If you are tired of salads for lunch and want something with an oompf, then head here and you can mix and match your mains (proteins) with some veggies and some great sauces (ginger ponzu). Be warned it is a little pricey for lunch and you have to pay a premium for stuff that you may fancy.

Great place to get a combo box of proteins and grains. The taste and quality is better than expected. The price is fair to a bit pricey, depending on your mix. I’d give it a 3.5 if I could.

Food: There is pretty much option for the carbs, proteins, toppings, sides and dressing. My favourite is soba, the dory fillet, cherry tomato, garlic crumbs and chilli oil

The mini portion is filling enough.

Ambience: Lunch time is always very crowded cause the food is really good so better to take away than eat at the spot. And the packaging for takeaway is pretty nice.

Staffs: Ok, most of the times cant really interact much cause usually during lunch time, it’s really very crowsed.

    Payment available: Grabpay

For a salad place uninspiring and way too pricey. When they started, they were much better and had nicer choices. The sauces now are just typical salad place sauces, no one cares and the other ingredients are just as uninspiring and limited as you can think of. Especially disappointing is the steak option, which was back in the day great upgrade, now you get old, sinewy pieces

I used to eat at Daily Cut quite often at Guoco Tower before I shifted office to Raffles Place. The quantity at the Raffles Place outlet is a lot lesser (not pictured) and this is the first time I’ve had uncooked pasta in my salad which I can’t even pierce through. Given that it was an PH, there should less stress on food preparation duration. Taste wise, it’s rather consistent with the other outlet which is great.

No frills dining option in Raffles Place area. Menu items are changed occasionally, liked the food items very much, just fill up what you like and they will prepare your hearty meal in a neat little paper bowl which is very convenient and biodegradable.

Meal items consists of fresh vegetables and protein items/ with toppings and sauces.

Great for flexibility and diet options.
Each meal cost from 9 dollars onwards.

Grabpay is available payment option here.

The outlet here is much smaller than the one at Guoco Tower, so if you come here during peak hours, it might be hard to score a seat.

Food is tasty and I like that they are transparent about the nutritional information on their website. This is extremely useful for someone looking to eat clean and have better control over what they are eating.

I’m also thankful they do have a seasonal menu to switch things up, so things don’t get too boring.

That said, I do wish they offer a tad more flexibility than requiring people to get 2 bases or x number of sides. Perhaps some days, I don’t really want a base, and need more protein/sides, for example.

This is healthy, configure your own fast food. The portions and choices of healthy sides with several protein choices helps me stay within my nutritional plan. Next time I’ll bring my own cutlery since they only offer plastic (even for dining in). Even dine-in bowls are the sturdy paper ones.

At $12 for a regular size, it’s ok. Located in the basement of Tanjong Pagar Plaza.

This salad place is a staple if you’re working in CBD. Fresh produce and a significant portion. In the middle I had to stop going because waiting in line for my salad wasted a lot of time. Recently my friend told me about this app Waitrr that people in CBD are using where you can place your order ahead of time and let TDC know when you want to pick it up.

Glad to say I now continue going back to my favourite restaurant, and save on so much time thanks to the app. Love the rewards system too.

This is a good place to grab a healthy and satisfying meal. Located in the basement of One Raffles Place, it is very popular amongst the working class in the vicinity. The space is kind of squeezing but I realize most people take away the food. Ordering is simple, a typical meal comprises a protein (pick the meat you want), a carbohydrate (rice, pasta, etc) and three sides (include vegetables, eggs, cheese, etc). Price is inexpensive and I think it is value for money given the fresh healthy ingredients in good serving portion.

First time eating from this place – Ordered through Deliveroo. Each ingredient is honestly quite yummy but the serving size was quite disappointing:/

Food is fresh and good but very very costly compared to other salad shop like simply wrapps, salad stop and superitto. A lot of service staff but all look stressed and cannot handle the business. The number calling out system is very bad. Sitting area is limited, sqeeusy and unclean. Staffs too busy to clear rubbish so tables all very dirty like hawker. Collection point system is very bad. Just calling out number with soft voice easy to miss your number. Please invest in automated number screen like macdonald or some PA system. Water melon juice is nice but very small bottle and $4.50. Not recommended.

Located inside Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Healthy food for the health-conscious, with balanced nutrition and a variety of options. Food tastes decent, and all utensils are 100% decomposable (according to the label) which also attract the environmentally-friendly consumers like myself. I was impressed the first time and have kept going back especially for dinner takeaway. To me the whole idea is about being healthy and green, yet still tasty.

very disappointing meal today, felt like the standards really dropped since i first started eating this last year. ordered the sirloin steak but it was so hard and tough that my fork can barely go through, highkey suspect that it was just a bunch of leftovers being reused/cooked again. other ingredients such as the mushrooms and broccoli were not as fresh. the corn and sweet potato were still good though.

I see long queues every time I pass by this place and decided to try. Was disappointed as they’d run out of cilantro lime quinoa and I had to go for pasta which I do not like. Didn’t like the other choices left. The steak cubes were dry and tough and overcooked so was very disappointing.

