Quite a number of printing shops and some other shops here. There is a foodcourt with acceptable selection of food stalls at normal prices The building is quite old, so is the car park. It takes you some time to look for the lifts due to lack of direction signboards and you will be like in a mini maze. At night the lower few levels, night life rules, each level has a nightclub or drinking bar. There are huge signboards of the night clubs outside the building near the main road.

The main attraction of this Centre is the many printing shops on the ground floor interior where you can print all kinds of paper based items from business card to A0 size drawing plans.

On the ground floor exterior shops you can find a convenient store that opens 24 hours. Also there is a take away coffee and tea stall, a prepacked take away Szechuan delight shop and a aircon coffee shop selling chicken rice and Szechuan noodles and dishes. Most impirtantly, you can find a push cart kachang puteh stall selling nuts and crunchies that are soldin paper cones. This you can haedly find in Singapore nowadays.

On level 2 of the Centre you can find a couple of shops selling lady dresses suitable for grand ball room functions. You can also find a couple of spa and travel agencies on this level.

Rest of the upper floors are occupied by offices of different trades and services, including a few private run education centres for adults offering courses of different industries.

On the 6th level there is a Brazilian Jujitsu dojo and a Succeaa in Life Centre that helps people to success through Chriatian faith.

I’ve been here for a number of courses and is impressed with SQI’s focus on stydents’ understanding and ability to apply what had been taught and learnt. The lecturers are industry leaders and experts. SQI will always be my first choice for Quality courses.

It’s a very run down place. Got some nice food and nice people in the kopitiam. Toilets are horrid and smelly. Most likely not washed for a long time. A few studios on dancing and spa and travel stuff seems interesting there. However the hygiene is really bad there and parking is very difficult to get will need to walk over to the place as they don’t really have parking inside the mall. Very old mall.

Old building with some speciality shops. Mostly known for musical instrument stores and printing services. The car park is one of the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, be careful where you step, there are vomit patches of various stages throughout the parking floors. This place is also famous for KTV clubs (not the wholesome kind).
