The order was placed at 2 pm for pick up at 214 pm, but upon arrival, the order was not ready. It was ready only 6 minutes later.
Crowded on weekends
The toilets, for the females, as far as I could see, is a bit unclean. With aunties spitting food in the sink, and the door handle collecting dust, and it’s rusting.
Nothing special? Was at Tampines One branch. Felt the chicken teriyaki wrap was okay. The staff were friendly.
This is one of the more spacious subways. Dining in here, u wont feel cramped.. Otherwise it has all the standard offerings..

The subway at tampines one branch has a very accommodating staff. I remember there is a person in front of me who struggled in ordering as she just follow the ingredients that was sent to her thru phone. The crew did not hesitate to help her out. Good job!

As a resident here, I frequent this outlet often.
Whenever I am there, I am always impressed by staff Yamei’s attitude and service language.
At a fast-food chain, I have never expected any staff to actually go the extra mile with recommendations but Yamei exceeded that wonderfully.
Kudos to her and I do hope her unspoken hardworking attitude gets recognised.

And they frequently charge you the wrong price so I strongly recommend that you calculate your own price beforehand to compare. Some WILL challenge you on this so you have to be clear and confident. Sounds like you’re preparing yourself for battle, doesn’t it?
There was one Filipino guy who was there for a short while but I have not seen him in a while. He is also nice and sincere, and welcoming. But he and Ya Mei are the exception rather than the norm.
The place is clean enough but the tables are packed together to maximise the space I guess. The only time you ever felt you had your own space was during the period with heavy COVID-19 restrictions (1-metre distancing etc).

It was nice quiet place to chill.
As usual quick service for a healthy bite. Ordered the new bite breaded chicken cutlet. Not too bad. Only one thing I don’t like is the staff asks you to add on. I had asked for combo, thinking it included the cookie. The staff asked me and I said yes and got an additional $1.40 charge which is don’t need.
Suggestion to Subway staff to prompt customer of additional charges, which can be unnecessary costly.
