    Good Location
it surrounding by the eatery close to it has a 24 hour food court. It takes about 4 mins walk to MRT Bras Basah. The room is nice and clean.

Conveniently located outside Bencoolen station, the club lounge came with great food and a variety of beverages. The room may be small, but cozy. The makeshift bed added fitted well into the room with space to move around. There are a variety of TV channels available on their HD TV. The mini bar in the room came free. Lots of activities available in the vicinity, like karaoke and movies. Supper spots also available nearby. Service from the club floors were magnificent, however the service in the straits Cafe was terrible. 80% of the food from the breakfast at the straits Cafe tasted like horrible leftovers and stale.

Really nice hotel, great location, a bus stop in front and metro station(Bras Basah and Bencoolen) next to it, both 0 m from the hotel. Slightly over priced. And if you are a vegetarian then having lunch and dinner here would be a challenge. Really courteous staff.

Was there to visit Teo Heng (a karaoke joint within the hotel premise). The hotel itself is pleasant enough, but the public toilet at the 2nd floor is horrendously dirty and stinks of cigarette smoke all the time.

Location of the hotel is very central, just 5 minutes from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, and just right outside are many food and beverage venues i cluding Korean BBQs, fast food, pubs and bistros. Nearby there are shopping malls such as Plaza Singapura and The Cathay which also have Cineplexes, and also POMO and Peace Center.

No blanket provided, just quilt cover provided as blanket? Pillow are feeble, feel like it was used over 10 years! Terrible Wifi connection, the network keeps dropping! Dust can be seen at corner of the floor carpet! Meals provided quite decent, just a bit dry!

Courteous front desk and concierge. Very accommodating. They can arrange transportation, hold your luggage, etc all with polite and friendly demeanor,

We reserved a Superior Queen and a Superior 2-Twins: both were great rooms, spacious, had a lounge chair and working desk/task chair. Good closet space with nice soft bathrobes. Electronic safe. Central portable digital controls for all the lights and aircon by the nightstand. Bathrooms were spacious – advanced Toto heated seat and auto bidet, lots of counterspace, large shower area with rainshower head (note the red dot/blue dot indicators for water temp might be reversed). Large soft white towels. Complimentary bottled water everyday. Small ref with space for your drinks. Electric kettle. Instant coffee/tea.

When summoned, the housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely fast (the fastest in my experience) in responding and showing up at your door.

Location is very convenient: the Bencoolen MRT station is just across the street. Bus stops within short walking distance.

We didnt’t eat at the hotel as – this is Singapore, there’s a cheap and good place to eat in every corner. Breakfast buffet was offered at S$45 per person.

Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience with this excellent hotel and recommend it highly

The room looked decent but lacked all the basic facilities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. There was no kettle, tea cups or any sort of complimentary instant coffees or teas. They completely forgot to provide us bath towels for our 3rd day stay. I had to ask for it twice. Overall I’d say this hotel won’t give you value for your money. Better book your stay elsewhere.

Was at the ballroom attending a wedding dinner. Environment was nice and cozy. Service was great. Staff were attentive and paid attention to details. Food was ok. I particularly loved the Hong Kong style stream fish.

The foyer and the bar are very appealing with the modern design. The hotel rooms look great and there’s easy access to bars and restaurants around too, but me and my friend got a serious allergy in here.

While l’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, they can’t describe how bad the room smelt- A combination of mold and cheap air freshener. Nausea inducing. Calls to reception go unanswered for hours. To subject people to 14 days quarantine in this room is unconscionable.

Very nice hotel.Very close to the metro station and also very close to the bus stop.Wide range of breakfast options which I absolutely loved. The only thing I had issues with was the bed. The bed had this wooden frame around it The frame kind of sticks out a little and I kept bamping into it. Really painful.

It’s definitely a 4 star hotel. It’s in a good location close to metro (but we mainly just got cabs) Room is fine, deluxe room maybe a tad small. Massive TV. No bath just a shower, which I found rather annoying to adjust the temperature between hot and cold everyday. Got to admit I loved the heated toilet seat, I want to bring it back home! Breakfast was OK, but it was the same every and I was there for a week.
The gym is pretty rubbish for anyone that actually trains but there IS other decent gyms very close. The pool is small and as such only can seat about 12 people. It only gets sun in the morning to afternoon.

