I visited Punggol plaza subway at 9.50pm, ten minutes before closing time. All the ingredients were already packed for closing. I had just gotten off work and was hungry. The staff took my order with a smile on their face and prepared my sandwich. They were warm and friendly and were not in the least unhappy about me coming in so close to closing time. I was heartened by their gesture and good service. I managed to have a nice warm meal after a long day and I have them to thank for it.

Food was nice,but view was lousy.At times ,there was a Chinese senior citizen staff not wrapping the food properly.She used the hand gloves on many stuff other than serving food.

I had a bad day to begin with and decided to sober down at Subway for a bite. From the time I enter the store at punggol plaza, I was greeted by a handsome fine guy named Hidayat. He listens to my orders and help me with some suggestions to much delight. Needless to say his warm welcoming voice already make me feel comfortable, and the thought he was paying attention to me and apologise just to help open the door for a wheelchair bound customer is really service at its BEST.. He deserve to be recognized and apparently he is well known by many customers too who happily greeted him.. Kudos to you, an example of a pure hearted person in real.. I will dine in anytime again soon and recommend to all.. Once again thank you Hidayat for giving the light I just needed after the death of a family member.. You made our day!

The food was quite nice, ordered soup, cookies, a drink and the sandwich. The soup was a bit weird but nice. The outlet itself is your usual outlet, quite nice to eat at. Overall, if you want a sandwich, come here to grab a bite.

With very few Vegetarian dining options around the area, Subway at Punggol Plaza turns out to be a savior. Easy on pocket, variety of sub options and delicious cookies. In case of planning for soups, you’ll have to rush as they keep low volumes. (Can’t vouch for non vegetarian food as I’m a vegetarian)
