The Singapore Cruise Centre at HarbourFront – strategically located between the southern part of Singapore and Sentosa Island – has seen many shapes and sizes of vessels berthed at its terminals. Besides the cruise centre, there are ferry terminal services to Indonesian islands such as Batam and Bintan.
Very quiet but isn’t exactly the most developed area. I think the building could be better
Doing this review for weekday visit. As far as I can see the place is empty. No cruise vessel berthing at the pier. Can’t comment much.

A beautiful entrance to Singapore Harbor with first glimpses of the city. Up to the cable car that leads from the Keppel Bay Tower to the island of Sentosa, under which our ship then moored. Overall, there were great impressions of the ship, which we could continue to enjoy at night with the illuminations.
Eine wunderschöne Einfahrt in den Hafen von Singapur mit ersten Blicken auf die Stadt. Bis zur Seilbahn die vom Keppel Bay Tower zur Insel Sentosa führt, unter der unser Schiff dann fest gemacht hat. Vom Schiff waren es insgesamt tolle Eindrücke, die wir in der Nacht mit den Beleuchtungen weiter genießen konnten.

Good people management with all basic amenities. Boarded Royal Caribbean cruise from here. Experience was quite good. They provide lockers for luggage too. Easily accessible by cabs, trains.
Lobby C is where the pickup/drop-off and it is closest to the Ferry entrance.
Singapore’s Efficiency and Productivity is excellent! Smooth and efficient return to Singapore through the automated lanes! The immigration officers are very well trained and helpful. Keep up the good work Singapore!

[It seems many are confusing this with Marina Bay Cruise Centre. It’s not! The Singapore Cruise Centre is the older cruise terminal which can only handle smaller cruise ships. If you’re coming to Singapore on a cruise ship, there’s a higher chance you’ll arrive at MBCCS, not here!]
The cruise centre actually consists of two terminals; International Passenger Terminal caters for cruise ships and Regional Ferry Terminal caters for ferries.The facility is co-located with HBF Centre, so its very convenient. You can grab a quick bite or last minute shopping before boarding. It occupies two levels. Fully air-conditioned waiting area and plenty of seats available. Place can get packed on weekends but check-in and baggage deposit process are generally smooth.
There are two berths for the International Passenger Terminal and six berths for the Regional Ferry Terminal. Due to its location and size though, larger cruise ships are unable to dock here. Not sure how sustainable that will be in the long run.
Far from the city not easy to walk . Taxis are everywhere.

There’s a well-balanced array of F&B outlets, convenience stalls and resting areas for the travelers by ferry. Washrooms are clean and conveniently located too. All ferry companies are situated close to each other hence you are not likely to miss them for your check-in. Love to opt for the early morning ferry for a faster process and trip. Delays are quite rare and ferry leaves the terminal on the dot most of the time. Prices for ferries to Batam largely constant throughout but do choose wisely based on destinations.
In addition to the ferry to Batan, Indonesia, sometimes there are cruise ships moored. This building can be called a cruise center. There are shops, restaurants, camera shops, banks, foot massage, clothing stores, etc.

The singapore cruise center is the point fir departure and arrival of Cruise. There is a large queue at different points. The passengers are supposed to be in first queue fir luggage drop in. You will get a slip for luggage. Be ready for second queue at level 2nd. You should have your passport, evisa, immigration slip which was filled by you at airport while entering Singapore and yes the ticket of cruise. Without these documents, they will not allow foreigners to travel. Then go for a self boarding machines. Here you scan your Passport Nd you will get two slips and one plastic card printed in your name. Surprisingly the plastic card is printed and comes out of that machine at bottom. I saw many passengers missed to carry that card. It has your room number. However that card is mandatory for travel.
Then comes the third queue. Your documents are checked again and label is pasted on your passport. You are given a group number.
Then you enter cruise in groups and while entering, your passport is taken by cruise staff and now u enjoy cruise with your plastic ID card.
Besides the fact that you have already booked cruise by paying hafty amount, now you are are charged Singapore dollar 42 per person for two days of journey which is to be paid at time of departure.
You have lot many restaurants, water sports, swimming pool(unfortunately 5.75 ft depth) , mini golf, chess, table tennis, rope climbing, mountain climbing, bowling lane etc. Please check your TV for all these details. Some of it is paid and some ate free. Please do visit the 17th floor, open air theatre. Interested in casino, visit 6th,7th floor.
After two or three days of stay as per your booked itenary, the exit is again very painful. You need to show your plastic ID and get back your passport. You need to be in first queue for settling your bills. Then in second large queue for check out. Then in third queue for immigration formalities. Please spare 3 hours for check in and check out of cruise.
The visit to cruise is value for money. It’s a five star facility on the sea and try to enjoy all your moments.

is small country in Asia, but this is one of the most clean country in the world. They have a lot of shopping centre, there’s a big mall close to the pier. You can visit Sentosa islands too, see a lot of stuff and get some pictures with the lion statue.

Singapore Cruise Center has a very large Don Don Donki Japanese Groceries Store that you feel like you are in Japan It is located at LOBBY D, near Departure & you will need to take the ENTRANCE on 2nd floor escalator at Cruise Center to get up to the 3rd floor. There is also a Toast Box on 2nd floor towards the back with very nice harbor view seatings which also near LOBBY D at Cruise Center, and there is also a DutyFree Alcohol, Beverages & Products on 2nd floor
The queue can be thought of for faster. Already tired of traveling on the plane still have to queue at the port

Very efficient staff for immigration clearance
It was a simple walk through as not many people there early morning. No waiting time at all.
A large cruise centre terminal and if you come at your assigned time it will be quick and easy to check in. Bags are left on ground floor under a massive covered area, then you go upstairs for immigration. Friendly staff. Several passport checks though. And lots of walking on the Shute to the ship.

Washroom could be cleaner given the heavy traffic as it is also part of a very high volume ferry terminal.
The DFS was a nightmare. It has now changed. They have a very limited select of spirits and wine, additionally it seems their selection is of the more expensive tiers. I also noticed their pricing was $3 to $5 more than the airport DFS. Did not make sense