The service staff was very efficient, i would say too efficient, that my just made tea was cleared away and i have to make a new one, when the old one is wasted away. The service staffs in function rooms are not friendly either. The function room cleanliness are excellent. The buffett was okay, it’s not bad but it is not excellent either. Overall experience was okay for me. Location is quite close and central from dhoby gaut MRT. I love that the reception are use piano instrumental music.

Good central location in the city Hall neighbourhood. Walking distances to attractions and eating places. Excellent services from hotel staff. Polite and attentive. Room size is average. Walls are thin as screaming kids could be heard from time to time.

We stayed only for 2 nights but the hotel is amazing. It is in the centre of Singapore, near to the metro station and the Orchard road with the shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and the whole atmosphere in the hotel make you feel tha you are in a gallery. The music, the paintings in the walls, everything… Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed for nostalgia sake of having pronounced it wrongly when I was a kid. Rooms spacey but there’s no view here to look out the window. Food is not bad, can consider to eat in. Layout is nothing much to brag about but overall it’s a nice place, does not have any “old” smell to it etc. Prolly just lacking a long sofa if partying with more friends.

Was there for a wedding lunch. The public toilets are very well maintained. However, the food of the banquet lunch was more of a disappointment, on top of that the ballroom was small and a little cramp. Taxi frequency is not high. As guests, we went to the suite prepared for the newly weds.. it was pretty small and I had a hard time finding a hairdryer. The toilet locks were quite faulty for the helpers room as well. Overall, despite the good location, I think rendezvous singapore has room for improvement.

Hotel is conveniently located and right next to an MRT station. Hotel has a lounge in the lobby with books (library) and which screens movies in a comfy setting.

The hotel buffet is so – so and I would personally not return again. However, their local (Singaporean) dishes weren’t bad.

The Laksa and Sambal Stingray were nice.

Slip the lobsters. They were precooked and heated up in the deep fryer. Tasted tough and unappetising in my humble opinion.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in. Customer service is friendly. You can msg them on Facebook and they will get back within a few hours. You can check-in at odd time and they will be a staff on desk. The staff were helpful when I need help with putting in a simcard into the phone.

The hotel has a new entrance for vehicle direct from bras basah. This made easier access to taxis. Grab car can be order from the self service machine in the lobby.

The rooms are well furnish and cleaners seem to work around the clock (maybe until noon?)to make sure the room is clean at least once a day. Make sure you press the privacy button if you don’t want to be disturb. Usual toiletries are provided (shaving kit/shower cap/shampoo/toothbrush/).

Would definately recommend to travellers. The pricing is fair considered the location. You get better value if you have 2ppl staying in a room obviously.

    Well done Rendezvous Singapore!

    For a short visit maybe.

They gave me key to a room where there was already someone in it. Poor thing (lady) was half naked when I opened the door. They did give me an upgrade after the incident. The Exec Lounge was nothing lavish but good enough to be away from the very busy restaurant on the ground floor.

Personally, the look of the pool or gym wasn’t for me, so I didn’t even try.

Stayed 5 nights on level 8, great location, intersection of Orchard Rd & Bras Basah Rd, close to Singapore Museum, Art Museum, two MRT stations, bus stop right outside, easy walking distance to everywhere – recommend eating at Food Republic next door, great selection of well priced meals, 7-11 next door for snacks. Room was quiet, cool & spacious for one/couple, comfortable & clean pillows and bed. Pool area was great and a welcome relief in the afternoon. Didn’t eat in house.

Very nice, European style hotel. Close to the subway stops for three different lines making exploring the city from this location a breeze. Nice breakfast and dinner options available around in the neighborhood. Room is average for this type of hotel. The pool is truly great. Don’t go there, so I can swim

Good hotel because of its stellar location, surrounded by 2 MRT stops, walking distance to several eateries for all budgets, several places of “color” (eg KTV, and peace center side), watsons/guardian for basic pharmacy type needs, movie theatre, and opposite the Fort Canning Park and museum. Plaza Singapura (shopping center) is quite nearby. Hotel itself is a little old in parts but service is still quite good. Rooms are small but all hotels in Singapore are more or less like that. There is a good sa (Healing Touch) on the third floor of the arcade. The pool is small. You can check in to the club suites faster at their special 8th floor check in – the suites are slightly larger and more comfortable. All standard amenities (TV w/ business channels, etc), rain shower and tub in the bathroom, work well.

