Resident here. It has a good combination of modern design with the continuous flow cascading pools and also the rustic eco pond and winding walkways around the estate. Relatively tucked in a quiet corner of pasir ris yet close to the center

From main road bus stop, there is no Service bus travel to the Condos at that area.
It is good walking exercises for those fit & healthy person as they can walk to the Condos.
For seniors and not fit & healthy, they will find problem of walking & very tired.
The walking path is narrow and walking toward the Condos is not save as always afraid of bicycles knocking us when we are walking, as we cannot see from behind our back. Suggestion is to have a cycling path for them.

It’s a bit run down, the fish pond is really quite bad now and they need to repaint the buildings.

This is one of the new build ups in Pasir Ris Groove with great landscaping, amenities and conceptual facilities included a resort grade swimming, gym room, functions hall, BBQ pits, skating area, tennis court, hammocks and etc etc.
Private assess to individual building with integration of smart access system.
This is one of the best choices for accommodation to balance up a healthy lifestyle and warm family tie.

When entering, if you don’t live there and are driving in or being drove in you WILL be asked to step out to fill a form! Inconvenient but Covid safe I guess.
