Opened by Nung Len which closed down.
Fuss-free, simple good Thai boat noodles. Service can be friendlier, but overall efficient and polite.

Tom Yum noodles more towards Thai palate as it is sweet, rather than spicy and sour. Spice level friendly for beginners, additional condiments provided as diners may adjust accordingly.

Beef noodles were better than the pork one which had that frozen pork taste, broth similar, it has coriander or celery inside the soup which was herbal-ish, so those who don’t like it please note.

Thai Milk Tea not bad as well. They ran out of Pork Skin unfortunately, but I’ll be back again to try.

Affordable pricing, menu prices are Nett.

This place has both outdoor and indoor (upstairs) seating. Order at the counter and you will be assigned a table. Food is then brought up to you. Service was alright but not overly polite.

Ordered beef boat noodles. You can select the noodle type. I went for kway teow. The beef stock flavour wasn’t very strong. I had to add some fish sauce. The portion size was small too. The moo ping was a winner. Nicely charred and caramelised! The iced coffee was good. Will visit this place again to try their pork noodles.

I love the moo ping too it’s just as good as what you can get from Thailand street stalls !!! The spring roll is awesome too. Definitely one of the places that sell nice boat noodle. No regret trying and will always come back! 5 star for the tastinesses.

A very small eatery. Only 2-3 tables for sitting outside the eatery.
Food quality is good and milk tea is actually on the next level. Chicken wings are very tasty. Would have been very good if they have more variety of food.

I haven’t tried the food. I ordered the Thai milk tea here and it blew me away! It taste exactly the same like the ones in Thailand! Not too sweet, not too much tea which is really just the right amount of balance. Better than the ones I had in golden mile… $2.70 + $0.30 (takeaway), I guess for the price is worth giving a try if you’re here.

Will be back to try their noodles, I see many good reviews about them.

Midtown has quite a number of F&B options, this being one of them. Friendly staff here who patiently explains and takes orders. Nice, quiet place for lunch if there aren’t too many people around. Ordered the pork boat noodles and think it was alright.

We travelled to Hougang just to try the boat noodles and besides the affordability, the taste was very average.

Wanted to order a small bowl of each flavor to try but was told that there was a min order of 2 bowls per flavor :/

Ended up getting the big bowl of beef ($7) and pork ($6.50).
We got the Thai noodles and both bowls were a tad over cooked. Noodles could be more springy/chewy. The soup was also just alright, beef was super beefy and pork was abit too sweet for me. Had to add some chilli and fish sauce to make it more savory.

We got the wings ($4) and Thai fish cake ($4.50) which were served piping hot and was a great side to the noodles.

The place was abit small and stuffy.
Liked that the prices were nett and affordable.

Service was okay and everything goes smooth from TraceTogether Check-In, Hand Sanitise by Staff, Food Ordering, Payment and find a seat at Level 2. Will be back again.

The tomyum broth is of a sweet-sour variant and is not bad. Golden fried tofu and (I think) the fish cakes are pretty good. We went in 15minutes before closing but the staff was nice enough to still let us in. If you’re nearby or need to visit the clinic nearby, worth a swing by.

And so, I realised that I actually like Thai Boat Noodles. Obviously, the specialty of this little tucked away Thai eatery is Boat Noodles, and the best part is – it is damn near my house ! A Boat Noodle lover like me shall not miss this.

And so I took a bus down to the cute little eatery and I had to make several choices :

    1. Do I want it big or small ? The small one was like S$1.80 while the big one was like S$6. I’m hungry, so you know which one I chose.

    2. What soup base ? They have pork, beef and Tom Yum. Pretty me settled on Pork because this is the year of the Pig !

    3. Then I had to choose the type of noodles – glass noodle, kway teow and normal noodles. Frankly, it didn’t matter to me so I chose the glass noodle.

    4. What drinks ? Obvvy, my favorite Thai Iced Milk Tea. There were other drinks available like Thai Iced Milk Tea mixed with grass jelly, but classics are the best right ?