A hotel with beautiful architecture! Strong arty-farty feel~

Went to the Straits cafe for the buffet lunch (with 1-for-1 voucher from the entertainer app). The food was delicious and the seafoods were fresh, especially the prawns! The durian desserts were shiok! I guess I will visit this place again soon! =D

Oh! Just in case you don’t know… Bencoolen station is just right beside the hotel, super convenient!

    Just spent one night.
Arrived at 10pm, sat for a drink with colleagues at the bar. No food possible was a bit of a let down. We asked for room service delivered at the bar ( very common) but was told that they were different service
Apart from that, the room was neat and spacious enough.
Went to the gym to run and had a splash in the pool.
The breakfast was ok, nothing special

Was there having drinks at the Auld Alliance. To have such a legendary whiskey bar housed under the hotel, is indeed very impressive. That said, Hotel Rendezvous is slightly dated, and it can be a little confusing to navigate around on the inside. I had some difficulty locating the bar for the first time, and ended up on the 2nd floor where the ballrooms are. Beyond that, the many retail experience weakens the overall look and feel of the hotel, and makes it more like a mall than anything. Location is prime and surrounding vibes are amazing though!

It was nice everyone was friendly. We asked if breakfast was included in our stay we were told no and the price. 1x morning we had breakfast and charged it to out room. Other morning we had breakfast out. Upon vacating we went to pay our bill to be told no breakfast was included. This was upsetting since we asked the question. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

It is a centrally located boutique hotel catering to families, couples and business travelers. The proximity of the hotel to the metro station makes it an ideal jumping off point for exploring Singapore. The hotel pool makes it a great place to lazy away a few hours after exploring the city. Incredible place to visit!

The main area I visited were the shops to the side of Rendezvous. The premises look ramshackle and one of the escalators is always broken down. Toilet looks poorly maintained. Not nice at all considering the hotel itself looks quite nice. The final straw is the fact that the car park is disproportionately expensive.

Location is good. Room ( and bed) is very small and the view of a 7 11 and disused courtyard is terrible. The building facade is marred by an enormous advertisement. No face washers in bathroom and an empty fridge (no selection of snacks or drinks). Shower is almost impossible to set to a reasonable temperature. Carpet is old and stained. This is not a 4 star hotel. A disappointing end to our holiday.

We thought that this hotel was very centrally located, within walking distance of many attractions, or a quick MRT or bus trip. Not too sure about the ethics of offering an early check in and breakfast for an EXTRA $70/day (for two).

Apart from that and the overpriced food and beverage, the hotel is comfortable and has some of the old world charm; together with enjoyable pool and spa (jacuzzi).

If you’re looking for a really memorable eating experience try the Korean BBQ, just around the corner in Selegie Road.

I like their friendly english speaking staff, specially their housekeeping. The hotel location is very close to public transportations like mrt and bus stops as well as orchard road malls and a park. I also like their breakfast buffet, they serve a bunch of mix asian food for guests to enjoy. Just outside the hotel, there is also a Food Republic for those who want to enjoy some asian dishes within a friendly budget. Will definitely go back to this place when I visit Singapore again.

I was at the hotel on the eve of a public holiday, with my girl friend to sing karaoke at teoheng. I was there couple of times before and each time the lobby of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and tranquil despite the busy street outside. Outdated rooms with average maintenance, falls short of a 4-star hotel.

Dryer was broken, fridge not functional, ants and drain gnats on day 0.

The hotel service was poor initially, and despite that, they enacted new policies over the course of my stay with them which made it worse. This was my worst quarantine stay of all in Singapore.

My family and I stayed in this hotel 2 months in what was to be our last days in the country after an amazing two years in Singapore.
Unfortunately on the last night which had been booked for our helper to stay and enjoy, a cleaning lady first told her she couldn’t be there then called another personnel member just decided to intimidate her until she left the room.
This is not the type of behavior that you would expect from the personnel of such a « high standard » hotel.
Needless to say, this is the first time in my life I had to be confronted to such client disregard and do not intend to renew the experience.

This is a decent hotel in a strategic corner of Bencolen Rd. Close to the metro and most of all, right next to a Food Republic where you can basically choose what you feel like eating. The Baja Fresh was a disappointment and sorry excuse for a Mexican restaurant. No wonder they have to open 24hrs a day although their location is on prime Orchard Road. I’ll give it a miss if in that area. Service is slow and their sauce counter is a sight for sore eyes. No picture worth taking. Meanwhile the buffet next door has lovely food and the Malay Cuisine on 2nd floor is delish !

