There is a vegetable market on the first floor. Fresh vegetables, meat and seafood are available at 7:00 in the morning. It is very convenient to buy a la carte vegetables on holidays and cook them yourself.

I am happy
Just good
Good
Cheap and good food
Not much store to choice
Wet market and NTUC and some childcare centers and few normal shops there. But wet market is too wet and almost skidding when I went. Not expecting every time. Prices are reasonable. Available all the grocery and nonveg items. Fruits are fresh.
Very good place
Most shops close at 2130 hrs. NTUC 2nd level 24 hrs.
Ok
Awesome.. all things have
Alternation places to find fresh market
It’s a small complex with a coffee shop, Koufu, some convenience stores, a wet market (plus associated family items shops like a shop selling items for Chinese home prayers) and NTUC Fairprice on the second floor. The ATMs are located on the 2nd floor as well.
The market is small but sells most things you need (eg: does not sell grated coconut). Prices are similar to that of other markets although I have friends who feel that the fish is sold cheaper here.
There is parking available adjacent in the undercover carpark. It is possible to take the lift up and then enter the carpark to get to your car after your grocery shopping.
Got wet market, Fairprice, food court & Indian shops for shopping
Located in my old area of Sembawang I used to stay great place for the residents to buy things from NTUC and kou fu the rice with dishes there is pretty good and nice to eat the Morning bee Hoon is fantastic
If you need fresh cut flowers for decor or prayer , soils and fertilizers for plants. You can purchase from the flower stalls in the wet market .

Ample parking available. A choice of wet market on the ground floor & ntuc supermarket on the 2nd floor. There’s a clinic, kindergarten /weekend Madrasah. It’s airy, not so crowded and everybody is friendly.
Convenient supermarket, Halal bakery and wet market.
Although there isnt as many stalls as a typical wet market but you can find everything you need here. On the 1st floir there is the seafood selection right at the entrance, some Indian convinience goods stall, two pork stalls, two vegetable stalls, one fishball stall, one halal meat stall, one fruit stall, one chicken stall and one seamstress shop. And on top at the 2nd storey theres a NTUC, so you can have everything here in one go.
The nice thing about this place is that not so much crowd…you dont feel rushed.
A localised small and well designed neighborhood shopping centre that has all the essential and necessary stores and a kopitiam situated at level one that serves the needs of residents staying nearby as well as workers from nearby working estate.
Has all the essential stores example barber shop, saloon, bakery, supermarket (NTUC Fair price), wet market (Lucky Market) and a eatery (Kopitiam).
Good places to visit..

Shopping
Nice
It is what every HDB district has in spread-out shops selling everything middle classes need. Except Sembawang Mart is in a multi-storey complex. Ground floor houses ordinary general stores selling everything a dweller would need. E V E R Y T H I N G INCLUDING an X-Ray and MRI outfit and a medical clinic.
On level 2 is a Fairprice 24/7 fully stocked outlet with groceries. This complements the level 1 fresh produce market with butchers and fish retailers.
It is crowded probably on Sundays and public holidays. Tired? Stop by at level one food court with local fare at medium prices. Also a long standing zhi-char restaurant with crabs and seafood.
Good
I give this place 2 stars cos there’s nothing much to do here. But there is this little special place tucked in a corner of Lucky Wet Market that many would miss. It’s a small food stall (near the loading /unloading bay). GERAI OBEK, a Halal foodstall; takeaways only.
Nostalgic food…. I would describe them.
Nasi Lemak
Mee Soto
Lontong
Mee Siam
If you get the first serving, you’re lucky, (very freshly prepared).
If you get the last serving, luckier…. They might add in leftovers at no extra charge as they want to close for the day.
If you are nearby give their food a try. Start with the basic… Basic Nasi Lemak, no additional. That first mouthful, and you’ll know.
Only on Saturdays and Sundays :
Nasi sambal goreng
Nasi minyak
Bee hoon goreng or mee goreng
Come before 9:30 or the Q starts to get longer.
Nice and cosy place for the neighbourhood
Clean market

