Great playground. Plenty of space. Could do with a shade sails over the playground so you don’t get burnt.
It’s a great place for relaxation, running and light exercises in the morning. But currently, the playground area is blocked as that area is having a renovation or sth. Went there last week.

Largely flat, wheelchair friendly park filled with plenty of amenities. 3 different sets of outdoors fitness equipment, running track, cycling patch, a pond, a newly refurbished toilet, plaza space and a brand new Therapeutic Garden.

Medium sized park, nothing much. Unique playground train. Could have more facilities for fitness but ok.
One of the largest and most interesting playgrounds in Singapore. It has a train titled on an angle as if it has crashed. The sides of the train has many slides and makes it a very exciting and fun structure for kids. There are also two flying foxes for kids and is the first time I have seen such a fun contraption for kids. There are also exercise machines set up for the elderly plus also a small playground for toddlers. T the main playground is covered with and and kids love to build sandcastles on it. Kids can have hours and hours of fun here.

Nice park. Would have given this 5 stars if there were fewer or no smokers pouting the air and litter the cig butts on the floor and no inconsiderate young group of people working out on certain nights making too much noise before they start. Sigh, what did they learn at home about manners???
My children (age 5 and 9) had fun at this playground. Lots of climbing and exploring. As well as the fun train, there are also swings, rockers, climbing cactuses amongst other play pieces. My only gripe if the sand is annoying and gets everywhere! Also no shade in the play area. Easy to get to with bus stops close by.

The trains were quite dirty filled mostly with germs and you would bring a sanitizer instead just in case. I enjoyed the view there too.

The playaground is only for children ages 4 and up. It is not intended for the little ones. Lack of maintenance, there is no shade on the playground. It gave me the feeling that he was abandoned. It’s a playground with a train in the middle. On Sunday a lot of foreign domestic workers sitting around eating and dancing. I am not sure that makes the place suitable for kids running around.
As at june 2018, the playground is still under renovation. It used to be spacious and the locomotive structure was a big draw.

Great natural sandy playground to have in Singapore, with the wooden train that gives challenges to kids in play. Hope they can put in more swings as well so queue for that popular will be shorter. Will also be great if they can cater to a young kids’s corner.

Difficult to rate. If you live in the area is convenience will be attractive. There is not much here, 2 small swings, a zip line and the train everything is exposed to the sun unless you are in the train. We came midweek and it was quiet as it is small I think it would be crowded over a weekend.

We went there on a Sunday morning with our 14 month old son and it felt like facilities had not been cleaned for a few days. There were cigarette butts and drink cans in children’s play area and toilets were very dirty, to the extent we took our boy home covered in sand rather than wash him at the park.
Definitely a great place to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. Not exactly toddler friendly, but with guidance, my 21 month old was able to maneuver his way around. In the evenings/late afternoons it gets a little rowdy as the students from the nearby Secondary Schools come by to play. A little dirty with trash and cigarette butts in the play equipment and make sure you bring bug spray. Just got to watch your little ones as they enjoy the playground.