Attended a wedding lunch here in the Symphony ballroom. The staff serving our table were very attentive, changing plates and refilling drinks without having us to ask them. The food was very good. Only complaint was that the sound system didn’t sound very good, but how much of that was due to the source material I can’t really tell, so will give them the benefit of the doubt there!

5 stars is not enough to say that we were so overwhelmed with the warm hospitality and great service we received during our stay at Rendezvous Hotel. Lucky enough that we were upgraded to a Deluxe Room Plus for 5 days with free breakfast and late check out, imagine that. Great location, up to date amenities, the handy phone was of great help and the employees are very accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be coming back definitely! More power!

Was staying here for 5 nights during my visit to Singapore. Very pleased.

Good location. Right by mrt station (subway) and bus stop. Great connection point.

Has a pool and decent 24 hours gym.

Well conditioned rooms – important in Singapore.

Nice staff and manager Ifa that handed our situation very professionally. First, we were able to check in earlier, which was great considering arrival at 6 am and standard check in time at 2 pm. The room, however, wasn’t in greatest condition. There was some wallpaper coming off the walls due to possible moisture, some stains on the lamp. That was not crucial, we didn’t want to move, but we still brought it up to the manager Ifa, just to let them know to fix it after we leave. After looking at the damages, Ifa acted right away. We were moved to another upgraded room. We were also given free breakfasts for the rest of our stay, and I must say those breakfasts are really nice, buffet style, great selection. That really made this stay worthwhile.

Overall – great hotel, great helpful staff. Will be looking forward to coming back.

Was at Teo Heng. The place is very cramped and the sound system tends to have bad screeching sounds when the mics are placed too close together.
As for the hotel lobby, the glass roof was leaking that day when it rained. Many of the lobby seats were wet from the leaking

Very disappointing stay, we were given a smaller room than what we had booked, when we brought it to management attention they made us feel like they were doing us a favor by giving us the room we paid for in the first place. The porter that was sent up to assist us move did nothing but make derogatory comments towards my wife. The room its self was tired and shabby with wall paper coming away from the walls and mold in the bath room and the toilet smelling like a urinal. Mold was also on the inside of the window frame The hole Hotel needs up dating and a clean.inside and out. Would not stay again.

Rated 3* for the hotel itself – it’s dated , the carpet smells, the entrance felt like a bus station – It’s bustling with activities. The bed is comfy though.
Shower and toilet is a bit dated too.

    Location :5*
It’s a short walk to malls, food court and museums.

Another plus point for this place is that they provide a gadget free internet access and an appt with local information – handy . Really useful.
You’ll have access to Google map to find restaurants etc and you way back to the hotel. Love it .

If you come here for a staycation, get the club room option. You get drinks and some snacks(chips and fruits and biscuits) from 2-5. Some snacks and cocktails during dinner time (honestly enough snacks to be counted as dinner) and a decent breakfast spread in the morning. A little bit disappointed by the afternoon refreshments because they used to give you actual food but they’ve changed this policy and replaced this with a complimentary mini bar (which isn’t great, a couple beers, a pack of chips and nuts, water and a couple sodas). Service is good though. There is a pillow menu that you can request for 4 different kinds of pillows, so that’s nice. You can also get DVDs(limited choices). If you’re coming here for short term business or holiday, there is a fantastic thing in the room. They provide you a phone that has cellular data that you can use locally (and to make international calls). So you don’t have to go buy a prepaid card.

There is also a heated toilet seat with a bidet in the room and in the club lounge. So awesome.

When we went to request a room change we got a room that could only possibly fit 2 people when we had 3. I don’t know why this isn’t being advertised: as someone from out of the country, I had been planning on buying a SIM card, but don’t need to now! The building itself could stand a bit of an upgrade though. Some paint is warping in my room by the window, and the hotel smells vaguely of mold or mildew, doubtless because of the humidity. Us Against The World

After more than 2 months around nature in Southeast Asia, this city girl was ready for a proper city break. We were headed for Singapore and our first stop was the Rendezvous Hotel.

Located right in the heart of Bras Basah.Bugis, Singapore’s Museum District, the Rendezvous is perfectly in harmony with its surroundings, boasting an art-inspired theme. You notice it everywhere, from the art deco facade to the contemporary interior design featuring statement pieces and art installations at every corner.

