The kids like go this place. …
This place is not crowded during the day and it’s a good time to bring young kids. During the School holidays it gets quite crowded. There is a ball pit, a couple slides, swings, a whirliswing, little cars, giant legos, a trampoline, a Lego section, play shops and grocery store section and play “sand” area with plastic beads. It’s pretty small but they pack a lot into that area and it’s fun for kids. Better suited to younger children than older. There was a spill while we were there and the staff cleaned it up promptly. The price is cheaper than what you’ll pay downtown. Its pretty easy to keep track of your children inside. Adult seating is very limited so plan to sit on the floor. They have wifi. It’s a little hard to find. It’s in the South Wing, level 2, tucked back in a hallway leading off the lobby with escalators.
A lot of the artificial sand made its way into the main area, dangerous for toddlers who have a tendency to put things into their mouth. It’s transparent in color so if parents r distracted baby might just put into their mouth without parents realising. Most of the toy that requires battery does not work, batteries are not replaced. I’m only giving 2 stars cause it’s near my place and price is reasonable.
My little one always want to go here. It’s so much fun for her here.
Nice indoor soft playground in Harbourfront Centre and it’s affordable. They have a huge ball pit with an interactive screen, a section where you can pretend in a grocery store with wooden toys, another section for slide, a dedicated area for little ones that has music toys and soft slides and a trampoline area where you can really wear out your kid. And unlike other indoor playgrounds that you pay for a fee per 2 hours here, you have a choice of how long you stay and it will just deduct from your credits which I think is more valuable. And if you don’t like to buy a package credit you can start with $12 per hour with 1 free accompanying guardian and pay an additional $5 if another adult wants to join inside. Because we know at times kids can be unpredictable that sometimes they want to stay longer or just have a short stay inside a playground. And staff are sweet to give some little stickers or toys upon existing their premise.
Kids love this place. But it can be crowded, especially on weekends
Small but delicate. The clerk is kind and enthusiastic!
小而精緻。店員親切熱心!
Ok
Nice place with lot of activities for toddlers
Good one
Brought my 2 children over on a Friday afternoon. There were about 80 children plus parents in that small area. They should have some croud management or entry quota so that it’s not too crowded. It was quite dusty and i was shocked to discover certain play areas with thick layers of dust Toys and play materials were ok but guess they should maintain the toys (broken toys). Please step up on the hygiene practices!
Place is ok for kids ..avoid weekend and holidays.as too many kids ..hardly can spend time with ur own kid as need to watch out those running around

The environment here is very good… Children can play with confidence, and parents can also have parent-child activities here with their children. It’s great… I took a lot of videos. I didn’t take any photos… If you want If you want to watch, you can add my fb to watch
这里环境很好…小朋友可以放心的玩,而且爸妈也是可以在这里跟孩子进行亲子活动..超棒的…我拍了很多video.照片没有拍到….大家如果想看的话,可以加我的fb 看
Good place to put children especially on weekends. I feel that the price is good, the place is large so the child can spend a long time inside. Also, one parent can accompany the child inside for free. However, the place is very full on weekends and there are not much seats outside the area if one prefers not to go in.
Good for children
Our go to place, Up North. Staff is nice and plenty of atractios for kids up to a pink beauty parlour with a slide and the seeds kitchen and the rides and supermarker areas. Dolls are available as well. Avoid crowded time like weekends and peak hours as this is inside a mall and get booked fast.
Good and clean place to play for kid and food store near by
Place was clean and was fun for my toddler
Nice place for kids.
Great play and learning place for children. Can get crowded during the weekends. Remember to bring your socks along for entry!
Best place for kids enjoyment! My kids have been going there almost every weekend now ! The place has lots of things for kids to play with and on top the staff is so pleasant and helpful. My kid got cranky and the staff put an extra effort to call us up and ensure that kid is safe n sound till we reached to pick up the kid.I wish I could rate more than 5 stars to this place and 10 stars to the staff who are always so helpful and observant! Highly recommended this place for kids!

