I have been driving various models of Renault Grand Scenic cars for the last 10 years and I have returned to Renault servicing center for all their R&M services. Rashid, the after Sales Service Consultant have been a geat help. He will listen attentively and provide the necessary advise and tips where appropriate. It has been a pleasure to have him as the after Sales Service Consultant. I have extended my car service package with Renault again due to this great support which I am getting.
I sent my Fluence for servicing at Leng Kee yesterday. Attended by your good staff Rashid, to whom I would like to extend my sincere appreciation. I was stuck at work, could only collect my car in the late evening. He was very understanding and waited patiently, not a single word of complaint. The showroom is fine but I disliked the sales tactics used. I was asked to commit to buy a car within 24 hours otherwise “the bid will put the price up”. After I declined, miraculous I was later informed they would honour the price previously discussed. I still declined and bought from VW..
Very nice waiting area when you send your car for service. Tv and play area for kids, free coffee, snacks and reading materials for adults. Service consultant gave me detailed and timely updates about my repair, even WhatsApp me a diagram of my engine to show me what parts needed to be replaced.

I do my servicing regularly at Renault Leng Kee Road and I am very happy with the service there . The staff are polite and I don’t have to wait very long. I am most impressed with Rashid who handles the servicing. He goes the way xtra mile and I can call him anytime if I have a problem with the car. He ensures that I am able to get the car on time when I send it to the workshop. He is also honest and I think that is the most important asset .

Faris is such an excellent agent, when my husband went down to showroom with a cast, his first response was to ask about his injury and made him feel comfortable. he ALWAYS goes the extra mile for us, keeping us updated about the issues of our car and ensures our car is returned to us cleaner n better than before.

The sales guys look pretty disinterested to serve you, which is kinda ironic cos there is little reason that people would walk into the showroom of no cars. 3 stars for that.
Regardless, my Renault (though quirky and sometimes annoying) has been a reliable van through the years. Don’t know about the passenger cars though.

What I truly like about this dealership is that all the models (that is, all variants) are on display in a very large showroom.

Vehicle broke down due to leaking thermostat hose but the customer service team provided me with grab voucher when I called and towed the car away for repairs within an hour without much hassle.
Repairs were completed by Rashid within a day and I collected the repaired car smoothly!

Great service center. Reviews are full of misleading statements about them overcharging but I find the cost of repair very reasonable, especially when the workshop outside fails to get things fixed. I wen for me R Link upgrade to V7 version on 10 Feb 23. This was after knowing that some of my car group members did it @ Wearnes.
I did called up my service advisor Peh Eng Hwee.
He indeed mentioned It can be done. However, he mentioned there will be a risk to hat I must take and that’s the Radio set may be jammed up after the upgrade. After much consideration, I decided to take the Risk.

Service at Renault Singapore has always been a breeze. Carol, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and forthcoming. My husband forgot his wallet and she offered her ezlink card and even refused to take the money when we wanted to return to her. She was always smiling and willing to help. I bought a Renault Grand Scenic 3 months ago and am having sporadic issues with the rear sensor parking guidance. It will only alert when close proximity occasionally. As I usually only commute between home and my parents place I did not find it a big issue. Alas, I had to attend dinner somewhere else last weekend and while reversing in the rather dark carpark, the car hit something that was protruding from the side of the wall. We were shocked that the parking guidance did not warn us. The spot that was hit was at the sensor area so it should have detected. Brought the car back to Renault Singapore and showed them the video. They could only say that video does not show impact and that we have to wait a few moments when changing gear to reverse for the reverse parking guidance to be ready. This is irrefutably shocking and unacceptable as we had driven cars from other manufacturers before and none of them had such sensor alert system issues.

Even the after sales service is on the top notch… I can say out loud they are better service than Merc, BMW and VW which i had previously owned before.
Went back due to some items need to rectify, they even prepared a new Scenic for me to drive for 1 day.