It was raining the weekend we arrived so we kicked off our Singapore escapade with a staycation. We had booked the Rendezvous in the City package, after all! We felt special the minute we stepped out of our Uber and a concierge ushered us up to the 11th floor where we checked in at the club room lounge. Sipping on a fruity drink while the perks included in our package were explained to us, we were delighted with a surprise gift: a book guide of Singapore’s famous hawker center food.

However, the real surprise came a few minutes later as we opened the door to our corner room. The lights were dimmed with LED candles creating a nice atmosphere. The first thing to catch my eyes was the bottle of Prosecco, strawberries, and sweets on the living room table. We turn the corner and spot the queen bed facing the huge flatscreen TV. Every detail screams “romance”.

And there was yet another detail to be discovered: a luxurious bathtub inviting us in. We immediately popped the prosecco open, put those bath salts to use and jumped in the tub. Total relaxation. We felt so comfortable we never even left the room. We ordered some food, slipped into our new matching t-shirts that read “Better Together” (best hotel gift ever!) and rented a DVD from Club Rendezvous’ collection: About Time. A sweet, funny, feel-good movie to watch before falling into a nice sleep. Exploring Singapore would have to wait another day.

And it did! The next morning, after a nice breakfast at the club lounge, we felt energized and ready to hit the streets. Fort Canning Park, The National Museum and Orchard Road (Singapore’s shopping district) are all within walking distance, as are plenty of dining options, so there is a lot to do in the area.

Speaking of dining, we tried the buffet lunch at Straits Cafe on the ground level, which seemed to attract a crowd of both hotel guests and local business people. The options were varied with a spread of Western dishes and Asian staples like dim sum and noodle soup. The fresh oysters and durian cake were big hits around the tables, and the staff was quick to refill the trays when needed.

Among other things to enjoy at the hotel is their Balinese-style pool with a beautiful tile design and colorful lounge chairs. There is a gym overlooking the pool but we weren’t at the Rendezvous Hotel to burn calories, quite the opposite. We did, however, go for the cocktail hour at “The Library”, a contemporary-chic lounge where drinks are brought to your vintage armchair while you chill out or watch one of the movie screenings.

Our weekend came to a perfect ending with an Asian fusion massage. In one hour our exhaustion from 2 months of intense travel magically melted away. We can’t recommend the Rendezvous in the City package highly enough. It’s perfect for couples in need of some pampering, celebrating a special occasion or on a short city break.

Overall good service, friendly and helpful staff and generally clean. Bathroom could be cleaned better also in the little corners. Some plates in bathroom were slightly broken. Towels obviously not the newest ones. Rooms rather older. Room charge could be questionable for what you get. Breakfast rather Asian style. Little difficult dir European guests.

Had a meeting here and they are probably one of the best teams I’ve encountered. Replies and service from the banquet team were prompt. They take steps to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and tries their best to see to requests. With their experience, they can even anticipate your needs before you realise. Two thumbs up!

By the way, their seafood beehoon and curry chicken were really good!

Location wise is quite convenient, just directly opposite SMU. I was trying with my HSBC Entertainers 1 for 1 lunch buffet deal. Food variety is below average, not many cuisines are there to choose. One great thing was there are a section of desserts made from durian fruits, the durian pengat is the best among those desserts. Only worth it if there is 1 for 1 deal.

This hotel is in prime location- about 1-3km in every direction for enjoying everything Singapore has to offer. Paying a little more for the club room and club access is more than worthwhile…the staff are simply beautiful and nothing is too much trouble. Every morning and afternoon we were thrilled to see Sofia, Dayang and all the other wonderful members of staff who made us feel more than welcome.
Highly recommend- we will be back!
    Thank you

Went there for Teo Heng Karaoke. It was quite easy to find. The staff was friendly. There’s a 7-11 nearby for those looking to ease the throat after singing for 6 hours straight. Toilets were easily found. Important after drinking a lot of honey lemon tea for 6 hours. I felt like a waterfall. Toilets were clean and mostly nice smelling. Was not expecting it to be clean but I had a happy surprise. Wish I had faster legs so that I could rush to the toilet and back between songs. 11/10 would recommend.

One of the oldest hotels in Singapore but still very comfortable. Clean rooms, good bed. One thing that is very annoying is the breakfast staff. They are rushing you out of there like there is no tomorrow. Reminding you half hour before the end “last call, last call, last call”. Also the options are endless but the quality is average and incomplete. They should focus on quality not quantity.

A luxurious hotel. A bit pricy but the service, rooms, cleanliness were awesome. 4 stars because the breakfast is simply too expensive. There wasn’t enough variety. You can eat on the side of the road at the Food Republic where the food is varied, plentiful and super cheap. Literally 50 meters from the hotels front door.

