The restaurant was busy on a Saturday evening. Service staff friendly and efficient. Just let them know when you are ready to order.

We didn’t realise that we ordered stuffs that had very similar flavours. Haha. The duck web was interesting. First time having it. Quite soft but not melting kind.

The dishes that we ordered are strongly flavoured and definitely needed rice.

We chose the 1 pax $98++ from the CNY Menu 2022. It was a great deal! Thai Mango salad was a good way to start. Then, comes the braised superior Shark’s Fin Soup with crabmeat and a plate of bean sprouts and coriander. Next up is the braised sea cucumber and duck webs. Very satisfied with these 3 dishes! Set also comes with seafood fried rice and dessert. We also ordered the deer meat with ginger and spring onions. Meat is tender and the dish is flavourful. The service was prompt and delightful.

Shark fin still taste good but portion is smaller than before.
Services has gotten a lot worse, attitude was cold from most of the staffs. Ordered shark fin and fish maw soup but the latter dish was not keyed in and not served.
Other dishes were of average standard.

Food is great but service levels really poor for the price

The waitstaff are over worked and too few of them

Embarrassed to pay a service fee knowing there is 1 wait staff per 15 tables

Very value for money dishes. Crab beehoon and fish maw soup are very well executed. Speed of food being served is very quick and efficient too. The salt baked chicken in claypot is really sweet though more like teriyaki than the name suggests. Would not recommend it that much to people who dislike overly sweet food.

the famous ones are hisit aka shark fin and venison, have stopped by here several times and usually take them home with them

    Recommendation : So cruel ️️️️️

yang terkenal adalah hisit alias sirip ikan hiu dan daging rusa, sudah beberapa kali mampir ke sini dan biasa bungkus bawa pulang ke Indonesia

    Rekomedasi : Bengis Sekali ️️️️️

One of my favourite place to eat braised sharksfin soup. Their seafood fried rice and claypot crab beehoon not to be missed too. And yes their own green chilli is yummy. And also check out the yam paste dessert, smooth and not too sweet. Have been eating here for many years and their cooking is really consistent. Service is not top notch but acceptable. Must return!

Haven’t been to this restaurant for more than 4 years. Its interior decoration remains unchanged, probably about time to do a bit of makeover. Ordered mid size shark fins with crab meat, mango salad and cod fish. In general the food quality is still as expectedly good. Cod fish is most outstanding but mango salad is a bid too sour. Bill was at SGD 186.

We ordered shark fin soup, crab vermiceilli noodles and a braised chicken. Shark fin soup tasted amazing with good amount of shark fin. The crab vermiceilli noodles is to die for – full of flavour. The braised chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste but other than that everything was yummy

Here is Singapore best shark don where you get a slab of fins and rich broth. I suggest going for 1 small bowl individually and for male, 1 medium bowl.

Restaurant look so dated but food still excellent. Taste is consistent over so many years. Although I always feel the sharks fin and abalone rice shared the same taste, still a must eat. Most of their other dishes in their menu tt i tried are equally good. Like the 东粉 too, although I don’t like the crab nor the prawn version.

Parking right opposite the restaurant. Bring umbrella if the weather isn’t looking good as there’s no shelter to the restaurant. Shark fins qty seem to be lesser than before but taste is still good. Service is average as usual. Weekday afternoon (lunch) don’t need to make reservations, have some empty tables here and there.

Excellent restaurant for “sharks fins”, though it is pricey, considering that, their “small” size claypot of sharks fins with crab meat goes for $65++. The sharks fin soup is really thick and good and the portion is very generous. We also liked the salt baked chicken and the crab with vermicelli. Seriously good sharksfins soup. I don’t think you can get such good quality sharksfins claypot soup at such great prices anywhere else. Fins are served in thick whole pieces in a streaming claypot full of tasty starchy thick soup. We usually order one claypot per person and a serving of rice to go with the soup. The dishes aren’t too bad either. We like the fish maw claypot and the prawn or crab tanghoon claypot. If you are into sharksfin, this place is a must go!

Best shark’s fin restaurant but the service is atrocious. You might want to bring a chessboard with you or do some sudoku while waiting.

Go-to spot for a hearty bowl of sharks-fin soup. Always good as a comfort food. Restaurant ambience has a really old-school vibe. Staff is always friendly.

Great authentic thai food with a taste of a home cooked meal. Service needs improvement though, staff needs additional training.

The food there was great. Amazing atmosphere, good service and the quality of the food were all up there. It is a bit on the pricey side though, but if you don’t mind the price it is a great place to go to. Another bonus is that it’s right next to Orchard, so you can always just go next door to fill your shopping needs.

The soup base of the Sharkfins soup always tastes good! The crab glass noodle is simply the best. However, the Kallang branch steam fish in Thai style is excellent

It’s not an actual Thai food, but it’s a good mix. Food was good, especially the shark fin with crab meat. However, service was extremely bad. Doesn’t reflect the kind of price I’m paying. Staff has bad attitude, the table was so dirty they don’t bother cleaning while a bunch of staffs was there chatting away. Low standard restaurant.

This is a must visit restaurant when you visit singapore. I really like the braised soup with extra crab meat. Add the bean sprouts and cilantro along with their house special green chillies and you’re good to go. The hot soup feel a lot like home and the taste is divine. You can also try the glass noodle with crab meat. They taste good but have a strong ginger taste underneath, but it’s woth trying. The achar provided at the beginning of the meal is also good to start the meal.
