    Will not visit this store at Causeway Point despites the distant is near to my residency. Terrible experience. The male staffs in the store give condescending looks and display impatient attitude, especially if querying customer seeking clarification at store entrance (not crowded or weekends/pH peaks) before safe-entry scanning, which customer not aware if specific product model and service are available in-store. Instead of understanding the need to guide customer, male staffs show disconcerting attitude . Gave 2 stars instead of 1 for the female staffs, who served with passion and empathy, especially Ms Mona who demonstrated right service mind, professionalism and attentiveness to customers. Management of CWP branch, please look into this: happy staffs equate happy customers. Moreover there are more male staffs in the store; unfriendly ambience is loud.

    I would like to commend sales person Ms. Huijun for the excellent service. I was greeted at the door warmly, she quickly identified I had screen issue with my note 8 and assisted me to check on the pricing for the repair fees. She also ​suggested me with alternative of trading up my existing device for a new replacement as well as introducing me to the phone models according to my usage. Afterwards she retrieve all my data to my new samsung s21+ which makes everything so much easier I greatly greatly appreciate it
    I am pleased with the skills and knowledge of the staffs highly recommend your company to anyone around me keep up the excellent work!

    I went to Samsung Causeway Pt outlet for my note10 LCD turned black/blank. The lady give me a quotation for repair n told me all data/memory, everything will be erased n show me e policy pasted on e table. I’m not convincing wt her as my hp data/memory is my priority n to get new hp that’s not a problem than send for repair that cost me S348.00. I took e quotation n left e place to get other private outlet advised n I found that he can change e LCD without affected any data/memory in e hp although he advised me to change new hp. I choose to get it repair at same cost S300+ and it is done taking in 2days n all my data/memory is intact.
    Does Samsung outlet applys same policy (all data/memory will be erased) to all hp send for repair regardless what is the fault??? Or e lady attended me is incompetence???

    Seen quite a few other comments about this store, and agree with the ones giving this a place a low review.

    Zero empathy given to issues faced by customer. The team here will always state their “company’s policies” and hide behind it, being extremely inflexible and unhelpful.

    In my case, I had a perfectly fine S10+ that I purchased 1.5 years back that had the navigation bar at the bottom suddenly stop working. I thought it should be a minor issue as my phone was still functioning well otherwise but when I sent it in for assessment the team told me it’s a screen issue and I need to pay some $353+ for the repairs.

    I have used Samsung phones for about 10 years already and have smashed my screen before so I have paid for repairs that I believe stemmed from my usage issue.

    However, in this particular case, I had kept my S10+ in pristine condition and it just suddenly stopped working well one day. I am willing to pay some amount for the repairs but not the full $353+ as I didn’t believe it was my fault.

    I requested for a discount and lo and behold they hide behind their “company’s policy” and say that it’s not possible.

    I have written an email on their website to their “CEO” and the team called back to tell me basically the same thing, that it’s not possible to give a discount due to their “company’s policy”.

    When we buy Samsung phones, we are actually paying a premium price over other comparable phones from China because we believe that we will be getting a premium product and service, however this sudden issue that struck my S10+ out of nowhere leads me to think that their product is not a premium product afterall. Look at Apple phones that are able to last well over 5 years?

    Overall, horrible experience and a huge disappointment that has woken me up to no longer be blinded over brand loyalty. I will let my money speak and not buy Samsung phones any longer.

    EDIT: I have been given another call back from their management team after trying again and managed to get an FOC repair for my phone! Will report back and update once I actually get my phone repaired as there were 3 conditions that my phone needed to clear before I could get the repair.

    1) That there are no critical components damaged.
    2) That there is no corrosion damage.
    3) That there has been no tampering with the phone.

    By right, since I have already sent it in for assessment and the technician should have already opened up my phone since they told me it’s a screen problem, there shouldn’t be any issues but I will wait till they have repaired my phone before making any further comments.

    Latest EDIT:
    I have gotten my repaired phone back, FOC. Even the initial $32.10 I paid that was for technical assessment is to be refunded. However, as they did not know that I was supposed to be refunded this amount and I wasn’t expecting it, I will need to make another trip down as I need to sign off some forms to get back my money.

    Overall, quite a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get this level of service, but at the very least I did get service recovery and I am satisfied with the final outcome.

    Samsung will keep this customer of theirs.

    Very helpful staffs. Honest communication with can do spirit. One young lady and one young gentleman working at this store service centre left their just brought in lunch behind completed to help me at 4 pm in the afternoon for collection of my repaired phone. Very professional indeed. My phone also gets repaired quickly within 2 hours. Thankful to the dedicated staffs there.

