    Okay to be honest I don’t really like starhub after what happened a few years ago but they really change quite a bit especially their customer service line.

    Yesterday I called because I just receive my bill and the amount was huge. And the person explain is because I didn’t go in person to a store that’s why they charged me a huge amount because they thought I want to cancel the contract.

    So I explained that I lost my phone and I can’t find it. I didn’t cancel the contract what I meant was cancel the line and I will reconnect it if I find my phone if not I will get a new one.

    So he told me to go to the nearest outlet that is Tampines and that I don’t need to pay the cancel contract amount and just pay my bill and I will get a new SIM card that was free.

    I went and there was quite a lot of people but I only waited about 20 to 30 min. And explain what happened and yes I only had to pay my bill amount and not the huge amount. And I told him that the person that I talked to on the phone say that my SIM card was free and I don’t need to pay the $15 charge. And so everything was done less than 10 minutes.

    So I would say that not bad to starhub the customer service hotline was good and the staff at Tampines outlet was very friendly and helpful.

    Expect crowd when you’re here especially on weekends.
    Staffs were super efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They would be able to look into your usage, needs and what plan is suitable for you!
    Great customer service experience and great service provided.
    Maybe they can turn up the AC up a little bit as it’s quite warm with all the spotlights.

    Most booths are opened and the friendly personnel at hand to answer all queries be it for mobile, broadband , connectivity etc. Do a e booking first, it beats the waiting time . I did an e booking the previous day and I was served less than 5 mins after checking in.

    I was served by a representative named Yongshun at the Tampines Starhub. He was really helpful, professional and empathetic throughout our exchange. Even though he couldn’t help to fix my problem right there at the branch due to some policy issues (which is of no fault of his), he was able to provide me with a very good alternative solution. He also had some very kind words for me with regards to my situation and that was what really stood out for me. He wasn’t just doing a job…he genuinely cared and that is truly what makes a really great customer service representative!

    Ever since the Starhub outlet at Bedok ceased operations, I have been visiting Starhub Tampines for my requirements.
    The service level is very good…. Efficient and courteous staff. Questions get answered with patience.
    The outlet itself is spacious with comfortable seating.
    In instances where some delay in service is expected, one can walk around the mall and have a drink or shop. An alert would be sent to our phone giving sufficient time to go back to the outlet to be attended to.
    I always feel happy to be at this place.

    Friday evenings the queues are longer. Better to go in the morning or afternoon.
    Good support staff with decent knowledge.

    I personally found that Star Hub are more better than any telco in Singapore . I am not trying to do any favour to any company mentioned. I also found they are more polite and friendly especially as the staff are concerned. Today, I went to renew my contract which is due for today. I also went yesterday to Singtel and found it was still very shocking to mention. What else can I say or said??????

    Over 1hr wait lots of cubicles but very short on staff
    When i was seen it was quick 5-6 minutes. There seemed to be about 50 people waiting but most were couples so 25 in queue.

    I’ve wasted my precious time. Visited the Tampines outlet at almost 8PM for a recontract but was disappointed the staff refused my entry due to “too much customers inside” when I could see that there is a lot of room and sitting space inside. The outlet states that it closes at 9PM so technically the management shouldn’t turn away customers until the allocated time. They should change their closing time on their website to avoid misinformation and wasting people’s time.

    I recommend that anyone visiting this outlet should be there more than an hour before their stated closing time at 9PM.

    I am posting on behalf of of my wife. Since we change to starhub we face too many unnecessary changes. Your youtube is the biggest issue. Every now n then it appear setting channel , it has been going on for the last 5 days.And we can’t view anything. Your solution is ” please bring down the decorder and change”, we already change twice. Now we can’t even view our local channel. We have 3 subscribe tv . Can you imagine the frustration after a hard day work, we need to deal with this crab. Some of the staff are very unhelpful. Please look into it.Will consider to cancel if there is still no improvement.

    On 1st April 2022 @ 1530hrs, I was served by a consultant named MARICEL. She was super patience with me who asking lots of question to understand the promotion offer. She was very professional in her job, looking for into my account details and offered alternatives in order to retain me as a customer. I was there to terminate my TV and maybe (only maybe!!!) renew my broadband contract BUT in the end, I recontract my Internet, TV, 5 mobiles and I got what I want……less monthly bill!!! Maricel deserved recognition. She !

    Huge n clean stores with lot of service staffs waiting to serve… Was there to cancel the broadband as having lot of problems with the connection recently… personally Not recommended to get their broadband. Not sure why Singtel can retain my home Tele number with a TV sign-up but starhub cannot do it , frustrating…

    Pretty impressed with the service provided.. You will get offers for renewal more than what you get in online shopping. Employee’s are so friendly that they will guide you with all the options on table.. There is always a wait here as this place Tampines is one of the main hub, around 30-45min wait time.

    Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Queue at entrance, but managed well and was able to get through quickly. Staff at entrance guided me to the self-serve ticketing machines and got me one. Waiting for 20 mins or so before being called. Needed a postpaid plan. Customer representative was quick and guided me through. Explained to me the process and any other info. Entire ordeal lasted less than an hour.

    I guessed due to COVID they have changed their way of operation.
    You go there,they asked about purpose of visit. Scan the QR code and get your Q-number.
    Go walk around, the mobile will tell you to go back when your number is near.
    I like that, more time and freedom. Unlike previously,you need to wait there for your turn.

    I like the queue system they have. you just need to fill the form yourself (using your own mobile). They will tell you how many people in front of you, what your queue number, and will notify you when you’re up and need to go to which counter. it’s very efficient

    Not so crowded now. Essy to find parking lot now. Starhub not customer orented. I signed up HomeHub which had Netflix added on. Some unauthorised upgrade done to my Netflix on My StRhub app account but Starhub staff asked me to settle myself with Netflux. This unauthorised transaction was done on Starhub app though.

    Turned up to look at my current phone contract, waited 30 mins. In that time I was able to get a better deal with Circle Life, register and keep my same phone number. Just need to cancel homehubripoff1000 and I’ll be free.
    A great place to unwind so long as you don’t actually want any customer service.

    Can’t recall when getting a mobile device at Starhub was this enjoyable but my experience here was fantastic. Wait time to be served was 5 mins, and the whole time to recontract and get my iPhone 14 pro was done in under 30 mins. Served by Deepan who provided practical advice on add ons with no hard sell, excellent service and kudos for that.

    Big place with pleasant waiting area. Inside Tampines Mall. I was there to change my phone and recontract. I was attended to after about 30 mins by Mr Jo Wang who was extraordinarily helpful. Patiently listened to all my queries then proceeded to transfer all the data from my existing handset to the new one. Was there for at least 45 mins doing all this but never did he give me the impression of hurrying me up. Explained the terms of contract very clearly and even advised me on the best plan for me based on my usage history. Rarely have I met such a helpful staff. Deserves 10 stars!! Went there again yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by another helpful lady who did my recontact.

    Was there again today 5 July 2022. No change aside from the lack of check in/out at Tampines Mall. Again most helpful and courteous staff. Well done.

    Had to endure the 2hrs and 50mins before my queue is called ! At least I am glad that the customer service officer (Rene) is a polite and friendly guy. We completed the transaction within 15mins .
