Place was around for sometime and recently had a facelift to look less gloomy. The seatings are now very limited (about 18pax, 5 tables + counter) due to safe distancing measure. Food was alright, pricey. Place is halal.

There was a queue as dining in is not allowed currently so people were picking up sandwiches.
Not all types of breads are always made available at the West Mall outlet if I compare it with Yew Tee outlet.
Service is better at Yew Tee outlet. Staff is friendly and vegetables are added generously.
The boy who touched chicken breasts did not changed his gloves after pressing chicken in the sandwich. He used the same gloves for picking up my veggie patty. I shared my concern then the duty manager apologised. She kept on chatting with us while making the sandwich .
Service recovery to be made.
Service can be better at West Mall outlet.
Overall I feel that the amount of vegetables and overall service varies at various outlets which can be standardised for a better customer experience.

One of the best location near main entrance of West Mall, a “land mark” for appointment
Boys behind the counter was not attentive. Asked me what I wanted and was not listening. After asking, and while I was telling them what I wanted, they went on to prepare another sandwich. After which asked me again what I wanted…
Tables and chairs are very cramped and there were many people who just sat there but not patronising the shop.
Lastly, some of the seat covers needs to be changed. They are peeling.

everytime I order from here I would feel good vibes from it , the staff is Okok only not bad not good , there’s this one lady who always work here and I have seen here for almost 4 years already , everytime she made my order it is always accurate and never wrong , she is also confident and knows what her customer wants

I think other Subway are serving better sandwiches as compared to here. Asked the staff twice for 2 sandwiches and she still forgot. She was not even friendly and I don’t feel like she was paying attention to me while I was talking to her. Good service. Good staff. But I still love Subway.

I would like to commend the evening crew today (13 June 2021) for making my sandwich subway club excellent and giving me all the fresh veges that I have requested. The sandwich tasted fresh and I have been quite pleased with the quality of the sandwiches from this outlet – Bukit Batok Central each time I visit.
Fairly tasty, though the service was slightly chaotic and the items are quite pricey.
Always go to subway for a healthier meal, but if they have more promotion on price will be great