Went there around 10+ morning , food was selling fast. They sells all traditional Malay delights: mee rebus, mee soto, lontong and nasi lemak
Noodles and lontong priced at $3
As for nasi lemak is just $2, without chicken wings or fish but u are allowed to add on : chicken wing $1.50 , 2 pcs ikan kuning $0.50 etc
They pack it when u place order, rice is still hot and ikan bilis is crispy
Normally they sold out by noon, Please come early to avoid disappointment
This Mart is near to sembawang shipyard .
A very convenient place for marketing and there is an ntuc at level 2️
Has Fair price, wet market, Indian grocery store, hair salon, utility stores, DBS/POSB ATM, etc.
With wet market still operating in the morning to offer alternative fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood if you cannot find them in FairPrice Supermarket. Kopitiam food court is there to provide the necessary meals to residents and workers nearby. Swee Heng Bakery is in the vicinity next to the 7evelen convenient store. Though a small neighbourhood Marr, you still able to find the daily groceries, meals and services you needed. Anything else, you can visit Sun Plaza or Sembawang Shopping Centre which are two to three bus stops away.

the hygiene standard can definitely be improved. the floor is sometimes wet and hence post as a danger for the visitors. Eatery and choices are quite limited, nothing special or to looked forward to. By still essential for the mothers to do the grocery and shopping for the daily needs and family
You can scan here your papers. Mailing, printing and internet browsing

The clinic is just fine.
Good choice
Love the place. Got Malaysia vibe
Best wet market
Sembawang Mart consists of a wet market, a supermarket, a food court, a stationery shop, a bakery, a salon, and a few convenience stores, and a number of enrichment centres. Usually I just come here for the supermarket, food court, and the bakery. Not bad for a residential neighborhood centre, though would prefer if they had more choices for the food court.
Good trade center
நல்ல வர்த்தகம் மையம்
Cut it
Gooo
Eating/shopping is convenient/traffic
吃/买东西方便/交通
Limited food, grocery and marketing choices
My sister selling nasi lemak
Everything u need from a well market can be found here though the varieties can be limited. There is also a ntuc upstairs if u need though is of medium size, but most of the stuff u expect from ntuc can be found here. I wish they could be more shops around here to provide more variety.
Good place….
There’s a low key western stall that sells amazing western food. Seriously underrated. Highly recommended!

Nice..there are nasi lemak store selling at $2..nice
A normal small residential shopping place that have almost everything you need.
Best is the wet market & compliment with a NTUC, Food court, bread shop, convenient store, barber shop, DIY store etc. You do have to park at the HDB Multi-story car park coz the place do not have it’s own parking facilities.
Not near to any MRT too do it is less crowded. Probably a good safe place at this COVID period.
There’s a malay stall at the corner of the wet market that sells nice nasi lemak and mee soto in the morning.
Traditional market in an enclosed setting. Went for the vegetables fromTW which are quite fresh and yummy.
Good place to buy fresh chicken and fish. But prices increase recently

Ntuc, hawker centre & a lot of shops, all under 1 roof.
Sea food cheap
Good.
The only reason I was here there is childcare centre located at the 3rd floor. Been here almost every weekday since year 2013. Escalators is always out of order. Made complaint twice since then. First time was due to water leakage from roof years back. The latest breakdown being explained to me is that it needs an overhaul which took close to a year to be done due to supplier delivery issue… It had since started working again couple of months back, hope it will last for the next few years.
Simple market for those staying around this Canberra area.
Place getting older and older. Escalators haven’t been working for atleast a year already, they Don’t bother to fix it. Place doesn’t have good quality stores also, all seem very old and messy. Market also usually low class.
There’s a low key western stall that sells amazing western food. Seriously underrated. Highly recommended!

Buying groceries
Not much variety of shops, but the ntuc fairprice makes up for the lack of variety. There is a small wet market on level 1 too. Overall sufficient for basic needs.