Once I paid, I simply headed up to the sitting area on the second floor. The wait wasn’t long – perhaps 10 minutes before the I was served. When it came, I tried the soup immediately. There was a herbal twang to it, but NOT heavy at all. For those who hates a heavy taste, this soup is definitely for you ! Overall, the soup had quite a balanced flavour with a nice aroma. The glass noodles were springy – definitely not the limpy soft type. It was chewy but not hard. The meat was tender as well.

Now, the drink – outside of Thailand, I was used to very bland Thai Iced Milk Tea with a very “polite” taste (you know in Bangkok the tea would be THICC and damn SWEET). As such, I was pleasantly surprised that the Thai Iced Milk Tea here was quite heavy in flavor – sweet, milky and had a strong enough tea taste. YUM, ME LIKES.

Overall, a worth it trip ! Do come here and try it !

Ordered Tom Yum noodles and Beef noodles. Taste was ok. Tom Yum noodles was mildly spicy, a little on the sweet side. Beef noodles was a little lacking in flavour. Grilled pork skewer was good. Meat was tender and juicy, but a little oily. Worth a try though.

Food is decent seems like the broth are legit, not too salty. The Tom yum one is good. The two star is because of the attitude of the staffs. You can understand what I am trying to say with regards to the attitude when you go into the store, even before you order.

Didn’t take any photos because too hungry..

This is a hidden gem in the neighbourhood. Food is really tasty and my favorite is the Tom yum boat noodle.

At first interaction, the cashier at the counter may seem unfriendly but it’s not true and don’t take offense at it.. everyone is actually very nice and friendly because:

    (1) They were observant enough to notice that although there were 3 person, we only ordered 2 bowls. A small bowl with 3 sets of chopsticks and spoons were served to us together without us mentioning anything at all.

    (2) The server noticed our table was a little Rocky when she placed the bowls and went to get some cardboard to balance it out for us.

It’s really the little thoughts that counts.

The tomyum (7.50) was flavourful and the pork(6.50) was bland when compared to it but still really good. Mini version was expensive and standard size is more worth it. Ordered the wanton skin (1.50) which was a really great side (pork skin was not as good). Their milk tea (2.70) is OUT OF THIS WORLD n was one of the best milk teas i hv ever had. I would rate 4.5 for food as the sides were superb. I don’t like the Tom Yum. Pork is the best. I’d do the full bowl.

For sides, the winglets are to die for. Must eat!

The experience was marred by one of the rude staff. She accused my son of lying about having checked in safe entry but my son was just trying to scan. Spoilt the mood as a result I *won’t be going back* w my family.

Served by authentic Thai people. Their boat noodles comes with thick pork broth instead instead of the usual simple clean taste as per usual in Thai though my preference is for the latter

Their Thai lemon tea does have the authentic taste that’s red in color

Their decor is also very nice rustic n peaceful at the 2nd floor seating.

The tom yam boat noodles was tasty! The beef noodles were nice too, with a sweet thick broth. Only wished they had shredded chicken as a meat option as we don’t really like pork or beef. Also ordered the golden soft tofu, which we will recommend, but stay away from the spring rolls. Small neighbourhood joint, and friendly on the wallet. Agreed that counter service could be friendlier though.

Ordering was easy and staff was friendly too. Tom yum noodles with Thai noodles was perfect. The broth was robust and full of flavours. The pork broth is heavily loaded with sodium. Side dishes are average. Good place for some Thai feel if u miss Thailand. We paid $30+ for 3 of us.

The boat noodle was close to authentic and is very delicious, though the portion for the Big size ($6) can be small for some (it’s sufficient for me). The environment is clean and sufficient seating area at the 2nd floor with a good mix of group and individual seating. Definitely recommended if you’re around the area. It’s just behind the bus stop.

