Love to do work at this place. Especially its high standing table with charging points. The staff are a bit busy cleaning at night and can occasionally open and close the doors but im cool with that.

While we were there, many tables are not cleared and even when we help to clear the staff did not even show any gesture of thanks.
Add to the our displeasure, many youngsters were occupying seats and studying. Nothing wrong with patrons occupying seats, bringing their own personal bottles of water but the noise make regardless of other patrons…

It has what most other Starbucks had, other than the fact that this place does not allow for the Starbucks card, and only cash. It being located on the ground floor of Terminal 2 helps it be slightly more popular with students, designer, and us – tourists.

Came here on 27th October, around 9pm. One of the barista keyed in the wrong order. Wanted a caramel macchiato but instead got a mocha. Fine by me, but the malay chap offered to replace and even upsized my hot drink from a tall to venti! I wanted to pay for the different but he insists! Thank you bro!

Nice touch offering ceramic mug to drink coffee in if dining in. Barista was very attentive and apologetic for lack of food items early in the morning, as they were still setting up for breakfast. My americano was served piping hot and delicious.

Ordered two signature hot chocolates, both creamy, hot as asked, and full flavour. Service was efficient, friendly and easy. I’m not sure it’s open 24 hours; we went past early morn and they seemed to be closed to restock and clean. Still earn five starts for the service and quality.

Good place for a cup of Earl Gray. The price is relatively high compared to Starbucks in other countries. Unfortunately, the employees forgot to greet the customers even though they greeted them.
