Food is nice
Food waa nice
No ATM but close to Kaki Bukit Downtown MRT station and food court. ATM available at the MRT station. Walking distance 5 minutes.
Great place to service your car & bike. Nice & affordable coffeeshop. Place has a jamming place should you want to kill time while servicing your automotive.
The food is delicious, affordable and worth it!

Home to many companies and businesses. It has two coffee shops near the entrance to cater to the workers there and one more near Kaki Bukit (Downtown Line) MRT station, 5 mins walk away from Shun Li Industrial Park.
There is a bus stop right near the main entrance too heading towards Bedok Reservoir as well.
Overall, this place is easily accessible and has enough variety of food to cater to breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Guangfang in Shunli Industrial Zone, No. 6 and 1 on the left is an industrial factory building with several floors, and on the right is an industrial building with four floors. Each building is equipped with an elevator, which is a factory building with perfect equipment.

Directions to Shun Li are not the most accurate. First time visitors tend to get lost or take a much longer route, even with GPS. There are 2 entrance/exit points.
The carpark got upgraded recently. The roads in the area as well (clearer indicators for vehicles regarding 1 way roads etc.), but the building lifts are super old and are often unserviceable due to forever ongoing repairs.
Couple of foodcourts and one ATM (OCBC) located in the vicinity.
