    Had my car serviced here for the 2nd time. Mr Law attended to me both times. He is experience and professional and shared tips on how to get better mileage (fuel consumption) for my Swift.
    Service here is also fast and seamless. The wait (to get the car service) is not long and the lounge on Level2 is also cozy and comfortable

    And an extra note: I now remembered a prior time when I went to Pandan Centre, though Mr Law did not serve me, I overheard him explaining to many customers, call after call,.., even with senior clients that are not so technically minded . Never forceful, he listens and kept explaining the matter in “Different” Ways, Till the client on the other end sees the light!

    Did regular servicing for my Suzuki Swift hybrid and servicing agent Ernesto was helpful in explaining all the items to be checked in menu A. Entire servicing took around 3 hours and they helped fix some bubbles under the 3M solar film. I also highlighted that my centre console side panel was loose but the servicing crew somehow missed it. After collecting the car, I told Ernesto and he helped to drive it back up and got it fix under 5 minutes. Overall good experience and good customer service

    3 hours from drop off to collection for a basic oil change and wash.
    Sales exec tried to upsell Engine flush for a car doing a first 10k oil change? Really?

    Washing was shoddily done on top of that.

    Regular servicing for my Suzuki Vitara. Service advisor Law was as usual very good with his service. As a regular he will still brief me with details of what the servicing will be on that day. Estimated timing for car collection was very punctual slightly early than expected.

    A note to mention was there was once I left some money in the back booth n was surprised that they put it in an envelope n retuned to me when I collected my car. Very honest service team

    P.S. it will be better if there are more promotions for the add on extra services like disinfection and nano detox. I’m not sure why certain promotions apply to Toyota but not Suzuki as both are under Inchcape. Both customers are using the same lounge, I’m not sure what impression would that give.

    Mr Law attended to me. He was very professional and responsible. He advised me on the possible cost, and went out of his way to get my car attended to. He was also very polite. I am SO glad and pleased , and so relieved that the problem in the car is solved.

    Mr Ernesto attended to me on my previous visit but I forgot to write a review. He was very friendly and helpful, advised me on the services etc and called me promptly when the car was ready to be collected.

    On both visits, the mechanic/ supervisor who checked the car together with me MR D. Ng ( I think is Ng ) was very patient to listen to my complaints about the car, and even though I couldn’t describe accurately the funny noises I heard from the car, he was never impatient or rude. Always calm.
    I felt assured he would do a good job. And true enough the problems with the car were solved!

    Another plus point : after servicing or repairs, the car is always given a good wash and cleaning both inside and outside !

    I would like to specially compliment Mr Lam Liew Wei for his prompt attendance to my needs. I was there to get an insertion for my car manual as required by LTA. He attended to me promptly without my waiting for my queue number. I further told him that my car side panel leather coating came off. He said this is normal wear and tear especially having heavy rain in Singapore. To replace coatings for both side is 128 dollars and if i can wait for 2 hours, he can get his colleague to deal with it. When i came back 1.5 hr later it was done n i didnt pay a cent because they repaired it foc special. Thank you!!

    As usual, I have had very good service experiences throughout my owning a Swift 1.5 since 2006. My ‘go to’ service guy at Champion Motors is Mr Law. He has always been meticulous in explaining repair details, estimate pricing, etc.

    Probably the reason why I have extended my Car till 15 years is because I have excellent trust in his advice and service attitude.

    I will be changing my current car to a newer Swift very soon and continue look forward to reliable service from Champion Motors!

    Waiting area is simply just a row of sofas & coffee tables. Would say that it’s quite big though. Right in front of the counters. Free flow of coffee/milo/tea machine. Free wifi. Straits times are available for news reading too. Shuttle bus to Clementi mrt every 20-30min (can’t rem).

    My vehicle had a problem with the engine mount. As my vehicle is an old model, they had to order the parts overseas. They provided me an estimate of the cost and duration for shipment as well as installation. I am happy and satisfied that the shipment arrived earlier than expected, they were able to finish within a day and the cost was more-or-less as estimated.

    This is my second Suzuki Swift (current Swift Sport model) and I have been using this Champion Motors Service Centre for the past 16 years. Service rep Mr Law Lien Wei has been providing prompt, excellent customer service all these years since 2005, when I bought my first Suzuki Swift.     My service advisor didn`t really take care of my interests. More interested in pushing their products. I was upset with him telling me he will do a flushing package without going into details. Just rushed through using big words like flush the engine, flush the fuel injectors, flush air circulation system, sanitize interior & hoping that you don`t understand much of it & just agree to pay $90. Only when I pressed for more explanation did I find out it was just replacing engine coolant, pour a bottle of injector cleaner into the fuel tank, spray something into the aircon filter which was going to be changed anyway at 20k servicing interval & spray something into the interior to sanitize roof lining & seats. So I say this is less than desirable behaviour. Also they give themselves so much buffer of 4 hrs for a simple servicing saying lots of cars to attend to. In the end they finished in 90 mins. That makes a difference to you deciding whether to come back later or wait there. So again, do things to suit them. You are not a priority.

    Excellence service from Mr Law again. Due to busy schedule on 22 Oct morning I simply passed my car key to Mr Law and rushed for my appointment.

    Trusting Mr Law with my car for maintenance and any addtional parts for replacement due to wear and tear to replace it

    Was updated that the maintenance was completed and went to back to collect with peace of mind
