coffee or tea… Else would be perfect. Nevertheless it was a good servicing experience…

    Kevin was responsive and arrived at the scene within a short time frame. He is professional, carrying a great work attitude, always ready to help and solve the issues.