Nice Thai noodle restaurant. I have no idea about the authenticity because I have not tried Thai noodle before. The shop is run by Thai people though.

    There are 3 main choices:
    Thai beef noodle
    Thai pork noodle
    Tom yum noodle (spicy)

You can choose what noodle you want. Normally I just went for the original Thai noodle (rice noodle but slightly thicker than beehoon).

The soup base for the beef and pork noodle are similar. Sourish and savoury, quite similar to Pho soup but more robust.

Tom yum soup also similar taste profile but more spicy.

They also have some side dishes and Thai milk tea (have not try them so no comment).

They have alfresco seats so more convenient for wheelchair and stroller. Indoor dining is on 2nd floor.

Really yummy boat noodles that you must try!!! Go for beef if you can, the broth is different. Both texture and taste of the sliced beef and pork blew our minds, we were wondering how could the damn meat taste so good! Truly wonder how and what they did!

Just go for the green Thai milk tea if you’re pondering original or green milk. The original is not good.

The wings were SUPER yummy, but we felt it was overpriced as 1 tiny winglet cost $1, one plate ($4) comes with 4 winglets.

The thai lady taking order and serving us was polite and quite ok but everyone else at the ordering counter looked un-welcoming, when we entered we saw their stare and thought they weren’t operating/ their break time.

    Little cozy Thai food place.
Overall tasty foods. I find that the taste and flavour has probably been toned down and tuned to local acceptance level.
    Flavour can be stronger.
Tom yum noodle soup is surprisingly non-spicy type. First time having a. On-spicy Tom yum soup. A little disappointed but after added some Thai chilli flakes, elevated a little but still missing the sourness.
Pork/beef soup noodle are quite good. Strong herbs taste.
Pork balls skew is good and bouncy. Must try.
Chicken roll is very good a must try.
Overall not bad. Definitely can be stronger in flavour and taste. May return.

The place is conducive, food of decent portion.
The taste of the tom yum noodles is fabulous.

Had been their customer for more than a year, visit frequency is once a week or bi-weekly. I find that their tom yam broth doesn’t have a fix standard. Most probably dependent on who is cooking it that day.
Overall still good, thats why we have been supporting for a year

It is no longer as good before, I have tried this with a few of my friends, all agreed with me that it wasn’t as good as before.
In terms of location, this is still a convenient place for a quick thai boat noodle meal. Customer service wise, it’s decent and I still will return here for sure, just dropped standards.

Had a bowl of beef noodles and a glass of thai green milk tea($2.80, half of which is ice cubes) for lunch. Food is meh, a little small considering that i chose the bigger portion. Unlike other reviews, didnt seem to find any hair in my soup. Staff are efficient but not that chatty. Basically, they have a $1.80 small portion and a larger $6.00 portion. You choose from 3 kinds of meat/soup base, and 6-7 kinds of noodles. Not good for groups bigger than 4, because its quite small and the noise will no doubt turn people away.

Was craving for the boat noodles we had in victory monument a few years back and stumbled upon this place. The tom yum bowl was delicious but the beef and pork bowl leaned slightly toward the bland side. Still nice nonetheless. Would be back again when the boat noodles craving hits

Came here for authentic Thai Boat Noodles and was not disappointed! Ordered both beef and pork. The soup was delicious. The moo ping was slightly fatty, for someone who likes lean meat, I had to spit out the fats. The pink drink tastes like Bandung, but not too sweet. Enjoyed the meal here!

Food is good and legit! I always go for the pork noodle. Thai milk tea also very aromatic and creamy like in Thailand. You can ask for less sweet too. Counter staff is polite and welcoming. She tried recommending me when i was indecisive. Overall very pleasant experience! Definitely recommend to try if you havent!

One of the best and most authentic Thai Boat Noodles I have had in Singapore. Reasonably priced. The beef broth was rich and flavourful, while the pork broth was a much lighter version. Comparing the meats, the pork was much more tender. The beef was a little hard. The tom yum broth was on the sweeter side which was nice too.