    Have always fancy Samsung Experience! Sometimes sitting on the Top for too long may make one lazy or taking things for granted. Innovation seems somewhat restricted and staff has not been well trained these days but still roll out to serve. I still reminiscing those days when Samsung Soul storms the market. The Soul is lacking.

    Went down to Samsung Causeway Point Store today to purchase the latest Galaxy Note20 Ultra retailing at S$1, 748.00
    My experience with the Salesman who attended to me, a Mr. Keson Goh, was an experience which has to be told to one and all, especially Samsung’s top management. To Samsung’s Top Management, please kindly note that you have an employee who is top notch! He is an excellent employee who excels in many areas starting from product knowledge to his characteristics! He is patient, a good listener, never interrupt whenever I am talking, always wears a million-dollar-smile all the time, and lastly, an asset to the Samsung Organisation. Please take good care of this employee. He has the potential for bigger things!

    Galaxy Watch 3. I preordered mine in that store $698 for 45mm non-LTE. Recently, found that authorised Online store direct from Korea selling exact same product at $498. $200 ripped off. I feel so cheated and this be the last time I buying Samsung products. I take it as $200 tuition fee. Lesson learnt.

    I waited for half a day.. I was told that I will have an SMS when it’s ready. But there wasn’t any SMS sent to me. I went to check and it was already ready for collection.

    But nevertheless, the staffs were helpful when there were unforeseen problems occurred to the device that went had went servicing.

    I would like to commend Jayden at Samsung Causeway Point for his patience, competence and customer service. My mother is a Samsung fan (I was recently converted too) and she wanted to get a S22 Ultra. She was attended by Jayden who addressed all her inquiries. I joined in later after work to sign the contract for her. Throughout the interaction, Jayden demonstrated enthusiasm and patience. He even stayed back after 10pm to assist my mother with the data transfer from old to new set. That has saved a lot of time on her part. We can’t thank him enough, not even a cup of Cafe Latte treat from Coffee Bean. Thank you once agian, Jayden. You made Samsung proud!

    Grateful to have been served by Nicole during my time at the Causeway Point store. Was initially feeling down since my s20 that’s only 1.5 years old suddenly went haywire where the LCD screen was having some problems and it would cost me approx $400 or possibly more just to have it serviced. The staff at the service counter still told me I couldn’t do any back up at all and had to sign up for a new Samsung account and that there was no way to restore my Samsung account tagged to my s20. There was zero effort in trying to salvage the Samsung experience from the staff at the counter. They claimed that they are only responsible for quotations and collection of the phone. Ended up looking around contemplating if I should get a new phone instead since repairing costs would have been 1/3 to half a new phone price. Ultimately, I was looking at the S21+, when Nicole stepped in to offer her assistance. Nicole was attentive and told me she could try to help me transfer and back up the content which was something good to hear. She also helped me to get her colleagues replenish the promotional price/ package on the Frasers App so that I could enjoy the discount that Samsung & Frasers were offering for the 11.11 sales weekend.
    Her initiative, patience and keeness to help was the deciding factor that made me purchase a new phone on the spot instead of deliberating and buying it some other time. Due to my old phone giving problems, during the back up and transfer there was plenty of disconnection. It took about 4hours before everything was settled and wrapped up. I could freely walk out of the shop during the back up period knowing that my phone was in good hands. Truly an experience where an unhappy customer turned impressed and happy before the day ended. Thus, making me leave this feedback here to spread the worthy service. Thanks Nicole, you made my Samsung experience a pleasant one.

    Customer service at the Service Counter at Causeway Point is top notch!

    Nowadays for most businesses the customer service is neither customer focused nor service minded. The experience is often that my trying to motivate an employee to what ought to be their job anyway.

    In contrast my experience with the staff at the Samsung Experience Store was pleasant and satisfying. The staff member was patient and kind with good communication skills.

    I left with a smile on my face and a confidence that my issue would be competently resolved.

    Bought a A52s from the store on 28/12/2021 and according to the store they were unable to print the receipt, had me give them my email so they can send me the invoice, but till now i haven’t receive the invoice email, as i want to register for warranty, incase something happen to the phone within the year.

    Perfect environment to try new Samsung products, but staff were less attentive. Staff were talking loudly in Hokkien to each other and not really paying attention to the consumer’s needs. A tiny little bummer to the whole consumer experience.
