Like a neighborhood store for me. Exterior is ordinary. There is Mcdonalds, Subway, small florist n decor shop, a DIY store, an optical shop, a barber shop. A cafe or two n a massage place. Pretty quiet but there is a DBS atm and deposit machine which I find useful. I never ventured to the upper levels except to send son to math classes back in the day.

The shops and facilities here are OK, but the place has a very run-down feel. It doesn’t appear to get cleaned very often. The taxi waiting area is very awkward, taxis need to stop on a 2-lane road and it’s out the back with no official waiting area. If you have to go here it’s fine but I would go a lot of other places first.

A sleepy and quite shopping Center. Nothing much there. Most shops at basement level is vacant. And first level shops change tenants several times a year as a result of non existent shoppers.

Ice cream stall at b1 and another dessert stall at b1 are very underrated. Absolutely love the old school vibes here. Based on en bloc attempts this place might not be here much longer :/
