Can try, but not sure about returning.

Good wanton soup from the stall next to the Muslim food stall on the right, maggi goreng is average. But beware, do not leave your food unattended especially if you’re seated on the outside of the coffee shop as birds will mess with your food as I’ve found out the hard way. Seems that this coffee shop has a slightly worst bird problem than most I’ve visited so far.

Update: The stall reopens again about a year after the old uncle retired! The black fried carrot cake tastes like old-time flavour with the right amount of wok hei. Char kway teow is the salty type, different from the usual sweet Singapore type, very authentic!

Chogan Char Kway Teow has an old-time flavour, dry style, less black soya source, done by a senior uncle. Hokkien fried prawn noodles and fried carrot cake from the same stall are really good too. Wanton noodles next stall is worth trying.

A pretty old school coffeeshop. Went there for a plate of Chicken rice however they ran out of chicken.

Had a plate of wanton noodles instead where the dumpling seems to be handmade from the elderly lady. Pretty decent

Negative stars for the diluted ice coffee and ice milo.

Nice coffee and toast. You can order the black coffee with a small slice of butter for a smoother cuppa. Other food like vegetarian, dim sum, Indian cuisine etc.

Not too bad for a breakfast place. There is vegetarian, wanton noodle nad economic bee hoon. Sadly, carrot cake stall was not open. Tea and coffee was ok, toast was nice Abit cramped though…

Second visit for dinner. The tzechar was ok but nothing to wow about. Had better curry fishhead in the area; west coz (now closed) and blk 678a broadway. The pork ribs were tender but slightly too sweet. The hotplate tofu was meh; too dark and taste not good compared to many places.
