Waited for the table for almost 30min. Found out there is only 1 lady in black doing everything from taking order to bussing the table to setting up the table and to even be at the cash register. The guy (staff) in grey tee is just too lazy taking his own sweet time sending the food and didn’t even bother to attend to the guest who called him a couple of time. Kudos to the lady in black for her patience but The whole experience could be better if there are teamwork.
Chicken with cashew nuts was nice and yummy, but Tom Yum soup, and fish fillet is so-so only, with the fish being of the cheaper dory variety.
Been to Bedok Mall Sanook Kitchen a few times. Food taste is good and the quality is above average.
Tom Yum, Green Curry and Deep Fried sotong is a must try. Good place to dine in with your family and friends. Price is affordable and their promotion is good for value.
Not much option for desserts. That’s the only problem I have. Having Good food needs to end with good deserts. But it’s just nitpicking.

Nothing in particular to comment on other than the fact that the food was simply not that great. The green curry had no flavour, beef had a weird curry powder taste. And the rice portions were 2/3 the size of the regular rice bowl that you get anywhere else.
The one redeeming factor I suppose is that it is halal. Still wouldn’t recommend, only giving 3 stars because the standard of Thai food in Singapore is pretty low

The food served quite fast and taste wise decent. I really like the mango Salad fried fish, it crispy enough and sweet N sour are balance. The omelette eggs a bit overcooked and oily. Vege well cook. For the drink wise Thai milk tea is a must, 2 dessert wise i will recommended the red ruby, not too sweet and the ingredient plus big portion – highly rate.

Craving for Thai food head over to Sanook kitchen, value set meal available for 2 person (average $19/person). The deep fried omelette and stir fried vegetables is yummy delicious, while the seafood tom yam soup is loaded with fresh ingredients but on the sweeter side. The sweet & sour chicken is passable, nothing to shout about. Wash down the meal with Thai milk tea to complete the dining experience.

The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and we felt right at home.
We had basil chicken, fish cake, pineapple fried rice and tom yum horfun. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the portions were, considering the lower price point compared to other Thai food outlets.
Quality wasn’t compromised either. The fish cake had a firm skin and a soft interior, and it was my favourite dish of the lot. The basil chicken was fragrant and went very well with the fried rice.

Taste was average but it’s amazingly cheap for a restaurant. Servings are huge and each dish starts from $5.90 to $24. Most of the dishes were $5.90. For 2 pax, 2 dishes with rice is sufficient. We ordered too much and couldn’t finish. Most of the dishes were ok but doesn’t taste that Thai, and the chicken in the Tom yum soup doesn’t seem to be very fresh.

The pricing for sanook has become incredible. We had a lot of food at under 20bucks per head.
The green veg curry was great, as were the veg spring.rolls and the stuffed chicken wings. The long beans were not the best (bit watered down). But overall great meal for the price.

They even give free ice and hot water which is a nice touch – keep it up. Senior like us can’t take sweet drinks nor caffeine so nothing as healthy as plain water.

5stars for the service staff except the cashier, all the service staff are all super friendly n helpful n alerts… N there was two flies flying around the table the whole time we are having the meals … If the “so called “authentic” thai food” are good, then everything will be perfect but… The food are supposed to be Thai, but, if u r really looking for an authentic Thai food then this is not the place to be… Not sure why there seem to be always a Q??!?!… Will not try again for the matter of fact…. Had a very bad experience recently, we were late arriving to closing time and we check with the restaurant, could we still order or is it closing. they check with the kitchen and said, they can accept our order. We were seated and ordered. we waited 15mins and they came back and said no more ingredients to cook. we had to leave, this is a reflection of poor management and poor quality service.
Tasteful Thai cuisine in very reasonable price. May be due to the portion is small then you will feel it is never enough. Haa.

Food was generally tasty. Pineapple Fried Rice was good. Clear tom yum soup was also palatable. The Mango Salad could be better. I believe it was prepared in advance, so the mango was soft and soggy. The stir fried chicken with cashew nuts was tasty, but was not piping hot when served. The kitchen reheated it willingly. The Red Ruby dessert was not great as the “ruby” pieces were clumped together instead of being separate and was rubbery in texture.
Prices are reasonable, but it takes more than reasonable prices to be deemed as a good eatery. Could be improved as the restaurant has potential.

Went on one weekend and the place was full. We ordered Pineapple Fried rice, basil chicken, mango salad (veg) and Mango sticky rice. Everything was tasty and yummy. My kid loved the mango salad and pineapple fried rice. A good experience for Thai Cuisine. Service was good but could be little faster. Staffs were friendly.
Sanook Bedok has terrible service from one of the existing staff members. She lost her cool and spoke to us in an attitude. Quite unprofessional, we understand maybe she was overwhelmed but we hope she could have spoken to us nicely. Additionally there’s a table which they have positioned right in front of the kitchen door which gets in the way of staff that run back and forth. Hope management could do something about this table.

Late dinner here on a weeknight. Place was still packed at 8.30 pm! I was asked to fill in the order sheet first. Within 3 minutes of sitting down, the food arrived! Everything was quite tasty and freshly prepared. Good service.

Authentic Thai foods here, no Q here even we were at peak hour for Saturday dinner, foods serving time also acceptable.
The price is affordable and the food is delicious. A great place to have lunch or dinner. Its all thai food. Try the Basil Chicken Hor fun.. its really delicious.

Went there last Tuesday(11 Oct for lunch) The assam sea bass on the set menu was disappointing. It was pre-fried & the fish wasn’t hot. It was served on a cold server without fire. The sweet & sour chicken that came with the set was also pre-cooked too. Although service was ok, the food was disappointing.

My first time in this halal restaurant. Nice ambience on weekday, not crowded at 6.30 pm. A friendly zealous staff served us. Kudos to her attitude!
The restaurant promoted a super deal for 2 priced at $28++ with prawn omelette, Tom yum soup, vegetables with mushrooms and deep fried chicken with cashew nuts and rice. Taste was just nice, not too salty, nor spicy nor sour. They substituted veg and mushrooms with kangkong. The rice didn’t have enough water, so was a little hard, otherwise would be a perfect meal that evening. My friend had her Thai milk tea and she said was good.
I will return for other wallet friendly items. Overall not an expensive place.

Not coming here again. The branch at Bedok mall is much better, service and food quality wise.
We ordered dishes and white rice to share. Everything comes except for the main dish. Naturally we stopped eating and waited. Checked twice, they said “cooking now”. After 20-something mins when our rice finally turned cold, we checked again and they simply said “would you like to cancel?”, meaning they totally forgot about it! Was very angry, especially after queuing for 15 mins and waited 30 mins total for food. In the end, at least they gave us 2 plates of hot rice to replace the cold ones.
To whoever owns this place, your staffs are very overwhelmed with the snaking queue of customers and delivery orders. Please hire more people, at least to help the counter lady who does virtually everything, while the waiters in grey shirt just bring food then hang around mindlessly.

Decent Halal Thai cuisine. Prices are reasonable & food is above average.
Waiting time in between food was a bit long. We were served the Tom yum soup & white rice first then waited at least 15 mins before steam fish came & had to wait for another 10-15 mins before other dishes came.
Btw, the steam sea bass was not so fresh as meat was mushy. Too many good Thai restaurants in Singapore, so definitely not returning to this outlet.

Unfortunately when the Clear TY seafood arrived we discovered there were only 1 medium prawn, 2 small slices of squid and a few pieces of sliced white fish! The soup was nice though but not spicy enough.
We also ordered Mango Sticky rice for dessert. Overall it’s quite good except that the mango is not sweet enough.
