Several tables with dirty cups and tissues and a number of empty tables w coffee stains. And the place is not even crowded. Aunty cleaner removed a tray from next table but didn’t bother to even wipe away the coffee table. She just sat at the back table and got up occasionally to clear the tables. The customer on my right, who just came also complained about the dirty tables.

This is one of my favorite Toast boxes in town. If you’re lucky, you can get a seat by the window, and watch the fountain of wealth while having teh / kopi . With the large windows and high ceilings, there’s lots of natural light and an airy feeling.
Only downside: It can get REALLY busy, with office, shopping and convention folks.
It still doesn’t stop me from coming here frequently

One of the lovelier toast box outlets because it’s situated right beside the fountain of wealth at Suntec City! Very spacious with lots of seats. The queue moves pretty quickly too. Getting a seat right beside the window near the fountain takes some time but sitting anywhere can also get you a good fountain view. Bright and clean place.

I am a great fan of toast box, especially for a great breakfast to start of the day, but sadly, this is the second time I visit toast box at Suntec City, and I’m unpleasant with their service here in this outlet, the first visit here, one of the staff was quite rude to me, asking me to return the sauce and salt bottle back, and today my second visit, as usual after my order, I got a buzzer to wait for my toast, the buzzer didn’t beep, and they called for “butter sugar toast” but I ordered was “butter sugar thick toast” so I didn’t knew that was mine, I only realize when they called the second time, yup it was my fault, but all the staff was staring at me angry and unhappy, and I know the only reason I am being treated like this because of my race, nevertheless I do have encountered great services on other toast box outlets, and I will definitely continue loving their great food and especially their coffee

Great place to grab a nice cup of Kopi with varieties of milk or no milk. The peanut butter toast I tried was amazing. I don’t have much of a reference in Singapore as this was my first visit there but this was a fantastic place. The service was fast and they use pagers to let your know that your order is ready. If you are in the Esplanade, give this a try for sure, you will love it. They have a variety of options, check the menu. They accept cash or cards or even apple pay.
