    Booked a tada ride from raffles place and the app showed the driver is 5 mins away. Shortly, the driver texted to inform that he’s on his way. Waited for 10 mins after seeing the app still showing 5 mins away. He informed heavy traffic and estimated time to reach the pickup point is 3 mins. I finally managed to get into the car after 15 mins wait. Rather frustrated, I told the driver that he should have informed me that he’s stuck in a heavy traffic and might be able to reach in 10mins as he has a real time GPS. He didn’t think that he should inform as the passenger should ask instead. While he wasn’t rude at all, he wasn’t receptive to the feedback. I can understand a driver’s frustration but I have come scross afew drivers who would inform me if they are taking a longer time to come over., hence I’m using this experience to let him knew he should do that as well. We’ll I guess it’s different expectation.

    Tada app was wonderful when the price quoted was less competitive to grab . but if you have enquires regarding extra charges or lost item forget it ! I don’t think there is even a customer support agent in TADA. Maybe removing your card from Tada app and paying cash will be advisable . Tada charged me waiting fee when i was already at the spot before the time was up , the driver went pass my blk to another blk and i called her several times to reverse back, then she do it . by the time she reach my blk was way beyond the time . So how could they charge that on me . I submitted report, for almost a month now . There is no show from them . Quite bad customer service .