I want to share the good service experience at Renault.
Beginning of the year, I was faced with an AC issue for my RGS. It started blowing hot air even after topping up the coolant. I shared with Service Advisor Faris and immediately he knew my issue. I had this AC issue before and it was never solved. He had it checked and true enough there was a leaked.
After the repair, he followed up with a courtesy call a day later to check if there were any other issues with the AC. He was confident the problem is gone. After many months, I have no more AC issue with my RGS.
My sincere thanks to SA Faris for solving my aircon problem. The AC problem is long gone but it has given me a good lasting impression. Thanks Faris for solving this problem.
Note: Renault needs to look at the RGS roof top bars, it is starting to appear white spots that is unremovable.

Did a maintenance at Renault recently, and service experience is excellent, especially when great service consultant like Dennis always gives practical and value-for-money/quality service advice. The pleasant, neat and very comfortable showroom gives customers great space for working there while waiting for their vehicle to be ready. A 5 star experience there, always.

I have always done regular servicing at Leng Kee since I bought my Megane 5 years ago.
Servicing has always been good. Must say a special thanks to Rashid for always finding time to tend the problems that arise within the car. He is always reachable by phone to answer any queries. Even recently, he reached out and ask me to come in to change my DRLs as he had noticed that some of leds had gone off in it during an earlier servicing (no stock at that time). So thanks Rashid for all service rendered, you are an asset to the company really.
On the flipside though, showroom though is getting bare by the days, please bring more models n even EVs soon, so people could have options to change.

I bought a Second Hand Renault Kadjar from other Car Dealer. Initially I did my servicing at other workshop, but when my car got issue It was check by the same workshop that I went for servicing and was told there is so many issue. I decided to call in Renault. I was expecting it gonna cost a bomb! But is affordable and the next day I need to go a long trip to Malaysia driving.
Christine Cusi, She answered my call, she is very polite and assist me by allowing me to find a slot so that I can come in ASAP! When I meet her in person really she is a nice lady, Im in stress mode due to my car issue, her tone and her personality and her word of assurance make me feel is gonna be ok and will be fix ASAP. She also answer all my 101 question patiently. Very Good Customer Service!
Mr Peh who assist me to do the inspection of my car and tell me what to expect, Initially when he talk to me I thought my car will not be ready soon. Im gonna be doom as plan to travel is already been fix. He later called me in the noon they know the issue, inform me of the price if i agree to do or not. I think this is very good practice so People can expect what is the cost. I Get to know that my car do not have many issue like the other car workshop told me. In the afternoon received another call my car is ready. Im So Happy! Good service by him.

Sadly I had to edit my review in light of my recent experuence. I was told that I could charge my EV if I purchase at their showroom. I undestand policies change from time to time and now after I have bought my vehicle for about 2 to 3 months. I was told that only selected people can charge their vehicle! Well I felt dissapointed and cheated but I guess that how it goes. After purchase things change. Well done Renault as I will definately not recommend to my friends. Good Luck to you guys.

Quite nice showroom with professional staff. Renault should probably be the relatively more reliable French brand (talking French makers only), especially with their alliance with Nissan. However the petite 1.5 diesel offerings in their local lineups just does not suit my personal taste for more horses. These small engines are good for fuel consumption frugality, esp with their torque available at low to mid rpm ranges but just don’t expect much for spirited driving. They should bring in more petrol variants.

Happy with this company and staff. Buying Grand Scenic 4 years ago (from sales Adeline, a very nice lady, can get best deal from her). Overall the car is good. Even though with some small issues, but always I can get it settled very fast and smooth. Excellent Service standards observed at this Renault Service Centre. I felt the Service Consultants were adequately trained and carry a very positive attitude and my encounter with Tony Chia was such an example. He went the extra mile to get my car serviced even though I went in without an booking. Salesroom was spotless and overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

I will probably be a repeat Renault customer because their after sales service is really good! The showroom / service area is very clean and well kept with comfy ample seating area, free tea, coffee and juices plus free internet access on their Imacs, and chargers for your phone. Especially appreciated if u hv to spend some time waiting!