The pork skin was nice too.

Delicious noodles! We ordered the Tom Yum noodles and Beef noodles. Went straight for the full sized bowls. The broth of both bowls were very flavourful. Finished off with yummy cha dee (Thai milk tea). Will definitely return and also order their chicken wings we read about.

I don’t really care about authenticity but the Thai beef noodle that I ordered here was really delicious. Yum!!! Broth was robust with full of flavours. Wanted to order moo ping but the staff said sold out… So I go for the spring rolls instead and it was also good too!

The girl with short hair who took my order doesn’t look or sound rude at all. I don’t understand how people can find them rude?? ‍️

Will be back and I hope can get some moo ping next time.

Been a customer here since they first opened and definitely still one of my favourite noodle store . Their Beef soup with Thai Noodle is a definitely must try if you love something flavourful. Their Pork version would be milder . If you love spicy food, just add in the chilli flakes and the broth would taste so much better.

Their services has definitely improved with friendlier staffs!!

After reading all the mixed reviews about this store, decided to go there and check it out. The counter staff was fine. Neither super friendly or rude. The Tom yum noodle was really good and taste different from typical Tom yum noodle. The Thai ice milk tea also taste exceptionally nice and different from typical Thai ice milk tea. The boat noodle is so so only. The boat noodle is around 1.8 per bowl. Tom yum noodle regular bowl is 7.5. The winglet is superb with the sauce. Would definitely return again.

Food is edible but not tasty at all. Serving size is very minimal. Thai milk tea doesn’t taste like it, too much milk with very little tea infusion.

I absolutely loved the tom yam soup, so much so that I wasn’t sure if I was here for the noodles to begin with. What started as a whim ended with delight
The spring roll was fantastic as well, especially the sauce, I would have dunked the entire spring roll into the sauce if I could.
The whole meal would have been flawless with the non stop barrage of spiciness accompanied with an icy cold drink️️
However, the beverage which I ordered, Butterfly Pea with milk was too light in terms of flavour and was easily overpowered by the food’s spiciness
I didn’t have enough storage in my stomach to transport the dessert home if you get what I mean. I’ll have to do it another time

Ordered the Tom Yum Noodles, Beef Noodles (big), Golden Soft Tofu and Butterfly Pea Tea with Milk.

Tom Yum Noodles was not too spicy and flavorful. Beef Noodles was hearty. Golden Soft Tofu and extremely crispy and goes great with the Thai sweet chili, wasn’t enough chili given though. The Butterfly Pea with Milk had a nice faint flowery taste.

Hmmm. Food is average but a cozy place to have lunch. Tried their beef noodle and Tom yum noodle. I personally feel that Tom yum is good but not excellent. I like their wanton skin. Pink milk is slightly sweeter than we expected. Glass jelly is nice but nothing special. Staffs are not very well converse (probably not that good in English as they are not local.)
    Environment is good though.

Btw, not very full even we ordered big bowl.

I’ve been here regularly for a few years and I’ve to say this is one of the best boat noodle places I’ve eaten in sg. The boat noodles all taste very flavourful be it the Tom yum, pork or beef boat noodles. The sides are great. I always order the pork wonton and the golden tofu. The chicken roll is very nice as well. Thai green milk is very yummy.

Lastly the staff and people here are always very nice. And the food tastes great consistently over the years. This is honeslty a gem and a place to get some thai comfort food! If you haven’t tried it, you should! I highly recommend this place!

Tried the tom yum noodle soup. The tomyum flavour is slightly different from the typical spicy and sour tomyum so it’s pretty unique. My friend tried the beef boat noodle. It looks thick and good. And she said it was good, will try that next time. The sides are pretty affordable. The ambience was good. It is comfortable to have meals with friends there. The dining area is at the second floor though so might not be friendly for elderly and baby stroller. It will be great if the staff is slightly friendlied though.