I spend at least $13 here (can’t resist avocado), but i have to tell you this place is worth every dollar. Why?

    1) Their portion is huge! I’m a big eater but the regular size is enough for me because they give a lot of meat / protein. For the $1 avocado upgrade they’ll give you half an avocado.

    2) everything is tasty. The meat is only slightly marinated and always juicy, even the chicken breast. Quinoa is always cooked perfectly.

    3) love the dressing. My favorite is the ponzu ginger dressing

    4) .. And i love that they automatically serve without dressing, giving you full control of how healthy/unhealthy you want your meal to be.

    5) they got their operations down. Even if queue is massive at lunch, you likely won’t have to wait long. Getting a seat is another story though..

In conclusion, definitely one of my favorites for lunch in CBD.

This place used to be the best tasting ‘healthy’ select-your-own-meal joint. Each selection was carefully created, tasty charred Brussel Sprout, medium cooked steak, grilled Mala tofu etc etc.

Unfortunately, lately the selection have been bland. Everything seems like its just steam/grill with simple salt and pepper only.

Maybe it needs to be done to survive in these covid times, but hopefully you guys can come back stronger than before.

Food is good but service is slow. An angmo caifan stall placing a row of staffs akin to the Ford assembly line “kiaping” your food. A lot of time wasted with people filling in forms, cashier keys in your orders, order form gets passed down from person to person who only kiap your food only from pots in front of them, the next looks at your order again and kiap from another pot in front of them, process repeats till the last person who then calls out your number. The “kiaping” line lays idle when cashiers faced some issues.
Can we maybe employ some (maybe just 3 will do) caifan aunties who could speed up the process?

Healthy and delicious bowls which you can customise with your own toppings. This place can be crowded during office lunch hours. A queue may form for the bowls. However, as food is served fast, the queue moves quickly. Due to safe distancing measures, dining in seats are limited.

I particularly like their quinoa which is light and firm without being overcooked or mushy. A 9.00 bowl was very filling and generous amount of chicken was given. I can definitely see why this is very popular among the busy office folks who still wish to have a balanced and healthy diet!

Vegans and vegetarians will find much they can choose from here!

Healthy options. Pesto sauce and eggplant weren’t too good. Chicken and herb dory fillet was alright. Curried coconut flakes just taste like coconut. Pasta was Abit soft. Broccoli and charred cabbage are my personal favourites!

Taste wise they’ve stayed consistent through the years, portion size varies depending on time (there is an obvious correlation between peak hours and portion size haha). Just sad that they increased prices by so much now it’s just not very competitive anymore

Nice small eatery serving out healthy food. Love the taste and wide variety available. Dine in is hardly an option due to limited space. It will be cool if they could label the food that is at the counter.hope they could open up more outlets in heartland.

Superb salad. Fresh and loads of options for vegetarians (including no allium), service is fast and staff are typically friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best salad places in Singapore.

I love their brown rice and quinoa base. As for the veg, love their parmesan cauliflower and charred broccoli.

However, they are quite expensive… abt $10/11 for petite and $14 for medium. I’d like to think it’s due to the premium materials and location. This is the only reason why I do not eat at this place everyday – lunch and dinner. That said, join their membership/rewards program, you’ll get 10% rebate which can be used to offset your next purchase and/or can be accumulated.

Food is ok but gave 2 stars because the portion is downsizing as time goes by. Bought a regular portion and the vegetables had only less than 5 little leaves & everything else so much lesser than me & my colleagues recalled. Salmon was also dry. I wouldn’t recommend it unless someone else is paying for your meal. Get the large portion. There are much better similar meals around the Raffles Place area with shorter queues. The Daily Cut cannot make the cut now.

Came back after my prev exp with the chicken thigh. The variety is okay. But the chicken breasts are as dry as a desert. It was only edible with spam sauce. And drinking lots of water. Fairprice chef’s finest frozen meal Cajun chicken breast is literally moister and more tender. Brine and marinade the chicken breasts

    Very kind service staff!

Visited this store at around 4.30-5pm on 28 Dec 2022, the young female staff made my day when she overheard our conversation about my dilemma of choosing between sautéed mushrooms or potatoes and resolved it by giving a little bit of each ingredients to me. Kudos!

Western “cai fan” basically, I.e. a carb based salad. Decent mixture of carbs, proteins and veggies, nutritious and of good quality. Ordering system is simple and doesn’t require much talking, but to avoid touching the pencils, bring your own or tear like for parking coupons. Would prefer if the carbs were warmer but given the lack of nutritious and filling food in the cbd that is indoors and affordable, it’s a decent everyday choice

The food is actually great and would have rated it five stars, but between 8:30-9pm they run out of food every single night, even with a huge line of people still trying to order. It’s clear the chefs give up and go home before 8:30.

This time slot is when the last people are leaving the gym and want a lot of food. If they can actually have food to purchase from 8:30 on, it’ll be 5 stars.
