Nice place to check out the latest Samsung gadgets with real working units on display instead of those dummy ones you get from other electronics stores. Unfortunately, the staff manning the Galaxy A series mobile phones has poor product knowledge and couldn’t explain to us the key differences between two models that we were considering.

Had sent my phone over for repair eaarlier this monday, and was attended by Staff Cher Shuan. Was impressed by her patience towards me as i had stayed in the store for 1 hrs, as i tried to port my data over from the phone to my laptop. She had checked in periodically as well, offering prompt assistance when my attempts were unsuccessful.
Other staff at the sales display segment (didnt manage to get their name) too were helpful in explaining the products when i asked them about it. Despite me not getting any of the products then, they were still friendly and have good service attitude.
Was pleasantly surprised by the free phone sleeve that came with the phone repair! My repair of cracked lcd screen came with a complimentary battery replacement as well (since they are stuck together…) and its cost was absorbed by Samsung.
Overall, the team had left me with a rather good impression of Samsung’s service center.
Pleasant atmosphere and outstanding staff who knows their product and able to share the important details for an informed decision to be made. Place wasnt crowded when we were here before weekday 12pm, but do expect crowds on weekday evenings and weekends. Would have been 3 or four stars if they focused more on the user experience rather than sell sell sell. The lady at the Samsung History corner was an exception – she was genuinely keen to engage browsers and users alike.
In stark contrast to the sleek sales pitches and enthusiasm of the sales team, the customers service (repairs) is more clinical than technical. Info and advice are merely perfunctory, efforts to maintain brand loyalty is minimal. Users experience when device is faulty calls for a little bit more empathy – and preferably sympathy. This especially so with the always in hand phone culture here.
Tsk tsk. Number One in worldwide sales yes. Let’s see for how long if brand erosion continues

Huge store displaying most of samsung devices. Exploring around what to buy next from samsung, waiting for new S22 coming out. Can’t wait to see more innovation from them as well such as scrolling screen but bring the price lower down a bit for new innovation. Seems like now getting a new phone is more expensive compared to last time.

After some confrontation with them, i just realized that they are authorized repair agent for samsung…but the team within this center somehow lack of engineering sense. For example, they would expect different outcome should the customer repeat the issue faced earlier. But after some communication, things still going (well)

Was there on 10 Dec 2019 for a screen problem on my Note 9. Got there about 7pm, screen was replaced under warranty in about an hour. Service was very focused on getting the phone fixed and closing the case. Good
My LCD screen was having seizures over the weekend and it wasn’t a firmware issue.
We went to the store and got it checked and they told me that it will take 2-3 days. I said ok il come back later to do a back up
On the day that i sent my phone for repair 12 noon Shah was the assigned CS consultant. He did an awesome job to explain the process and billing arrangements. I shared with him that im really struggling with my spare phone (note 8 user using iphone 6), he gave that assurrance nod. To my surprise at 3pm samsung sent me a note saying that its ready for pick up!
My phone looks brandnew , they also replaced my battery so I am really happy with the service

World wide service but denied to repair a phone from overseas
Newly renovated experience store and service centre. There is a coffee bar for customers while waiting for their turn at the service centre and lots of wired and wireless charging docks around. Customer service agent Jenny was very clear and helpful, even when Samsung did not receive my Conceirge purchase from Singtel she did her best and proceeded to give me 50% off servicing fees when I produced my sales of contract with Singtel. Samsung S8 screen replacement costs approx S$300, for those interested to know.

My phone suffered from water damage, and was informed there was corrosion on most of the inner parts. Samsung repaired the phone under warranty and changed most of the components. The phone now is as good as new. Greatly appreciate the service and expertise of the customer service personnels at Vivo.

Came at 1230 pm on a Saturday to get a cracked screen replaced. They told me the replacement would take 1 to 2 days if they had stock of the screen. They were so wrong on the time.. I collected it less than three hours later!
It seems that the customer service officers need to buck up on their service quality.

Chance to visit today.. rectify within 10min the problem was some stickers was stuck in the mechanism.. and for this small work they charge nothing.

Big difference between going in for servicing/repairs vs shopping.Walk ins and appointments are treated the same which can be frustrating for ppl who have genuine repair issue and bothered to book an appointment. Staff seem stressed trying to manage multiple needs at the same time. You never feel like you’ve been listened to,bc while you’re explaining to your agent, when it is your Q number, the agent will pause to help random walk ins who can have issues as basic as “forget password”. I didn’t feel listened, had to repeat my story a few times, got passed around by a temp staff who literally Googled how to help me in front of my eyes. Wasted almost a whole day until the right staff listened and addressed the issue. Prioritize your customers by needs, and hire more ppl, your service staff look stressed. Keeping existing ones happy matters as much as getting new ones in.

Went to collect my phone that was pre-ordered yesterday.
It went quite smoothly as I queue for entrance, asked a staff where to collect and he asked what phone and if I have receipt.
Waited only about 5-10 minutes for them to key in the computer and tablet. When the phone came the staff guided me over to right side where there’s like a workshop to open the phone and check. Phone was great and received the free watch too.