The best place to bring kids, my both kids enjoy it, after 2hours they don’t want to come back!! Great place for kids!!
Friendly staff. You can leave your child in their good hand while you attend to something.
Good for young kids to spend their time
Its very costly for 1 hr and I felt not many things were there
Great for kids.
Nice place for kids to play. A good varieties of toys and space for them to run around. I think in future when there are no more capacity restriction, the place may be overcrowded and dangerous for younger kids. Realised some kids can be very rowdy and don’t really care about younger kids, had few incidents of older kids accidentally hit my 1.5yrs old kid in span of 2months. So the current capacity limit is good for the customers and safer for younger kids.
Different kinds of toys to play. Friendly staff and help parents to shop around. Regular add on new toys.
Great place to bring your kids.
My son love this place!!! We have visited their outlet in yishun and habourfront! Yishun is bigger. But i still love both as its cheap and friendly staffs!
Went to the one in Harbourfront Centre on weekday. Despite some negative reviews on their service, the lady staff was kind and efficient.
The place was clean and has lots of elements to enjoy such as slides, sand play, kitchen toys, trampoline, ball pool and so on.
I guess the best age to fully enjoy this playground is around 3-4 y.o.
Fun for the kids. The interactive projector screen was a hit!
Value for money, too crowded on Sunday. Messy play!
nice playground for kid.
The kids enjoyed the facilities
Highly recommended, as this place allow toddlers.
My 22 months baby enjoyed his 1st indoor playground
Nice place but the toys are quite old
Good
I liked it . My kids enjooooyed.you have to book during weekdays if you want to go on weekends
Not bad, children play until they don’t leave
不错,孩子玩到不要走
Lots of stuff to keep your kids occupied but you will have to be close by to keep an eye on them
the place is full of fun with a lot of toys, price is relatively cheap and staffs are very nice.
My 5 and 2 y/o had a great time here. They didn’t want to leave after two hours of play.
Decent playground for the price… second biggest outlet they have… first being at harbourfront….
The food was great
So good

Very nice and friendly Staff, Ms Su shan at Yishun sunshine child hood playground. She is very caring And helpful! My kids enjoy going to this indoor playground.
The facilities are old. Wished they could improve and/or get new ones.
Can see improvement made.
Got my kid occupied for hours …
Spacious enough for kids to spend their time there
Spacious and bright. But need to book the slot in advance for weekend entry
Let’s play
Good
Nice … hygienic.. lots of fun..
Fortunately, I can play for 2 hours. Children will like it more.
还好,能玩2小时。小孩子会比较喜欢。
Clean & nice environment. Entrance fee are reasonable too. It’s a “must” to call to make reservation in advance before heading down as there’s a capacity limit. The staff at Northpoint city outlet are very friendly & polite. Will be back again …
A good indoor playground for kids, good sections to stimulate the kids creativity. Brought out the kid in me when my child was playing.
There is a very rude older lady who stops the fun and criticizes all the kids who are trying to have fun, in name of safety. The other time i was there and she wasnt, the kids had a lot more fun and the staffs were more relaxed.
Fun playground for pre-school children. Even though it’s not very big, there’s a variety of play areas for young kids to explore.
Well equipped with various zones of play
Fun
Staff very blur
Staff pretty friendly, my kids enjoy their play too. Weekday not so crowded.. $8 per hour for member is reasonable price..
A great place to let ur toddlers explore and play.. ive been bringing my daughter to this place since she was 2. They have 2 outlet now.. one at northpoint city and the other one at buangkok square.. but buangkok square is smaller than the one in northpoint city. My daughter and i just loved it.. its good for toddlers motor skills and development skills. It could be a little pricey on school holidays and weekends. They also have packages and membership. Since the one at northpoint city located in a mall so some parent will just leave their children there while they go do some shopping. You will need to leave ur contact number so in case they can get back to you while u do ur shopping. There is a few section which your toddler could play.. for me personally i would recommend toddlers from 2yrs onwards to come and explore this place. Its best for the parent to join in with the toddlers to have some bonding time and you might be surprise with what ur kid could do. Bring your own socks or you could buy one from there.
