What I like most about Silver Bullion is their new retail shop @ Millenia Walk. One of the most important factor is the convenience of finding a vacant parking lot. I do not want to travel more than 5min to my vehicle after a bullion purchase.

I came to buy Silver Britannia Coins in anticipation that they were in pristine condition. However when I got home, I was sorely disappointed with the milk spots that I encountered on my coins that were dated 2022 and 2023 respectively.
The Royal Mint needs to buck up on their QC before shipping these out. I was lucky that Silver Bullion went the extra mile for me.
Jason had a lot of patience dealing with me and subsequently Joshua went through the items with me for over 30 minutes, and shared a ton of knowledge regarding bullion. Very thankful for retail service and staff like this.
I purchased one tube of maple coins on silverbullion.com.sg today, and ordered to pick up tomorrow. However, I received an email confirmation that the coins were ready for collection immediately after I made the payment – this provides the client with some flexibility if he wants to collect earlier. As the store locates at Suntec area where I work, I walked over and collected the coins during my lunch break. The whole deliverly process was smooth and professional.

Silver Bullion on Millenia Walk is definitely a reputable place to *buy*. Better for us stackers to sell direct to collectors – but who has the time?
Joshua (GM?) thoroughly impressed me by his professional behaviour, communication skills and transparency about pricing (both buying and selling). He did not rush me. He educated me about many facts related to the silver market in bullion and coins that I did not know. The other person, the older than him man with the East (?) German accent, he sounded similarly well-informed, courteous and low-key in his selling skills. Tangiers bazaar this is not (though you don’t have to limit yourself to European silver. Silver Bullion Singapore also sells product from an Istanbul refinery, I was happy to see).
Context: I bought silver high and medium and was ready to sell low to medium because I was fed up with storage hassles. But I didn’t mind taking a loss. Yet, I found the ‘spread’ of 12-29% (difference between buying and selling price), especially the total on my largest bar, to be so disadvantageous for me, at least emotionally, and at that particular hour, on that particular day, that I reconsidered/postponed/cancelled jettisoning my Ag inventory. Maybe I miscalculated the spread. Math is not my forte. But it seemed huge and I got seller’s remorse.
I will come back to Silver Bullion Pte Ltd., probably to buy. There are huge financial advantages storing and transferring versus doing the same in Malaysia. But be warned, USA and perhaps even Canada, are better places to sell silver because Asia loves gold, *not* silver. Good luck moving it continents though! It took me numerous flights to the more or less freeport of Singapore and I am not looking forward to doing it in reverse. With gold, different story.
But my first hesitation had nothing to do with spread, I twice read through the terms of service for persons making offers to sell online, technically a contract. Two points caused me concern…
1. Should the seller cancel the contract, he/she pays 5% plus a ‘market loss’ fee. If the opposite happens (buyer cancels the contract)… well, there is no mention of any penalty.
2. The market loss fee is not specified. Is it $10 or $1000? Enquiring minds want to know.
I recommend walk-in selling and buying: there’s a private room to discuss details, presumably if the order is large enough.

Pros: Honest bullion dealer. One of the cheapest in Singapore. Offers P2P loans. Fast and good customer service. Stocks are readily available and offers storage at competitive rates.
Cons:High international transaction fees by their bank. Not recommended for low volume transactions for transfer of money to outside of Singapore. Non competitive rate for currency conversion.

First time buying precious metals from Silver Bullion although I have been watching their Youtube channel regularly. Bought 1 Kg of Platinum on 5 August 2020 to test out their service and went down to their office at Paya Lebar Certis Cisco to collect today.
I was attended by Francis who is friendly, professional and patient. He took out the testing kit to verify that the item I purchased is indeed Platinum and explain to me how it worked. He also explained to me the various services they provide.
