I am glad that Sephora was able to deliver the product that I purchase within the delivery time frame. [I think they deliver the product on the 7th days] To be honest, I am surprised as they are doing a lot of sales at that period of time thus I was afraid that Sephora would not be able to handle. However they manage it and had delivered the product on time!!!!! Excellent!!!!
There is a wide selection of products but not all products are available in store. For example the perfume, not all the perfumes are in this store, you may need to visit other Sephoras to check them out or use their website/ app to purchase. Most of the staffs are really friendly most of the time. Personally feel that some products are overpriced.
This is an overdue compliment for the beauty advisor, Khai! I visited Jem Sephora on 28 January near their closing time to buy my foundation and Khai was very patient in assisting me to find out which colour I bought previously. However, the colour I wear is oos and she recommended me another brand and suitable colour for my skin. She did not rush me with my decision and discussed with me. Thank you Khai!

Like the place. I was serve by this young sales rep, Calvin, and he was very professional and not pushy at all. He knows his products and what the range of products on offers. I told him that I prefer something without so much wastage as some palette will not finish before others and he narrow it down to the exact things that I need at similar price range. Great service!

Sephora westgate, not much choices for Mac products and ranges are limited, due to space constrain. For other products aswell, though it is already big, too much product and cannot contain all. Some online items are mostly really not in the stores. Helpful staff just okay but some of them not much knowledgable on their products.
Was served by the beautiful Ms. Awi at the cashier during the annual Black Friday sale on 25 November.
She served me with a smile throughout the whole payment process and very kindly asked if I wanted to make an additional purchase in order to hit the minimum spending required to get the free film camera.
Who says good service is dead in SG? Thank you Awi and all staff at the Westgate branch for your exemplary service during one of your biggest sales and busiest time of the year.

With the Covid situation, self testings are not allowed. Nevertheless, the ever friendly and knowledgeable salesperson is ever-so-willing to lend their service to us. Very happy to have a sephora in the heart land! It’s not the full collection (doesn’t carry some brands) but is sufficient. The popular brands like lancome, sephora house brand, Estee lauder, laneige etc are available. Supplies are abundant and the sales are helpful and not pressurizing. There are a lot of guards around though hahaha… But regardless, it’s always enjoyable to shop here.

I was attended to by a lady called SARINA [I hope I am spelling her name right]. She had the right aptitude, knowledge and patience. I was looking for a tinted moisturizer. She did not try and push for anything. Sephora should take a note on staff like her. I hope this five star rating stays for Sephora @westgate. because their staff usually look bored and incapable.
For me as a man it’s my least favourite place to be in hahah but I like how they you could find nice perfumes

Went during the weekday of the members’ sale. Place was not too crowded yet. Staff I presumed are temporary are helpful to step forward to assist. They are familiar enough to bring you to location of brands but are not equipped with the knowledge of products.

Best service I’ve received out of any Sephora in South East Asia. Lukas is great and helped me find a new foundation. I also got my brows done and started to not feel well halfway through. I wish I knew the employee’s name- she went and got me a water and a piece of candy. I really appreciated that extra step and my brows turned out amazing! Really pleased with the staff and service. All Sephoras should look here as an example.

Overpriced
I usually love Sephora and most staff I meet are nice. However the employees at Westgate I do not like. Except for 2 who were helpful and nice. The rest, (especially dyed blonde hair woman) were obnoxious and rude. All standing around talking amongst themselves and even coming to stand in front of me while I try to view products. Also, I thought no testing products in covid times? Yet I saw employees happily testing Sephora products from the shelf and exclaiming their liking. Not hygienic. Not going back, service needs to be better,.

I want to give a thumb up to the sales assistant Kaylee, for coming forward to assist my girl & I when we were spending time to choose our desired colour lipstick. She is patient & experienced, despite that she is a part timer there. We asked for her help; to get the right foundation, lipstick, eyeliner, primer, moisturiser! Also good recommendation & tips for acne. She saved us alot of time!

I had a pleasant experience in Sephora Westgate only because I had Annie to assist me. Sadly there were a few beauty consultants who are not sure about their product knowledge. One of them even told me that they don’t carry Charlotte Tilbury when I approached them for guidance, when they actually do.
Anyway, Annie was the only consultant who approached me to ask if I needed any assistance which I obviously did. She had very good knowledge of makeup products and her recommendation of whatever I needed worked on me perfectly.
So at Westgate Sephora, you have to be lucky to get the right beauty consultant to assist you. Even the manager wasn’t really friendly when I had to return a product in exchange for something else on the same day, in a matter of few hours. Her information on return policies were not accurate. I had to probe which is not professional. She treated me like I had issues paying at the counter just so the product I was exchanging for happened to be cheaper. Maybe she failed to realise most of us have already been shopping in Sephora (international) even before she started working there.
Staff and service at ION is definitely better. But if you are at Westgate, look for Annie. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable.

There were at least 3 groups of customers looking at the cosmetics, only 1 beauty advisor was around. Had to look around for her. She literally had to run around to serve everyone. However, there were 3 who came out of the room beside the counter, busy with the closing of the pos instead. I guess it’s near to closing time, and all want to go home on time. So if u want better service and advice, dun visit near closing time.

Had a pleasant experience at Westgate Sephora today. I believe the staff that helped me during my visit was suha (hope i got it right). I was looking for products and had zero knowledge about it. Instead of just showing me products that are popular, she took the time to find other products that are good and educate me what ingredients to look out, what is lower maintenance and the differences between the products. She was really knowledgeable, and I really appreciate her service. Thank you for making my day

Vanity store only attracts women n only certain groups.
Service was generally okay there, however the aircon was down in one portion of the shop. Noticed this problem has been ongoing ever since they reopened their stores in phase 2.

Absolutely phenomenal guy who is passionate about skincare and really knows his stuff. I actually came in with some ideas of what I wanted, but after talking with him, he listened to my concerns and made better recommendations (that were more suited to me, skinwise, routinewise, and walletwise). Beyond that, he was friendly and welcoming, and it was super easy to talk with him.
I’m happy that he was there to share his knowledge and experience with me No upselling or overbuying, and I left with what I needed and wanted! Would definitely recommend looking out for him if you want skincare advice. Thanks Haridz!! 😀

The outlet is well kept and cool (temperature). Not a lot of people in there. I didn’t like the shopping though, I saw 2 staff there. They saw me walking in, they continued chatting with each other. Other shoppers were doing their own thing, looking for their items. No one was there to help. I walked out, walking past the same 2 staff, they were still chatting with each other, standing at the same place when I walked in.

From my point of view although Sephora is an amazing brand in itself. The staff need to really be taught on how to handle and attend to guests. Some are rude. Some are nice. Some have their days (I go there often FYI) to be nice and be rude too. So yeah,it needs to be worked on. The prices on some items can be a little more affordable too.
