Very busy petrol station because the petrol price there is very cheap compared to every other petrol stations in Singapore. Most of the time throughout the day its crowded because the petrol price is cheaper as I mentioned earlier.

Love coming here to get my fill up my car petrol. The staff is very friendly and they have a cohesive team work that directs the car to lanes that have open up and not blocking up the main road. Kudos for the great work.

have been pumping here for a couple of months, staff have always been extremely friendly. so hard to imagine that being in a hot environment with fumes, they’ve always greeted with a smile and sincere thanks after fuelling up. i came yesterday and was served by a guy called melvin, he even knows about the fuel quality and additives sinopec adds to the fuel to enhance performance. i respect that he remembers it, and even more so the company training and culture that has transcended down to the pump attendants. shout out to melvin for the excellent service!

The cashier lady Bavan was unpleasant. She gave me a “HUH????” face when she didn’t heard what i said. I mean she could have said “sry?” “come again?” but she chose to give this guailan face & she’s NOT wearing a mask ya……. not even a single thank you to her customer. I haven’t been to bukit timah for years and recent visit everything has changed. The road path has been built with stairs and walkway. It used to be muddy pathway. Now it’s much easier for hikers to hike the area and appreciate the nature. Big thanks to the Singapore nature reserve!

Clean and modern looking petrol station selling cheap petrol. The Indian manager and cashiers are friendly and professional. However, the same cannot be said for some of the pump attendants. They are unhelpful and rude. Queue is usually very long at this outlet and some customers take their own sweet time to browse and to pay for petrol. Some even sit in their car after paying for their petrol, refusing to drive off even though there is a long line of cars waiting for their turn at the pump. It’s frustrating to wait behind such inconsiderate drivers. The petrol attendants just stand around, not lifting a finger to help move traffic.

The last time I came I left without getting a car wash. Now that I observed, I am seeing people dropping out from the queue – it is that bad.
First time to this station today, like the way the attendant direct the cars in to queue behind the pump kiosk soon to be vacated so that it will not jam the traffic on the main road. Possible the same was reviewed before, just lazy to go read the 250 over reviews before mine. Try other brands, u can just drive in and figure out which kiosk to go to because their attendants will just stand there doing nothing. Nothing much to feedback about the counter staff, I think generally ok because I just informed the discount I had, then just paid and go.

Top up my petrol here most of the time and it is always full of vehicles depending on the timing of the day. Sometimes vehicles can still be seen queuing even at 3am in the wee hours. They only have 3 branches whole of Singapore.