This was my third hotel during my stay in Singapore. I paid a little less than $300 USD for two nights in a Superior Room. It was absolutely worth the price.

The hotel was very elegant, extravagant, etc. for the price I paid. The lobby was just breathtaking with the lighting and decor. There was a bar/lounge area called The Library, I personally didn’t hang out there, but I passed by several times. There is a small gym that overlooks the the pool. It has the basic equipment, so I was able to get a workout in before going to the pool. The pool was just exquisite especially at night! The room (and bathroom) itself was very spacious and clean. I didn’t spend a lot of time in it though as I was doing tours.

This hotel is close to Marina Bay Sands, Universal Studios Singapore, Raffles City and many other landmarks (those are just a few I visited).

One of the reasons I selected this hotel is because it was close to the airport. My plan was to walk to the nearest metro and ride to the airport. Unfortunately, I had such a great time, and overslept (past 4:30am!) and missed any chance of making my flight back home. The front desk staff let me use their phone to call home, and they called a taxi for me to get to the airport.

Centrally located. Lots of food outlets with wide variety near the hotel. The hotel is little old but well maintained . Very clean rooms, bathrooms and the breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wide variety of western and oriental food including fruits served every morning. Stayed 3 days and enjoyed it . The boogi market for fancy shopping is just 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We loved that we can have free access to the club lounge all day and complimentary breakfast and of course a huge space for my boys and my hubby and I to enjoy in the hotel room. Food at Straits Café for lunch is not bad, especially the variety of durian desserts you can get (be quick b4 it’s all taken up though) including durian pie and durian pudding. However, the variety of food you can have is a little lesser than what is offered at average buffet lunches. Service is great, the plates on your table will be cleared quickly. Atmosphere is not bad, ideal for family or gatherings of a large group.

Attended a wedding banquet. Service was average, just kind of disappointed that they did not refill our drinks before a yamseng, which made me needed to use my relatives extra drink instead. Upon having my dinner, something crawled up to my leg which to my surprise, a cockroach. I shooked it off my leg and crushed it. A hotel should be clean and such dirty insect shouldn’t be inside the ballroom at any reason. Would love if the banquet team would make the ballroom a cleaner environment for other future diners and banquet attendees to enjoy, not to have insects crawling up people’s legs and giving a bad impression to the customers.

As Mr. Kelvin Huan that review earlier, have to stay in this hotel for 1st time and also for 14days SHN. The building hotel is old ancient, not well maintained. The room is also old and not fresh moreover with the dirty floor rugs. No tissue paper provided in the room. Choose of SHN breakfast is only standart and vegetarian, then coming the standart menu which are less taste curry noodle, apple and orange juice, thats all. For laundry services we have to pay Sgd11 for 5 pcs.

The reception staff and concierges were helpful and kind. They managed to find me a room even though I was very early, so I had time for extra sightseeing on a very short trip. The room was spacious and clean with a good shower.

The hotel is a lovely building in an interesting area and just a short stroll away from the Singapore National Museum. There is easy access to the subway system and lots of buses stop right outside the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was small but the food I tried was good.

I spent the last afternoon having coffee in the bar and a swim in a well shaded pool before getting an evening flight. This is a place I would happily book in the future.

Have been hanging around this hotel back in 2000s when Public House (a pub now at Boat Quay) was there. My last trip to Singapore was back in June where i was fortunate enough to stay at 3 different hotels.
The Rendezvous being one of them, – it is conveniently located with easy access to 2 main MRT stations. Unfortunately had a construction site next door during my stay which was a little off putting.( Not the Hotels fault thought)
The rooms are good sized and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly & welcoming we even received a hand written welcome card in our room wishing us a nice stay which was a nice tough.
It has a nice lobby and coffee area however the breakfast/ dinner area seems to be the only part of the hotel that has not yet been update, the pool is OK but is probably not the best set up compare to some other hotels i stayed at, as by the time we got back to the hotel after a day of shopping it was all in the shade as it is at the back of the hotel rather than being a roof top pool.
We booked the room with Buffet breakfast, – it had a good section but it only had one self serve coffee machine if you did not like the filter coffee and there was always a queue which can be annoying. The bread selection may be a little disappointing if you are of european background. Never the less it was good value for money, good location and the staff is vey lovely just did not quite tick all the boxes for us.
