Warranty coverage is fair as it covers repairs that will cost the most. In the event that you need assistance, a helpful staff will assist with the initial troubleshoot.
The only thing is that for the first 2 weeks, there will be low chance of any repairs/claim possible. This is just how it works in the insurance industry which somehow puts us consumers at a disadvantage. I was told by workshop to “tahan” 2 weeks then come back. It was a minor fault anyway so lucky for me.

Honestly, I’m positively shocked as to how quick the entire process plus sale went! 2 days upon listing it myself and I found a buyer, I don’t think it gets any better than that!

Generally, it was a smooth experience with the self posting ads.
Didn’t have a comparable experience with Sgcarmart Quotz though, I made a booking with them via whatsapp for an inspection at the Bukit Batok office, when I went down on that day, they told me the booking was made at Ubi instead.
No point flogging a dead horse, hopefully they could improve their service recovery and on site customer service.
Just my 5 cents worth to improve the business

I bought a car from Sgcarmart preferred partner, namely JY Auto Pte Ltd. JY is relatively new founded in early 2021. However due to its partnership with SGcarmart, I decided to go ahead. I was sceptical about JY telling me the car with 5 year warranty, it is agent unit, etc. while I tried to verify at my end, it failed. It is all based on trust worthiness on words.
Here, I must shout out, SHOUTOUT… to JASON who answered my call regarding sgcarmart. i asked him so many questions regarding sgcarmart warranty and also non sgcarmart related subjects. He helped me through it. The greatest thing JASON ever done is to track down my car and check if the car is from authorised dealer or parralel import. JASON explained to me the basic of car background. I called audi to ask warranty validity, and got denied for that information.
However JASON retrieved information for me at his end, that 1) my car is local unit (99.999999% from Authorised dealer, Premium Automobile) and 2) there is extended warranty for this car from 3year to 5years!!!.
This car is registered in 2020. I still have 3 more years to go with low mileage.

There is a direct WhatsApp line to Sgcarmart customer service where you can ask any question. On top of getting more money from the sales compared to selling to a used car agent, I get to meet interesting people and learn new things from them. E.g. some of them know exactly what to look out for when buying a used car. Can learn from them so you know what to do the next time u become a buyer.

Great experience with SgCarMart and it’s subsidiaries such as SgCarMart Quotz and SgCarMart Connect. Quotz did not disappoint and actually did fetch the highest dealer bid we have ever received on the car. It is well worth the $35 dollars for inspection + auction. SgCarMart Connect was extremely helpful, always got my calls answered within 3 seconds, and answered my queries every single time with friendly and helpful staffs.

I have to be honest I searched other sites and asked for quotes before deciding to try posting on SgCarMart and I can say, it was the BEST decision to post on SgCarMart.
