Not much for shopping. Besides restaurants fitness centre supermarket and Raffles Medical there aren’t much to do in this mall.

    ooo.

A sort of “half side” mall with limited shops. The mall felt like it was sliced in half and not a real mall.
They have a bakery, several small cafes & restaurants. I think the main focus of this mall is the healthcare (raffles) located in the upper storeys.
Come if you’re in the area
Recommend Sushi Tei as the food was good!
Not sure about parking but mrt station located nearby so it’s easily accessible.

It’s really great that it offers a one stop station but the waiting time is not too great. Being In the healthcare line myself, there are certainly much to be improved on. Firstly, staff at each station has to repeatedly ask if certain tests/assessments had been conducted, I waited for quite a while to actually get the VA and blood test done. I would have expected a checklist to be indicated at each station after test is done… Those who came after me had actually gotten it done much earlier than me. And worst is I still have to wait some more to see a doctor for assessment…. I do empathize with the front line staff, however the experience of being a visiting patient myself is not too fantastic. The redeeming factor is probably there are still one/two staff around who follows up with you on/off. Word of advice, be prepared to wait at least 3 hours even if you just want to do a simple health check…

This is a rare example of a mall in Singapore which is relatively new yet quite small in size. It works out nicely, since it never gets too crowded in and around the premises — people it seems come for a purpose rather than just to wander around. The tenants are also very well diversified: several mid ranged eateries serving a mix of healthy to local food, bank, gym, nail salon, clinic, and a nice gourmet market downstairs. Bathrooms are also nice and in general the mall is very clean.

The Raffles Holland V Mall feels like a boutique mall with a small but good selection of outlets of eateries, shops, banking and i think there’s also a gym and medical clinics too. Has a number of eateries serving everything from Chinese to coffee.

Prices here are definitely on the high-side due to the location. Whilst there is ample parking at the basement of the building, it is freaking expensive.

There are public car parks; however, unless you visit during off-peak hours, you will never get a lot. The same goes for public street parking along Chip Bee Gardens.

Our family first visit on a whim after a unfulfilling first-tine visit and meal in trendy Chip Bee Gardens.

To do a review of a mall after an hour there is, admittedly, unfair, as a Singaporean weaned on mega malls such as The Jewel and Orchard Road.

Nevertheless, the postage stamp sized Raffles Holland V Mall deserves a honorable mention for character and architectural achievement.

It is amazing how much retail space was created and the tenants mix was not the usual cookie cutter types. If the target is the footfall of the discerning glitterati they are spot-on.

We came away intrigued. We will be back another day for a good walk through.

Easily accessible from Holland V MRT. Not much things to do except a few eateries and restaurant and a gym. Raffles Medical is on the top floor. Did my health screening here and it’s convenient.

Another shopping mall. Albeit a small one. Characterless.

5 star private health care in the Holland area. Just next to Holland MRT. Amble parking.

Good comfortable environment but doctors are quite young and may need more exposure.
