It’s great to have so many car repair and servicing shops under one roof. But it’s not a place to hunt for a shop because it’s a vertical challenge. Just find who you’ll want to repair and drive to the shop. The lanes are narrow so you only park in front of the shop. But it’s free parking 1st hour for everyone. If you’ve sent your car for servicing, the shop will give you a parking voucher.

I send my car for repairs or servicing to this mechanic called Teh Meng. Albert who is in charge here is an excellent guy. Prices are pretty cheap but most importantly they do an excellent job. I send my BMW instead of Performance Motors because they are not only very expensive, they couldn’t fix my car issues after sending there 3 times. Each time charged me $1,000 over!!!!!!
Go to Choo Seng tyres shop at level 4. Best service and price is very very good. All types of tyres are sold at reasonable price. Mr Jeffrey the boss will recommend you tyres at your budget and give good recommendation.

Can’t seem to be able to find the address but I guess it’s because the place is a canteen of sort in a building. Go up via the cargo lift.
The hidden gem is literally hidden! Known to mostly people who work in the building or vicinity, this place is oh-so-homely lah. How do you resist Asam Pedas sting ray, sambal cockles, stir fried cabbage and sambal quills egg? And many many more? How? How? HOW? The answer is simple, cave in to temptations lah! Postpone the diet plans! There’s always tommorrow. Seriously this place serves food that is close to home. Everything is cooked just right. The right amount of spices. The right amount of heat. The right amount of flavour. The whole experience is just wonderful.
What makes this place for me so inviting when I’m there is also because the owners, an elderly couple, is super duper nice. Really really nice. Always polite and warm. It may sound like they are relatives but trust me they are not. However with their welcoming gestures and personality, I wished they were.
They also have kuehs, mee siam etc so there are varieties but not as vast. Sufficient would be best to describe. For the hot and spicy chaser, you can actually just get your sambal or sambal belacan on your own but don’t be greedy lah.
As for the timing and operating hours, I guess they are opened until after lunch ie max 230pm thereabouts mainly due to the fact that there will no longer be ppl around after office hours. So do come early. Oh, and the price is super affordable starting from $3 lah, now that’s awesome.
On a side note, I do believe small businesses need our support. There are other stalls (non halal) so do pop on over if you are nearby.

Recommend going to combine motors on the second level for motorcycle servicing.
Professional at their jobs and very knowledgeable.
Combine Motors mostly service BMWs and Harley Davidsons. They are willing to work on whatever you bring there. Even old 2 stroke bikes like the aprilia RS 250 and Kawasaki ZX 7.
Parking for cars is severely limited with extremely narrow paths between shops.

One stop place for all vehicles
Well ever since Auto city opened across the road, the footfall for this building has declined as most tenants moved over too. Maybe only for those holding on to the cheaper rent and also long term customers. There are a couple of household names here with long traditions and are still going strong till today – most within the classic cars industry. I frequent only for V-Shine auto for the spray painting services and minor touch ups due to door dings and dents or scratches. Otherwise, would totally avoid and go to Auto City. The corridors are super crammed, dark and air-ventilation isn’t the best, all as compared to Auto City. There’s a cafeteria as well but do not expect much. Mainly four floors and mostly in the servicing space. Less on buy/sell. Accessible via direct bus from Bishan MRT. If you are a car enthusiast, you may find some rare gems here from time to time

Sin Ming Autocare city is a large autocare complex where all the repair shops and such have moved from the industrial park to a multi level complex complete with restrooms and canteens. You can stop by to look at the supercars and fancy vehicles that come from all over Singapore including a golden ferrari enzo and rolls royce which is pretty special in Singapore.
