Good supermarket located at a very convenient place n building, multi storey carpark (HDB) Sunday FREE so, park here n walk around here right up to People’s Park Cplx Chinatown point Whole of Chinatown, plenty of local food especially China food / big food court kopishops n across the road plenty good looking pre-war houses turn into restaurants .. oh ya, wheelchairs friendly too .. u can travel all the way back to Sheng Siong by yourself to buy ur groceries.. 2 floors lift available n on 2nd u can wheel back to car at the carpark .. n here i bought fresh live shells n HEINEKEN ..

Price tags used to be bigger than ntuc fairprice but now its small and sometimes not tagged appropriately in its place & causes much confusion with other similar items too . Price checking gadgets are useful like what is in DIY stores and now Ntuc has it too

Nostalgic 1990s shopping experience. Cashiers still recognizes and chat with shoppers. And d helpful to seniors of all races too. Prices and variety home targeted. Park at roadside and shop possible for up tp 4 cars – if you dare.
Sheng Siong beats its rivals hands-down in terms of prices, products and human capital which FP or Giant needs catching up.
Update: 14 July 2022: observed a whole crew of SS staffs helping a hapless NS man with his NS55 withdrawal. Wow. You wait long long la at Fairprice

I want to complain about the Heng’s Muffin Chocolate Chip,few weeks ago i bought Heng’s Muffin Chocolate Chips from Teban Gardens Sheng Siong,it was taste good, but the quality now is getting bad,the chocolate inside is getting less and too dry , disappointed on the product quality .
