Accompanied my family to the new medical suite for an appointment. Place is still new at this point with occupancy at 50% or slightly lesser.

Classy and exclusive
Mostly filled with medical offices on the upper floors and leaving the lower ones for some food and services. Was difficult to get up to the higher floors as they are only accessible via the lift.
Went to Ample Life for body massage (located at level 2) & it was amazing! Highly recommended

The mall to go to in the Novena area. There’s a Fat Burger which is home to the best burger in Singapore. What’s nice is that this is also right on top of the MRT so you don’t have to worry about wet weather or getting caught outside if you are able to find your way to an MRT to travel there. Lots of other bus routes also as this acts as a key transit interchange.

A wonderful new building, next to Novena MRT, if you happen to be around the area, try take to the 21st floor next to the lift there is a huge window with a view. And enjoy the view of the Novena Church and the surrounding.

Finding this building was easy! If you’re going to medical centre! It’s advised to park on level 2 and 4, it has direct lift! Nice and clean building too! Toilets on level 14 were super clean!
Unfortunately when we last visited this Mall the food court has been closed down …

Lots of excellent professionals in healthcare in a new building just beside Mount Elizabeth Novena and Tan Tock Seng Hospital for peace of mind. I always go to level fourteen for my clinic appointments.
There are a large range of services for all your medical concerns besides Novena Medical Centre and Mount Elizabeth Novena Medical Centre (of which I visit a clinic too) that makes it a comprehensive and central hub.
The views from the lift lobbies at the higher floors are truly fantastic! I always take many photographs there

Easily accessible and quite a few F&B options within the building. For even more variety of food and retail can walk to the neighbouring malls.

Not much aside from the eateries for people visiting the medical centre
It’s a nice mall located right by Novena Square and Novena MRT. It’s more an office building than a shopping mall. There’s also a hotel here, which I believe it’s Courtyard by Marriott. Many good restaurants, eateries, and cafeterias around the area, which is great if you’re working around here. You’ll rarely run out of things to eat, or buy. There’s also a supermarket at Novena Square.

There aren’t that man shops or restaurants in Royal Square even tho it’s opened for a while now. Hopefully more interesting tenants move in to up the buzz in the area.

I stayed at Courtyard Hotel next door to the Royal Square so the latter served a purpose in providing a few choices of Asian and comfort food. Retail choices limited.
Many sportswear and good restaurants. I really like the shoes in Loyal Sporting House. They dont have the most fancy shoes but the discount programs are impressive.
Came here for an appointment.
Found a nice takeaway called Sutha’s Cafe.
Will visit again when Phase 2 Heightened Alert is over.

Situated between Velocity and Marriott Novena.
Relatively a new building that focus on health and medical business. But there are also some eateries and cafe here too. Btw, Haidilao is at level 6.
