Subway at Zhong Shan mall is not too much of a contrast to other Subway outlets except that it’s more spacious and you don’t really have that kind of squeezing feel. The food are always fresh as the ingredients are fresh and once in a while they come out with a new Sub which i feel it’s necessary as seeing the same menu every time will make one kind of, already have in mind what to order before reaching and that’s quite boring.

Loved the cookies and subs here. But a bit pricey compared to Malaysia.
Not sure what’s happening today but the staff were very distracted, while I was here, multiple customers had to repeat their order multiple times. F
some reason, they were not using trays so they gave every customer plastic bags even though they were eating in so that’s a huge waste of plastic.

The staff who attended to me at the first counter was vy curt.. he wasn’t really approachable. Really rushing me. I know it is lunch time, but crowd was not tt bad… the way he threw the bread n food onto the bread was really putting off… it was not something I wud expect from anyone. Esp a F&B service staff. the portions added on the bread were waay less than usual portions from other outlets. Overall, I felt vy disappointed. Def not coming back to this outlet…

I was having my breakfast meal on 7 April at Subway Seletar Mall branch.
Joanne had recommend the popular set meal as I was wondering what to order.
After settled down and completed my meal, I accidentally spills some tea on the floor. Staff were quick to moped up the spills. That’s efficiency.
Joanne even offered to let me have another cup of coffee which I humbly rejected as I had already finished my meal. That’s the warmth, friendliness and delighting customers service.
I also observed some regular customers were greeted by Joanne and they were very friendly towards each other.
Joanne is an asset to this Organisation. Keep it up, Joanne.

Ordered via grabfood and they gave me limited choices of veggies/sauce. Saw on foodpanda the same outlet has mayonnaise sauce available hence I indicated a remark to add onions + mayo sauce (cannot choose from grabfood interface). Totally disregarded my remark and the food came without sauce and veg. Lol. If that is the case then they shouldn’t allow customers to add additional requests for their food.

The sandwich was pretty good and even though they only gave one piece of (fake) bacon in my bacon chicken ranch sub, it tasted pretty good.

Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland of Compass One Shopping Centre few bus stops next to MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarket library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.
This subway gave the smallest portion of veggie and meat that I’ve ever been to. Cashier also used her bare hands to open up my sandwich. No gloves

Ordered over GrabFood for a tuna sandwich with extra cheese, mayo and chipotle.
First of all when the order came in, I noticed they confused olives with jalepeno and while I was charged for the extra cheese, the cheese was certainly not a bigger portion, I couldn’t even taste it. Even the portion size of the tuna seemed small. Terrible service! I could get better service for a cheaper price at the subway near me.

I’ve been patronizing this outlet since it first started here, been through its bad hires, slow staffs and all. But now that they’ve changed the menu and up the price, I really expect them to up their game or at least keep to it.
It’s pretty bad the way they scoop the chicken chunks, a few good pieces fall out, making it not even a full scoop of meat. Same goes for cheese, took a scoop of it, but while transferring it onto the sandwich, quite a significant bit pours out and end up on the working desk, which goes into their bin. I understand during peak hour they’re very busy, but for the customers who spent their time queuing to have your sandwich, the least you could do is to not shortchange them of what they pay. Not to mention the staff at the vegetables side, I repeated 3 times what I don’t want, she repeated after me and she still grab what I said I don’t want. Why? Tsk tsk.
