My number one and only choice of place when comes to buying tyres for my car, my latest 3 cars all use their Continental Sports or Premium Contact tyres, will continue to support them without doubt.
Got a different type of service when I reached alone vs reaching with my boyfriend. Totally felt not welcomed when I am there alone, question asked and answers were shallow. But when my boyfriend came, he was treated with warm welcome. Regret buying rims at such a place. Hope that your staff will be trained not to treat people differently.

Note they close at 7pm weekdays.

Did high speed balancing due to vibration while driving at higher speed. I was attended by Mr. Johan who was a nice, humble guy who maintains his humility despite having lots of experience around his field of work. He pointed out to me a slightly warped rim that was causing the vibration and was patient in explaining. Vibration was gone after doing the HSB and was quickly verified by a quick test drive. Before this, I already did 2 rounds of balancing at CnC to no avail.
Just changed a set of Pirelli P7 tyres (245/40R18) for my A4 with Stamford tyre. Overall very good experience and satisfied with the service team Ah Way at Jurong outlet. He was patient and explained to me the detail specifications of the tyres and well preformed the 4 wheels alignment by Ah Leong. Most importantly is reasonable/good price for P7 and job well done. Keep it up Stamford tyres. Hghly recommended and looking forward for the next replacement. Awesome. Thanks.

Good customer service and transparent pricing. I don’t think they are the cheapest in the market, but I do feel they deliver value for money services and parts. Have been back to Stamford on 3 occasions – tyres, servicing and air con. Also did some nitty gritty bulb replacement etc. Responsive tech guys, supervisors and customer service. They also offer installment payment over 6 or 12 months and it certainly helps. Will keep going back.

He was patient, took effort to test the car through short drives and helped explained the test readings after all was done. Took quite a bit of time but I rather they do their work thoroughly. Encouraged me to return and have my servicing done there. A very pleasant experience.

Second visit on 23 March 2021: 2 years later, I had something stuck in one tyre again causing air leakage. Visited Stamford Tyre again. The mechanic was quick to spot the screw stuck in the tyre when the car was jacked up. He pulled out the screw and applied sealant. I went to the cashier and paid $10 and when I came back the fixed tyre was already mounted. The people here are nice and friendly. I was in and out within 5 minutes.
Quick, efficient and friendly service. I had a punctured tyre. Came here on 28 January 2019 at around 8.45am morning. The mechanic helped to take out the tyre and showed me that there was a screw stuck between the tyre tracks. He pulled out the screw and applied sealant. I was charged $10 and after making payment at the cashier next door, the patched tyre was already mounted back and the car was ready to be driven off. All these done within 5 minutes! Would recommend Stamford Tyres.

I guess no one visit a tyre shop regularly. For last one over years, visited this outlet 3 times, first to change new set of tyres and unlucky puncture repair twice. All encounters, experience have been excellent, very friendly, very fast – no “dragging” at all! Puncture repair is FOC when you get tyre from them. For service: 5 *.

Head down to Jurong outlet. Was greeted by Muthu aka “ah black”. He was friendly and directed me to the rims area. Explained to me about the rims. Rims changing was done instantly and the car was ready in less than 30mins despite the crowd. Payment was smooth and easy. Spotted one rim with scratches, inform the staff and was change immediately.

A quick google search showed that the guys here were really professional and helpful. I told her to head over and they did not disappoint. She drove in, and before she could call me to let me know what was going on, the crew had the car up, tire looked at and gave their recommendation to patch it even though I was about to tell her that I won’t be surprised if we had to change at least a pair of tires due the the gash.

Wide selection of tyres and rims. Definitely not the cheapest but it’s a one stop place for what is essentially the only thing keeping your car planted and rolling on the road. Air-conditioned waiting area beside the service area where you can see your car being worked in. Okay selection of car care products inside where one can also pick up some car shampoo etc. As with the tyres and rims, not the cheapest car care products but since already travelled there might as well since its just a couple bucks difference.

Had a good experience changing my car’s rims to their in-house SSW brand. Was speedy and fast and workmen were polite and accomodating. They don’t take in the old rims (newish condition original Toyota rims) so I’ll have to sell them off by myself elsewhere. They even sold me a 5th piece (upon my request) at the same member’s price as the first four, so that I may keep as ‘insurance’ if I need it years later to replace a severely damaged rim and when the model is likely out-of-production.
One thing they could improve on is the speed of their responses to online enquiries. Otherwise, I have been able to get the information I want through phone calls.