Terrible experiance I called the store multiple time over 2-3 hours no one answered. So i ended up going to the store to find out that it was not only super quiet and staff was standing around and just ignoring calls but they didnt have the product i was after.

Great service support experience. Note20 ultra phone’s screen was no longer working with touch (only s-pen) and phone was still under warranty so I booked an appointment and took the phone in. Went on a weekday so didn’t have to wait very long to be served – they went through the standard protocol of checking the phone details/purchase date to verify the warranty status and then after filling in some forms took the phone back.
About 1.5-2 hours later, they came back out with the everything sorted out and fixed! Very satisfied with the support experience from the team here. What made it extra convenient was that they allowed me to use one of the standing desks to set up my laptop and do my own work while I waited for them to complete the repairs. Thanks!

The biggest and grandest Samsung store in Singapore. Obviously customers get the best experience here with display of full range of products, hands-on experience as well as ample consultants to serve customers.
Service was good and fast. Shah managed to pin point the faults fast and phone was repaired with multiple parts changed including lcd and battery all in an hour.

Employees outnumbered customers 4 to 2 when I went but I still had to ask for help. Tried to upgrade one phone and buy another outright but was told I had to come back in 30 minutes because there was only one person in the store that could help me. Actually first I was told to go home and order the phones on line. Then I was told I could come back in 30 minutes after pointing out how ridiculous that sounded when there were only two customers in the store. No one was rude but they also didn’t seem like they wanted to sell anything. Maybe this is a place to look at phones rather than buy them.

Bought a new phone recently. The CS staff Tian Heong is extremely helpful. Not only does he helps to transfer all apps from my old phone to the new phone, he also guides me how to get a new sim card from singtel and offer to transfer all data once the sim card is activated (if I do not know how to do it or singtel did not do it for me). I bought a S20FE few days ago and managed to hv all my data transfered. Software update was advised and I proceeded as requested. At the end of the update, I was asked to enter my pin and none of my known pins or PW works. I later recalled that I did set pattern instead of pin. There was no options of pins or pattern after the update.
I visited Samsung at Vivo and was served by Ms Salmah (hope I spelled your name correctly). She was patience and proficient. After trying various methods, there was no other option to unlock the phone but hard reset.
This meant that time spent transfering all data was totally wasted.
I am a regular Samsung user since the early Ss. I never had problem like this. Nevertheless, many thanks for your patience.

Got a phone case in store and it included free engraving. Staff member Jessica was kind and patient despite us being particular about the font size and positioning of the engraving.
Staff were very helpful there. They happily answered all of my questions on a product that I was unfamiliar with and were very courteous.

The staffs are very nice. Huge store and can see all their latest mobiles and gadgets there. Better to make appointment for the service centre during this covid times. Will save u time
My Note20 ultra had black screen all of sudden, the phone was few weeks out of warranty so was expecting a few hundred dollar bill. But the service center are vivocity pleasantly surprised me that they will still claim it under warranty. Made my day and saved me atleast 400$. Plus they also replaced the battery during the repair at no cost. And all this was done within few hours on a sunday by excellent and friendly staff.
This is epitome of service excellence by samsung and the service center.

Mr Antonio, service manager at Samsung, vivocity, displayed professionalism in serving us with regards to our phone issue. We visited the Samsung centre at woodlands and they could not solve the issue. They gave us wrong instructions to backup our data from phone to the laptop, which wasted a lot of our time and further more we are unsuccessful. Furthermore they were planning to reset my phone which could have resulted in a lot of my data to be lost.
Mr Antonio solved our problem in minutes without even requiring us to do any backup.
We place our sincere appreciation and admiration in his abilities and professionalism in handling our issue.

There is a Malaysian Chinese auntie who was very kind and patient. However, I witnessed how an older customer was being rudely treated by a Malay auntie at the customer service area. Yes that customer is being “irritating”, but that’s not how you should treat a customer.

Good sales staff explained well and assisted in getting all promos and gifts in order.
Come here only if you know the repair is covered under warranty. Else don’t bother. Quoted cost of repair is 90% of the phone purchase price. That’s just insane. For that repair price, we could have sold the phone as spares parts, then buy a brand new one with leftover money for a nice meal.
Simple charging port damage, they suggested to replace irrelevant parts like speakers, cameras etc due to ‘corrosion’. Went to Bugis and got it fixed for 25% of the price, and probably even way less if I spend more time shopping around for the lowest quotation.
2 star for at least they ‘diagnosed’ and reverted fast.

Short of staff and each customer had long query resulted long wait to be served. Coffee counter is not serving too.

This is probably the best outlet to come to. Firstly, it’s never crowded and repairs services are there too besides the sale of handphone and tablets. However, 1 little sore point was the sales attendant wasn’t very friendly and helpful

Customer service is excellent. But technicians could be better trained. My phone experience issues multiple time and took them more than once to rectify the fault.
