Doctor Battery was introduced by a friend to me that stays at sumang and while I was in the punggol area when I needed a battery change. It was a wonderful experience with The Doctor Battery. I needed my tyres checked/changed and TDB did everything for me within 2.5 hours, without the need for me to do anything much. Special mention to Ben who came down to my residence to check and offered to drive my car to the workshop to get the tyres changed before sending my car back (all within 1h15mins). Shout out to the Boss too, whom arranged for all the help within 1h, and also updated me on the progress. I would highly recommend TDB to anyone who faces issues with their car battery, tyres etc. These guys are responsive and they are efficient!! No fuss No worries, stay home and everything will be done to your satisfaction. Lastly, thanks TDB for your discount and free services. Youur customer services are truly fantastic!!

Out of sheer luck, I chanced upon Ben when my car absolutely couldn’t start with both my starter and battery gone bust. Gave genuine advice, pick up my car key from my place of location and then to my car location to rectify everything, in the middle of the night! I never could imagine my car could be fixed up so soon, without having a need to tow it to the workshop the next morning.. I save so much $ and time, truly appreciate Ben’s work and he has a loyal customer in me for life!

Hey, just wanna say that it’s legit, it’s a great service. i paid $50 for the service fee on top of the battery cost. It’s pretty fast and they take epayment. Also, mine isn’t a car but a Toyota HiAce van but Ben knew how to open it up. So two thumbs up. Recommend.

My car battery died and I contact ben for his mobile battery replacement service immediately he came ASAP as it was midnight, his van is well equipped with tools and stuff and he quickly changed my battery for me. Just want to say ben is very knowledgeable, not only he do battery but he does mobile car tyre replacement too! 10/10 for both his service and good customer service!

Hit a nail, turned out from the highway and parked, called The Doctor Battery. Ben came down within 15 minutes and patched the tyre in 10 minutes even though it was past 10pm. Excellent service.

Had to call them down to deal with a punctured tyre. Ben was real friendly and got around patching my tyre quickly. Great efficient and friendly service! Would definitely recommend this company if you had to deal with the unfortunate event of a punctured tyre!
