Their coffee and half boiled egg are nice. Toast is much thinner than how they marketed 10 years ago, so the bread portion is considered small now. Toast set is about 5% more ex than before 1% GST hike. Also ordered their drumstick braised pork rice, taste mediocre, would say just eat to be filled; but price is about 21% more ex compared before the 1% GST hike… So… You decide if your trip and time here is worth or not…

Btw, their cake is terrible. Wouldn’t anyone to pay for it.

P.s forgot to take photo of drumstick braised pork rice

Used to be a nice place for a cup of coffee and mee rubus. But the quality of the mee rubus really dropping. From mee rubus with prawns to potato to nothing. Price still same. Thats really bad and the sauces getting more watery

As usual I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich set that comes with 2 eggs and a cup of coffee. It was on a Saturday morning and Toast Box opposite to Sunshine Plaza was less busy. I love sitting in the cozy corner to enjoy my coffee set.

In a very good location, near many hotels like Ibis and V hotel, Singapore Management University, Bencoolen MRT station.

Not very spacious but also not very narrow. But there are always a lot of customers in the morning, making it quite crowded.

There a various options in the menu. I tried a traditional white kaya toast with 2 half boiled eggs and a cup of local style coffee here, they have pepper/salt/dark soy sauce for adding to the eggs.

Cozy little corner Toast Box near Ibis, V and G hotels. No queue like nearby stores and food order came out within 5 mnts. Kaya toast, floss toast, kopi C & milk tea were great. Only comment is the guy who took our order was quite short tempered, could do being more friendly and smile more to customers

Not a crowded outlet which helps in asking the barista to customize your drink. I usually ask for milk and add sugar according to my specifications (or have it with no sugar at all). It’s easily my favorite tea drink across the board, including the original Indian tea

Toast Box – NAFA oftens gets busy and crowded at all hours. With limited seats and “fast service” style. The place looks like to be suitable for rush-goers. The kopi (iced coffee) tastes pretty good. The food (ordered the braised pork with rice and chicken) is too plain and bland. Fair prices though.

For a delicious kopi (Singapore coffee with milk and condensed milk), Toast Box, a chain with dozens of stores on the island, is one of the best choices. The basic set (kopi, toast with kaya – a coconut jam that many people find very tasty – and butter and boiled eggs) is a classic and makes for a complete breakfast (although it’s good anytime).

Traditional Kaya toast with eggs and kopi is really good. Kopi (coffee) was really good and perks you up.

Kaya jam is made from coconut, eggs and pandan leaves. When you mix the Kaya toast with half cooked eggs, it was divine. Runny eggs and the sweetness from the Kaya jam. Need to get Kaya jam for sure!!! Never thought you can mix eggs with kaya toast.

The service in this room is very poor, I couldn’t help complaining, sat down and found the table was sticky, asked for paper towels, and said that the paper towels were used up! Then I asked the waiter if he could come and wipe it, but there was no response at all, because they were all standing and waiting, and the child accidentally knocked over the water, so he came over to clean up the aftermath. I won’t go to a store without service spirit in the future! Speaking of which, the Toast box items are not cheap, and the environment is almost the same as a hawker center now!
