My wife and i have always patron this store and is usually happy with the stuff accept this particular stuff name Ros**** which i cant rem. Very stingy with her serving like giving toddler portion in childcare. Ask for more and she wilk give u a death glare. Manage to get her photo in here. So dun be shy and ask for more unless u wish to waste your money.

Pros: got my sandwich made in 10mins with a queue of 4 customers in front of me.
Cons: staff touched my sandwich inappropriately. She leaned forward to pick up vegetables and her apron touched the sandwich wide opened. Also, foot long bun had part of her bare hands touching it.

I understand that it was the second day of Chinese New Year, and many restaurants are closed, and employees are a stressed out. However, there is a flaw that I want to mention.
The queue system was not very properly managed. There was quite a long queue that extended out of the store and I and a few other customers did not know that we had to stand in an ‘L’ configuration until a Safe Distancing Ambassador instructed us to do so.

Favorite place to eat fresh and healthy food. Most favourite is the Honey Oat bread n cold cut trio. Too bad its no longer included in the everyday value fresh meals at 5.9 SGD.

I walked in to this empty outlet at approx 5.20pm on 30th Dec 2022. There was mayve 1 person was dining.
2 young looking/teenage like employees were chatting (1 female- Indian i think and 1 male-Chinese) while the male employee was preparing 2 sandwiches (no customers were found waiting)
I walked up and asked for a Tuna Sandwich and I was totally ignored, while they continued chatting and the male employee continues preparing the sandwiches.
I stood there 5mins before i walked away. If this is while the store is empty, i dont know how it would be on a peak time. I’ve been to busier outlet before but employees are usually courteous and attentive.

Its easily accessible and fairly good when it comes to preparing the standard sandwiches. The staff is also very cordial. All in all a good place to take out or eat in.
